OEMFloat valve for peace of mind
The 20 year old Carburetor Spec. Engine is starting to smell like gasoline, so we decided to replace it before it starts to overflow. Although inexpensive Chinese copy parts are available in the market, we do not want to have an overflow soon, so we decided to use OEM parts for reliability.
The removed float valve had a slight hit on it, and it was visually confirmed that it was about to reach the end of its service life. The left side of the photo shows the new valve and the right side shows the used valve.
The valve seat side was polished with a cotton swab with PIKAL, cleaned with Parts Cleaner, and a new valve was installed. The gasoline smell was completely eliminated and the car was running great.
It would be nice if they were a little cheaper, but I hope they will still continue to supply parts so that I can continue to ride my old CarburetorSpec. motorcycle.

I replaced it after about 20,000 km on the road. It may be my imagination, but I feel that the engine now revs up to high rpm. View detail

Reliable OEM Product
I was not sure whether to choose the Other Brand Product or the OEM Product, but I decided to go with the OEM Product because there is no large price difference between the two. View detail

Honda OEM quality
OEM filter, fits 2006 Honda Today AF61. I've seen cheap ones with defects and warped fiters, however the filter paper on the Honda version is dense and straight. Perfect. View detail
