Acceleration is all over the place, Engine Brake does not work. Subtle Accelerator operation is not possible.

So lubrication and replacement is necessary.
And I fear that Wire is out of order.

Exchange】 【Exchange
(1) Loosen and remove the bottom register of the Switch Box on the RightHandlebar.

(2) Accelerator wire is hooked to the inside of the grip. 。 With your hand, pull on the Wire to make room for it, and remove it from the hole while shifting the ball that the Wire is caught on. 。 LightlyQuantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It is easier to remove it by moving it to 。
Be careful not to damage the Throttle cone when doing so.
There are two holes where the Cable fits.

(4) Lightly apply Grease to the Thailandoko part of the new Wire and insert it into the holes on the carburetor side and the Throttle side.
Lubricate before installing on the Throttle side.

What is Motorcycle Grip?

Closed End has a difference in thickness from Pierced Type that uses Bar End.
Closed End has thicker and thicker grips in many cases.
The advantage of thicker grips.
The thinner the grip, the easier it is to transmit vibration to the hand, but the thicker the grip, the harder it is to absorb and transmit vibration.
Therefore, it can be said that the thicker the better if the main goal is to reduce fatigue by not transmitting vibration.
→If SR400 has a lot of vibration, it is best to choose a thicker one.
However, it may be too thick and interfere with the control system, so you should choose one that fits each hand.
OEM→s for everyone, so it's not too thick, and it also reduces vibration in its own way.

I thought about replacing it because I felt that the grip was getting weaker. There is no hard-and-fast replacement time because the temperature and usage conditions vary, but when the rubber becomes thin and a little sticky when you grip it, it might be a good time to consider replacing it.
Replacement is easy.
(1) Spray the gap between the grip and handlebar with Parts cleaner.
↓
(2) Insert a slotted screwdriver from there.
↓
(3) While spraying Parts cleaner, insert the slotted screwdriver to the depth.
↓
(4) The adhesive can be peeled off by turning the Driver once.
↓
(5) Pull out.
↓
(6) Apply adhesive to the Handlebar or Throttle cone and press the new Grip into place.
〜After replacement
Easy to grip, especially the Clutch operation.
○ Fine Accelerator operation is possible.
Vibration seems to be suppressed there as well.
It may be no surprise that Grip also considered this when designing the product, so there can be no mistake.
It is not as glamorous as Other Brand Products, but if it works practically in the same price range, OEM seems to be a possibility.

I used to say that Parenthesis is good to be able to start the engine with a single KICK without Decompression, but I don't want to overdo it anymore, so I use Decompression to start the engine without compression.
Since the OEMDecompression and Decompression cable are 25 years old since purchase, we became concerned about aging deterioration and purchased a new OEMCable. 。
In fact, the decompression lever was reluctant to move, and even oil-up did not improve the situation, so I thought it was time to replace it.
This SR400 does not have a Cell Motor, but only KICK start, and even KICK is quite heavy unlike the Small Engine Displacement Volume of CUB.
What is SR Decompression? ]
What is Decompression? De Compression. for short "Pull the compression, lose it." or some such meaning 。
When the pressure in the cylinder increases during the compression process at kick start, pulling the decompression lever opens the exhaust valve slightly to release the compression pressure. → as you often say. "Uncompress." That's what I mean.
Therefore, step lightly on the Kick Arm to get a good starting position for the Engine. *Position past the compression step. It is possible to produce

What is the role of Decompression? ]
Decompression, as the name implies, is an action to relieve pressure, and it has the role of making the engine start smooth.
The point at which Decompression acts is the pressure inside the Cylinder.
Decompression reduces the burden of starting the engine by allowing air compressed in the cylinder to escape out of the cylinder during engine startup.
That is
No Decompression→. "air" +a little more than usual The Weight of Piston."
Decompression Yes→. The Weight of Piston."
By deflating the Cylinder, the weight of the kick pedal can be reduced.
What is the Merit of Decompression? ]
Smooth KICK is now available. Even women and those who are not strong enough can do it.

Only the decompression cable was replaced this time since the lever and other parts still seem to be usable.
When choosing a Decompression cable, please note the length of the Cable.

Separate handle→shorter than OEM. If the length is too short, the handlebar will easily get tangled when it is cut, and the wire may break.
■Trucker handleetc. handlebar Up Type→longer than OEM; Cable is too short to reach or too taut to put in.
■NORMAL or Continental handleetc.→OEM is sufficient.
Replacement procedure.
1) Remove the Front Tappet Cover on the exhaust side when the Piston comes to the top while watching the Indicator, and check that the Locker Arm is in the Free position.
If you pull it out without doing this, the shaft cutout will hit the locker arm and prevent it from being inserted.
↓
(2) Remove the OEM's CableBracket from the bracket since it is fixed with the bracket.
↓
(3) Remove the Bracket, Cable, and Lever, as the Cable becomes Free when removed. 。
Decompression cables should be loosened with the play set to the maximum large setting.
↓
(4) Replace the Cable, place it in the Lever, and fix the Bracket in (2), and you are done.
As for the Point,
Explore the upper dead center→ Remove the Front Tappet Cover on the exhaust side.
If you could be careful not to do this, it will break down.

without a rattle
I was satisfied with Active's High Throttle Pipe & Phi;40 in the Throttle holder of 2014 NINJA1000 because it narrowed the opening, but there was a lot of rattle in the lateral direction. I bought this R6 Throttle Pipe because it looked like it would have less rattling.
But even after the replacement, the rattle was still the same after all (laughs).
So, I put the black resin washer between the Grip and Pulley into the Throttle holder as a trial, and the rattle became zero and it became smooth without any snagging when opening and closing the Axel.
Incidentally, NINJA1000's Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The grip is 115mm long, the same length as the grip on the mini bike, so I removed and replaced the 120mm size grip that was already on the bike.
Throttle pipe is white resin and it is a little bit conspicuous, but I am satisfied with the replacement.

Genuine Yamaha Throttle Cable Clamp for YZF-R1 2020
This was bothering me as it was missing for some reason when this bike came in for a service. Yes, it is a simple throttle cable clamp that holds in place going under the front tank but I wanted to add one back. Finding the part was a little tricky but managed to track it down using Yamaha schematics. With a couple of other small brackets and bolts for this bike, I had them all shipped using EMS and my order arrived in 5 days. The packaging for the whole order was excellent and no damage to anything. The clamp came in the Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope. The clamp is well made and fits the shape precisely. The small bolt hole is perfect and aligns as it should. It is finished in the standard satin black Yamaha paint. Genuine Yamaha Grip Assy for YZF-R1
This is a replacement for the stock throttle grip that needed changing. I was going to initially just change the grip itself but for the price of this assy I decided why not just get the whole part direct. And, with it being a genuine Yamaha part, I know it's quality will be perfect. So, finding the part was not hard as I already checked Yamaha schematics for this bike. Ther price was superb and added to the basket along with a few other parts. I generally have more than one item per order as it really does cut down on the shipping costs spread through the items. I chose EMS and my order was delivered in 5 days from beiung shipped from Webike warehouse. The box was all sealed and the amount of padding inside to keep my parts safe was excellent. The grip itself came in teh standard Yamaha bag with. The grip part is nice and well, grippy, not totally smoothed out like some grips you can buy. You can really feel the friction when using it. The rubber is nice and soft but it seems like it has been bonded to the throttle tube so it is not coming off in a hurry. What else can I say, Yamaha OEM part and the quality is fantastic. Used in DF200 DJEBEL
It's not the OEM DF200 DJEBEL.
It is a bit complicated, but I installed it on a DF200 DJEBEL with a TM28SScarburetor on a DJEBEL250.
The SEA BASS OEM grips have the throttle cone and grips integrated into one piece, making it difficult to install the grips heater. This is very useful for the Large size.

Genuine Yamaha nuts for MT03
These nuts were some spares I was looking for for various Yamaha models as they do come in handy for all sorts of areas. With some other parts for this bike the cost of shipping by EMS was great. Delivered to my door in 5 days with no messing around. Everything was well packed out inside the box and any smaller parts were protected in bubble wrap as required. These nuts are not particualrly special although they are a very fine thread. Genuine Yamaha Grip Assy for YZF-R6 2008
There was an issue with the throttle grip gfor this R6. I found that you cannot just buy the throttle grip tube but have to get the entire assy. Not a problem for Webike, they even stock these. I was fine with this anyway as I also needed the grip too. Happy days I found the correct part pretty easily using the Yamaha schematics. Webike price was superb and better than I could source locally. With a few other parts my order was shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. When I unpacked the order, all the parts were individually wrapped so there was no damage to anything. The grip assy is a really neat part and already comes assembled so there is no messing around trying to get the grip onto the throttle tube. Made my life a lot easier. The grip is super sticky, not adhesive sticky but grippy sticky. The holes for the throttle cables is cleanly cut and they went in like butter. When all fitted, you can tell it is a new set up, it is smooth as silk to twist and also looks really cool. Another happy customer, thank you Webike. View detail
Genuine Yamaha Cable Holder for V STAR 650 CLASSIC 2010
A small part that does an important job. This is the cable holder for the V Star 650 Classic that was missing when it came in. I found the part using the tools available from Webike help pages. The part was easy to find then. Although essentially, you could get away with not having one of these cable holders, why would you when you can source them easy enouhg from Webike at a great price. I had a few other parts in my order and all were shipped with EMS. The package arrived in 5 days and everything was in perfect 100% condition. The cable holder is tough plastice with a massive hole specifically for the cables to move vertically as needed. The clip grommets are perfect, all in tact and no snapped pieces or extra bits still attached from the moulding process. They clip into place really easily and with no effort. Now my cables are where they should be and no danger of anything getting tangled. Very please with how the bike looks now and this part really finished it off. [How is it used?
I bought this to refresh my MT-25, which has done quite a bit of mileage.
I am totally OK with Other Brand Products, but I ended up choosing OEM because there were few other options in OEM Length and it was the least expensive.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is a very ordinary Clutch Cable.
Nut for installation is of course included.
Was the installation difficult?
The clutch wire replacement itself is easy, as Cowl is also the smallest.
Pliers and pliers for turning Spanner and Adjuster of general sizes are sufficient.
After replacement, test run for adjustment.
How was your experience with it?
We replaced the OEM with OEM, so naturally we did not notice any difference.
It was replaced as preventive maintenance before the Wire ran out.

I thought the price would be a little higher since it is OEM Parts. I thought the price would be a little higher since they are OEM parts, but I'm glad it was less expensive than I thought it would be.
There was no particular problem with the original Clutch Wire, but it was too late to replace it after it broke.

Diversion from other companies.
As you can see in the picture, the diameter is larger than OEM, so it is a little bit higher Solo.
I have only replaced it as is and adjusted the play of the Axel, but I am satisfied with it.
I feel that the rattle in the handlebar axis direction is a little too large, so I will try to reduce the rattle by using another timing.
I put some Washers in the Bar End and now I am avoiding it.

Used for WR250R
The Cushion for the Taper Handlebar is Large, which is good for safety, but it makes it difficult to turn the key on the WR of TRAIL vehicles.
The top Cover was torn and looked bad, so we replaced it with this one from OEM.
Although it is a small type, the rubber is quite soft and has perfect cushioning.
Also, since it is OEM, it has YAMAHA's Logo, which makes it more cohesive.
I don't know about durability, but it's half the price of a Large type Cushion, so it won't hurt if it breaks.
