Highly efficient air cleaner
Since it is a combination of Air cleaner, i-mapSub computer, and Slip-on Silencer, I do not know the performance of Single Item, but this combination definitely improves the speed groove of Straight. View detail

Alleviation of squishiness
Intake/exhaust change + i-map Spec. so 3 bars were replaced.
Purchased together with Spring Seat.
I opened the SL clutch cover for the first time and found that in addition to the gasket cover, I needed a water pump gasket, LLC, pump O-ring, LLC drain gasket, and other small parts, which cost more than I expected.
The squishy feeling when connecting the clutch at full throttle was reduced, but the maximum speed remained the same.
Lever is slightly heavier, but since the original is light, it is not a problem.

A bit expensive.
Purchased while installing Reinforcement Spring.
Sure, there is a BALI or something like that on the Edge with a very small pole, but it doesn't matter because it's a component that can't be seen from the outside.
I opened the SL clutch cover for the first time and found that in addition to the gasket cover, I needed a water pump gasket, LLC, pump O-ring, LLC drain gasket, and other small parts, which cost more than I expected.
When I opened it, it was buckled as shown in the Product Page photo.
I don't know how it is with the Single Body since I also added the Reinforcement Spring, but the squishy feeling when the clutch is connected at full throttle has been reduced.
However, this price seems rather expensive for what is in effect just a Washer.

Fallen cannibals
We installed it as a precautionary measure because we were told that there is a risk of damage to the Engine Case in the event of a fall.
The weight was reduced by 130g compared to the OEM's approx. 320g, which is a bit of an error, but it also reduced the weight.
The length is L70mm and R82mm while OEM is L70.9mm and R81.1mm.
During installation, the longer R side did not fit, so we had to kick the Engine to widen the gap.
Is that how much distortion was occurring?
The Anodized texture is beautiful, but it is almost invisible when installed, so it would have been nice to have a CostCut in Plain.

Operation Fee Ring Improvement
I am riding a GSX-R125, but when I use high RPM or go for long touring, I felt the clutch connection was loose. I was a bit worried about disassembling the clutch as a DIY project, but it wasn't that difficult. The most difficult part was removing the gasket.
I was concerned about the possibility of one-sided contact, etc., considering the spring's seating position, so I removed the burrs with diamond sandpaper. The thickness was 0.9mm when I measured it with Caliper, though it was described as 1.0mm. I thought, "Why is this a plate material? I thought so, but... I have not verified whether it affects the surface of Spring's seat or not, because it is my personal impression.
After the installation, the connection feeling of the clutch became direct. The feeling of slipping when shifting up at high rpm has been reduced. I think that the pressure of the OEM clutch is stronger than that of the Shim, and it is harder for the clutch to slide. I thought that the weight of the clutch lever would theoretically be heavier since the spring has been reduced by the thickness of the shim, but there is no change that I can actually feel.
I think the Shim installation was effective. If you are dissatisfied with the clutch feeling, it may be worth replacing it. Personally, I am happy with the replacement.

For Circuit
Purchased for Thermostat Cancellation.
Installed using OEM Thermo rubber seal. I don't know how well it works because I haven't driven the car yet, but I'm hoping for the best.

To improve Clutch feeling
Since I use the bag for commuting and circuits, I wanted to be particular about the clutch feeling, so I bought it.
I think installation requires a certain amount of skill.
I installed the clutch spring retainer at the same time, so I don't know the effect of the PartsSingle Body, but I felt the clutch feeling was better.

Used for CrankOverhaul of KSR80
KSR engine with 19,000Km mileage was making a strange noise, so an overhaul was decided. 。 We contacted SUS441, who suggested that it might be a problem with the bearing of the crank, and he indicated that the connecting rod and cylinder might also be affected by the crank bearing failure.
From a cost standpoint, I decided to do the overhaul myself and find a contractor to do the bore up of the cylinders and overhaul of the crank, which I cannot do myself.
Since the Crank connecting rod and Crank pin are already out of stock, we decided to purchase the reinforced connecting rod that SUS441 has released.
The performance and durability will be determined after the Engine is put into actual operation, so we have set the current status as unknown ☆3.
When Manufacturer is discontinued, we can only be very thankful for products like this.

Spring will no longer be caught in the notch!
[How is it used?
I used it on the clutch of a YZF-R25 that I am converting to a Racer.
Since everything around the Clutch board was within regulations, we did not replace it with a new one but used it as is.
The vehicle was in Circuit use, but the condition was not bad.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Shim arrived exactly as pictured, no BALI, etc. Beautiful product.
Was the installation difficult?
If you can remove the Clutch cover, it is not difficult at all.
I removed the oil, but if the vehicle is equipped with a side stand, I think it is possible to work without removing the oil.
How was your experience with it?
I've included a photo, but with the OEM ClutchWheel, it is very uncomfortable when the end of the Spring gets caught in the inner meat cutout...just the fact that it is no longer there is a very Plus factor.
I also added Retainer from Kobo Kitamura together with it, so I don't know the effect of Single Body, but the Clutch feeling is much better.
The vehicle has been powered up by an exhaust system replacement and a sub computer to improve the fuel mixture, and since the vehicle is only driven in a circuit, I think the clutch will be under a lot of strain, but so far no problems.
I would like to check if it was working properly at the next Clutch inspection.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No, only Shim.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Considering the Pre-road aspect, it would be nice if 8 cards are included so that two cards can be put in one place.
Finally, as a precaution, do not forget to prepare the Clutch Cover Gasket since you will be removing the Clutch cover. If possible, it is better to have a spare Pin of the Case as well.

KICK Suite Spring
I feel considerable Upgrading from Standard suspension.
Standard's suspension is very sensitive when passing through road surface gaps, but it is a very important part of the driving experience.
I did not expect much from this product, but it is a very good product. I recommend this product.

It's hard to understand, but you can see the effect.
The effect is hard to understand, but you can adjust the clutch to your liking.
Worth it if you can Clutch overhaul yourself.
If you ask Shop, it's not worth the labor cost.

SUS441Oil tank protector
Material:Carbon and it looks GOOD!
The long screw for installation was also included, so I think that the screw is short enough to increase the thickness of the installation part, so it is not so easy to install.
On my unit, when I have the Handlebar fully locked in Left, the Fork's Outer seems to be interfering slightly.

That's pretty good
I bought it for my KLX250
Around the time I replaced the IJ, the Clutch started to bother me …
I was a little nervous because it started to run quite a bit, so I installed it to strengthen it
It's a nice touch that gives it a Snap and feel

Some trouble with installation
Because the regulator of KSR80 that I purchased used was not the countermeasure item, I thought that I could use it anyway I bought this product to make the MFBattery
When I tentatively installed it as described in the instruction manual, it will interfere with the tank of the 2-stroke oil, so I installed another one Installed in position
I had purchased the MFBattery from Takekawa at the same time and tried to connect it to this kit The Bulletin of Kit as opposed to the Battery Bullet Terminal Because the terminal was 1SizeSmall, it was scarce
I had the material, so I WiringCut it and replaced it, but It corresponds to Since it is sold as MF Battery, I want you to match the plug size
