HURRICANE POLICE Type 2 Handlebar Set
The NORMAL forward leaning posture became difficult, so I replaced it with a posture that is less stressful on the lower back and neck.
The improvement in riding posture was ideal, but it will take some time to get used to it because the width of the Police 2 type is 645mm, which is slightly shorter than the 675mm width of ZEPHYRχs STD Handlebar, and the aperture is tighter than I expected.
I think the only replacement is that positioning and drilling the holes for the Switch box is a bit difficult.

Comfortable with easier Position than OEM
I felt uncomfortable with the OEM's too-wide handlebar, so I replaced it.
The Handlebar of the Cafe is narrower than the Z900RS, though,
The OEMHandlebar is so wide that you would think it was a STREETFIGHTER-type Handlebar, and it stiffens your shoulders.
The position that comes 3cm in front of the OEM by 3cm up with the width shortened by about 6cm will be a much easier position than the OEM.
I would not say that installation is difficult, but if you are not used to it, there may be a Large change.
The handlebar periphery is removed and replaced via an adapter since the diameter is narrower than the OEM.
This adapter gapes when the handlebar angle is adjusted, so it is necessary to check when tightening.
Also, when tightening the Handlebar Post, Brake Holder, and Clutch Holder
Be sure to tighten from the top and adjust the tightness on the underside, so be careful.
The LeftRight Switch Box and Accelerator WireHolder have pre-drilled holes, so no drilling is required.
OEM wire ends when replacing the supplied Clutch Wire. (Engine side) It is recommended to use Tie Wrap or Needle Goldetc. to tie the new wire to the OEM wire and pull it up so that it can be replaced through the same place as the OEM wire.

Not very good quality.
HURRICANEClamp Bar
Item Number : HU1035B
For YZF-R25
This is a type of handlebar with a fixed bolt to be installed. The supplied bolt and Spacer collar are not strong enough, so we replaced them. The length of the bar is shorter and more compact than other manufacturers.

Separate handle for HORNET
Ordered last August, finally arrived this February.
HURRICANE Inc. has been quite busy.
It was worth holding out to buy from a pre-priced reseller.
The work was easy as long as the Handlebar holes were drilled.
The Curve is nice and easy to bend because of the forward lean.
I am wondering if I should extend the Fork and put it on the Top Bridge as it is a bit tight.

Great bar
Well built handlebar. The welds look good and the chrome plating is very nice. More foreword and sporty grip angle but still very comfortable. Cool retro look too! View detail
Diversion to CB250F
I installed a ZETA handlebar on my MC43, and it was about 30mm higher, but the OEM tension was too tight, so I replaced it with a ZETA handlebar. 1 pc of pull was applied to the handlebar, and the direct feel was increased by adjusting the play and the handle.:Pair (for Left and Right) I let it have play at full lock. Mesh
The mesh is durable and the Clutch is very light.
I would like to do this next time I replace it.

A slight change in position, but it is effective.
Riding position can be changed without replacing the axel, clutch wire or brake hose.
That's a slight change, but it worked wonders for a Showa-era uncle's body type like mine!
In situations like UTurn, where the Handlebar is cut to the full, I thought it would be possible to operate naturally because the arms are not fully extended.
However, the handlebar replacement process itself is quite a hassle, so if you are not confident about it, it would be safer to ask a PRO to do it for you.

Semi-Up Handlebar Bar
[How is it used?
YamahaCHAPPY (CHAPPY) The OEMHandlebar of the "for replacement" was purchased for replacement because it was in Rust and looked like a mess.
I chose the Semi-up type because it was more expensive than the Up type and it looked like the wires would need to be replaced.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just like the picture.
Was the installation difficult?
It doesn't take much time to remove it from the Clamp and transplant the Switches.
The Left SideHandlebar Switch has a turnstile and requires drilling.
How was your experience with it?
Since the OEM is about 200mm up, the position is slightly lower than the OEM.
It does not affect driving in any particular way, but if you want to ride comfortably, OEM's 200mm or larger is recommended.
Style-wise, I prefer this Semi-up.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Handlebar only.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not particularly

This is a semiUp type handlebar that is just right for mini bikes.
Depending on the car model, it may be necessary to drill holes for the Handlebar Switch.

I like the name Parenthesis.
OEM→BEET→cafeOEM→Bundle replacement from BEET.
I have tried many things and found it to be the best fit! But there is one drawback.
The Clutch Cable interferes with the Meter at any angle. I bought a thin rubber mat at Encho and cured it for now.
If you want to avoid hitting the handlebar, the handlebar will be slightly gapped to the left of the center or raised up considerably. If I could re-drill the holes and adjust the switches, the range of adjustment would be wider. I am not sure if it is compatible with the Bikini cowl that I installed at the same time, but I am generally satisfied with it, so I will keep it as it is for the time being.

It can be installed with no problem if you have the tools.
As per your impresion, it takes a lot of time to remove the Screwwith Lock Bolt from the bottom.
Our procedure is to first remove the bolt that holds the clutch hose and brake hose to the body. The breaker bar is also large and sturdy. The Brake master and Clutch master can also be easily removed from the handlebar and placed on the body.
Once loosened somewhat, remove the 4 Bolts as the Ratchet of the FLEXHead can be easily turned afterwards.
Just float the Top Bridge and put the HURRICANE Spacer in between and put it back in place.

Large change in installation work
If you remove the handlebar cover of the scooter, a hole will be made there, and you just want to hide it.
I happened to have another job to replace the handlebar, so I worked on it in conjunction with that. In addition, there is nothing to hold the parts in place, so you have to use gold glue to fix the handles in place.
If you are not confident if you want to replace it, I suggest you ask Shop to do so.

HURRICANE BMConti Type 3
With the NORMAL handlebar, my wrists were a little too far away from the handlebar, so my wrists were easily fatigued, but after replacing the handlebar, my riding posture became easier even in the middle of touring.
Quantity Handlebar:Pair (for Left and Right) The handlebar is slightly raised to prevent fingers from being pinched.

Maybe a little wide.
OEM was far and low and had to be replaced.
Accelerator Wire was easier to install than MT09, but
The air drainage of the brake hose and clutch hose was Large strange.
The fit feels a little wide.

Very high quality grips...
Indispensable for bobber and cafe racer projects,I choice these grips in my xs project. These grips are Gran Turismo style reproduction grips. It has a historical connotation..These grips are very comfortable. I have had a lot of expensive grips over the years, and these are just as, or more, comfortable. Easy to grip, even with gloves. I love the look , kind of simple old school.Materials appear solid and only time will prove otherwise.Properly sized for throttle tube and handlebars. It is easy to assemble, it does not move on the handlebar. You can apply some glue if you want.I definitely recommend and the price is hard to beat. View detail

Handlebar cannot be installed without it.
I bought this Holder together with the Top Bridge for my ZZr Bar handle, and since the Top Bridge is also a HURRICANE, I was able to install it without any difficulty. I am satisfied with the position, not too far and not too close. View detail
Purchased this one due to bar handle change
Purchased this for my Pipe Handlebar conversion. The construction is good and I am satisfied. The installation itself is not difficult, but it is troublesome because it is necessary to completely close around the handlebar. If you do the other work together, you only need to do the whole rose once. View detail
