Switching from Digital torque wrench
[How is it used?
I have been using KTC's Digital ratchet until now.
In use Alarm sounds when setting Torque is reached in Spec.
It is difficult to stop the tightening at the time of sounding but setting TorqueExactly to stop
If it's around 10N.m, it's not so much Over, but around 30N.m, it's up to the latter half of 31N.m.
The display goes and so on.
I'm not sure what's going on, so I'll stop at Mechanical's Cutting edge.

as pictured
How was your experience with it?
The initial setup is a bit tedious.
I still feel more comfortable with Mechanical.
The easy-to-understand structure of the Torque, which can be locked with a click, is good.
There is just no visible N.m. indication, but it may be due to the degree of tightening.
I don't know, maybe it's Overtorque.
It's invisible, so it's good!
[Points to note]
So much so that I always drop the scale to at least Torque when I'm done using it and store it.
Digital ratchet is easier and hassle-free in this area.
How did it compare to other products?
Digital ratchet is a method of specifying the target Torque as a number and stopping it when it sounds.
Simple and easy to use for everyone, but the Spec.
Tightening multiple parts is difficult to do quickly.
The preliminary alarm sounds, and from there the main alarm sounds and reaches the set torque, but it takes a long time to close from the preliminary alarm to the main alarm while watching the situation slowly.
On the other hand, with Tonichi's MechanicalTorque wrench, it's just a click and you're done.
I can tighten them one after another.
Of course, if you tighten it with a lot of force or over the zone of idling after cutting, it will over, but if you do it normally, it can be tightened precisely.
I don't often use both Digital and Mechanical, but I'll probably end up using only Mechanical.

first visit to Tonichi
I have a KTC digital ratchet, but the measurement range is down to 60nm.
I've been working on the suspension and drivetrain recently.
I bought it because I thought it would be good for me to stay at Handluk Wrench forever.
Somehow I felt that Mechanical, not Digital, would be better for the Large Torque, so I chose Mechanical.
Then there is the Manufacturer, since we use KTC or Tohnichi for our main tools.
I was initially looking for KTC as Main, but Torque wrench up to 140N.m side is not available.
Digital ratchet is the only way to go. I have a 200 N.m product, but I don't need that much.
Above all, the main Site. Sold Out Notation of
Maybe a model change? If a new one comes out soon after purchase...
You're going to be disappointed!
With such concerns, I decided to look for Tohnichi, which was recommended by a friend. I decided to look for Tohnichi, which was recommended to me by a friend.
I had never heard of this Manufacturer, so I looked around for reviews and reputation.
Looks very good, doesn't it?
Lineup also has products up to 140 N.m
However, there are two types of MODELs with the same measurement range:resin handles and Gold genus Knurl.
It's hard to decide which to choose.
Gold Knurl for sites that get sticky with oil or require durability
If you are just using it occasionally as a hobby and want it to look good, you should probably choose a resin handle.
Usability is
Torque settings are displayed in Lens for both the main and sub scales, making it easy to check the setting values and easy to use.
The resin grip is also easy to hold and work with.
The feeling of the click after reaching the Torque setting is also very pleasant, isn't it?
It is reassuring to know that the Knob that locks the set Torque is made by the genus Gold.
KTC is Material:I wonder if it will be damaged over time since it is plastic. I worry about it unnecessarily, don't I?
Also note that Case is sold separately.
Case is a precision tool, so it is necessary, but 5,000 yen is a bit expensive.
A little less expensive would be nice.

Small turnaround and easy to use
[How is it used?
I bought this a few months ago with the intention of working on it for the past few weeks. I was a little hesitant because it's pretty pricey w
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image, except for the packaging which is simpler than expected for the high price.
How was your experience with it?
Although I bought a Torque wrench CL25 to manage Torque fitting of Stainless mesh, I came to the purchase of QH10 of Ratchet head because there were few opportunities to use only the Head of Open end and it was not enough.
It is a Head replacement type, but there is no rattle and it can be used without a sense of discomfort.
The point where the combination of CL25 and QH10 is good is the point where it is useful for space saving only with Small Type. When the exhaust system of Ninja1000 was replaced this time, I tried to use it for the Nut fastening of the exhaust flange (20Nm), but it was good to use it with the small turning.
[Points to note]
Nothing in particular, but it is a precision part, so you should be careful when handling it.
How did it compare to other products?
There are no products to compare.
Other items that would be helpful
It is a good idea to keep it in a storage Case.
