After considering manufacturing quality and precision, as well as ease of availability
MY2010 F800GS is mainly used for touring and city driving. Although the mileage is not so high, the fee ring around the drive parts is not good and some drive noise is bothering me, so I replaced it.
We purchased this product after considering OEM Parts and each AfterMarketParts. I was concerned about the manufacturing quality and precision. Although it seems to be an imported product (even the manufacturing plant is unknown), it has the JapanFOR JAPAN MODEL inspection seal, and there are no particular concerns about its packaging, material, or processing.
The screw lock agent left in the hollow receptacle screw of the drive shaft (output shaft) was removed as much as possible during installation, and the splines around the outer circumference of the shaft were cleaned, greased up, and the purchased sprocket was installed.
There was no strange sticking feeling or strange rattling, and the excess grease came out in a beautiful flower shape (splined shape) evenly etc. from the gap between the shaft spline and the inner circumference of the Sprocket. This suggests that the machining accuracy of the Sprocket is not bad.
Check the front and back of the spring washer holding down the Sprocket and tighten the specified Torque through the Spacer. (50N・m) Tighten the right screw in the direction of the crank rotation. The usual method to prevent the Sprocket from rotating with the shaft is to apply a chain to the Sprocket before tightening it, or to prevent the Sprocket from rotating by applying driving friction with the chain or by applying a rear brake, but this will not work. However, this will cause the Sprocket to be pulled downward by the weight of the Chain and toward the rear wheel by the tension. I was able to fix the center of rotation of Shaft and Sprocket by gradually increasing the torque setting with the gear in 1st gear and without applying the chain. If you have a problem with the torque setting, this method seems to work fine.
The OEM parts for this year's model that were installed in new vehicles seemed to be made by ZF, but both the OEM parts that came with the vehicle and the products we purchased this time had a solid industrial feel, and I personally have a good impression of them.
Items that may be helpful in the replacement process are a torque wrench and a medium-strength screw lock agent.
AfterMarketParts has a variety of products, but we strongly hope that you will continue to supply products that emphasize material, precision, processing technology, inspection and quality control, and not just price competition.

Driven Sprocket Replacement
In addition, the company has been working on a new project.
I searched for the same item and found that SUNSTAR has discontinued (?) the same part number. I found the same part number in SUNSTAR.
What SUNSTAR has is Quantity with Driven Sprocket:Set product with only the OEM Standard 17T-44 gun combination.
I looked for a replacement and finally found an AFAM 18 gun.
The reason for the change in the number of Sprocket's Ding, in the Number of teeth on the OEM.
(1) The response is peaky, making it difficult to handle in some situations.
(2) Tight HairpinCorner cannot be held back in 2nd gear, and the Torque is insufficient in 3rd gear.
By changing the number of pins, the Tight HairpinCorner can be used in either 2nd or 3rd gear, making it easier to handle.
Therefore, we chose AFAM to maintain that setting.
However, it takes about two months for delivery, which is unavoidable due to the order-made nature of the product.
I placed an order on 3/9 and received emails on 3/10, 3/14, and 3/15 informing me that the order was being arranged.
No progress report for about a month after that. (This is not good.)
4/17, The item is out of stock and the current estimated delivery time is three weeks." and then a confirmation whether to continue with the order or to callcell.
There was no alternative and we decided to continue ordering.
I received an email on 4/18 with a shipping notice (what the heck? This!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Arrived 4/19. (It took 40 days from order to arrival.)
4/27 installed at my favorite Motorcycle shop.
While replacing the Sprocket, we also decided to replace the Bearing and Dust Seal.
I thought about replacing it myself, but there was no SST and I gave up.
Impressions after the replacement are the same as before (laugh), easy to handle.

AFAM's 47 Gold sprocket and RK's Gold Seal Chain 520-110 and Quantity:I can ride with the same OEM reduction ratio of F14-R47 without any discomfort, but I really wanted to have more low speed punch, and after worrying about F13-R45, I came to a conclusion. I was really looking for more punch at lower speeds, so I decided to go with the F13-R45 after much consideration. View detail

Used for CB250RS-Z
[How is it used?
Used on CB250RS-Z.
I was wondering what to do about Front sprocket for the same car model because the only compatible products were XAM or JTSprocket and I was worried about the delivery time.
I was wondering if the Sprocket for the car models listed in the XAM compatibility list would work. So I looked into it and found this product in stock and purchased it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was a little concerned about whether the product would really work because the product image looks like an image and is different from the actual product.
As a result, there was no problem.
Also, the package was already opened, but the individual packages were unopened, so I used them as they were. The package was unopened, so I used it as it was.
Was the installation difficult?
It is easy to remove and replace the Sprocket Cover.
Don't forget Torque management as it will be the driving part.
How was your experience with it?
It was from the OEM that originally came with it, but there is a little rattling against the shaft. (Maybe it was like this from the beginning?)
There were no particular problems with driving.
Not sure about Life as it has just been replaced.
[Included Parts:were they on?
SprocketBody only.
If you want to replace the Plate and Bolt as well, it is safe to buy OEM Parts.

Nothing in particular has been improved! I have the impression that Sprocket is a safe and reliable product.
It was helpful to have a Lineup of old cars.

Along with the diversion of Wheel
I have been wanting to use the ZRX1200R's rear wheel for a long time and finally did it. I got a used wheel and a used DAEG swing arm and replaced them with the existing ones. However, the Sprocket is different between ZRX1100 and ZRX1200R, so it was necessary to prepare a suitable one. This time, I got the AFAM one that was available at a reasonable price, with the same number of pins (45) as the ZRX1100OEM. The color was Gold, but I didn't like it, so I decided to change the color to Color.:I painted it Grayish Metallic. I think the teeth will be scraped off soon, but other than that, I think it will last for a while since it is not a place where anything will hit it. I think the paint looks pretty good. I think it is comparable to the X.A.M. product that I used on my ZRX1100. I replaced the Chain at the same time (EK 530SR-X2), and after the work was completed, I did a test run and found that it turned smoothly without any problems. I don't know how durable it will be, but I hope it will last until it is time to replace the chain. View detail

second-time buyer
The OEM FrontSprocket was only available in 15T and I wanted to replace it with a 14T, so I had to purchase it along with the Rear sprocket and Chain replacement.
Less than two years after the last installation, the car was due for inspection and I took it to the dealer. At that time, the Front Sprocket needed to be replaced, so I asked the dealer to replace it with an OEM Sprocket. (I later regretted that I should have purchased a FrontSprocket and brought it in.) I thought I would be fine with the 15T, but I decided I liked the ride of the 14T better, so I switched.
I considered Sprocket from another company, but decided to purchase it again because I had used it before, although it is a bit expensive.
Durability is Touring (with Winding) I use it and replace it after about 14,000 km.

No need for aluminum.
For some reason, everyone happily replaces it with Aluminum Sprocket, but if that's the only choice you have, it's definitely steel on public roads.
Do-iron Psycho.
Naturally, the durability is incomparable.
Do-iron Psycho.
I especially appreciate the durability of the Iron Sprocket, as I use the Seal chain without refueling.
As long as you clean it diligently, it won't decrease at all.
(It has 30,000 miles on it now, but it's not yet time to replace it.)
It's heavy, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to use the bottom of Spring or not.
It's heavy and has poor acceleration, and...
You can't experience any of those negatives.
I don't think you can experience it with testRider or GPRider, though.
The weakness is that the surface is textured and very difficult to clean.
It is textured to the extent that you will be surprised if you are used to the slipperiness of the Aluminum Sprocket.
But I'm sure the textured process increases its strength and rigidity (my own guess), so at least give it a go!

16 for 500
I tried the 15T made by a certain XXStar, but it comes around completely It's a very important speed range It feels like 4.5 speed I tried to put it into 6th gear many times
The Afam I've been using (XAM) I returned to the 16T of
Normally, there is no difference between 15 and 16 that you can experience
And... ****Star is flat, Afam is with Hole
When you hold it, the weight is completely different
If you want to run fast and easy, use XX Star
If you want to run Quickly, you can use Afam, maybe?
But I think a 16T is best for the 500
P.S. The rotational direction and other markings on the previous ones are gone, Afam sales, but the thing is XAM What is it? And note that depending on the year of the car, there is no engraving, but the front and back are reversed This is quite famous

Steel is valuable
Since Aluminum is a great prime, Steel's Rear sprocket has few options, so its presence is precious. OEM is high even in the same Steel, and the product of N company was not good from the finish.
By the way, I see that a one-sided slander against a certain company AFAM is truly being disseminated in Net, but I do not know the truth. However, I would like to grasp this Manufacturer who continues to make Steel's Sprocket favorably. It is well established well. After that, although it is evaluation by trying, it will be usable longer than Aluminum, OEM same etc. That's enough.

Sprocket Manufacturer tool
Chain with iron plate interposed Quantity : It is quite a brute tool to tighten with 2 pc Screw. Plate press fit only by tightening the tool until it stops. However, Chain which I crimped this time was a product whose Plin's surroundings were even higher, so as a result of tightening without thinking, as a result of overturning the step, I became skeptical to replace the Joint. If Plate to be press-fit is Flat, Large durable ginger, if there is irregular surface on Plate it is necessary to be careful with the same tool as ordinary tool and measuring with Vernier calipers as appropriate. Next, in caulking work, caulking is finished by merely tightening the tool all the way. It seems that there is not much worry that the tool is overstrained due to the structure of the tool. After working Pin crimp width is 5 for RK 520 Chain in your case. It was 55 mm.. Since the tool's Size itself is cute as it is on the palm of your hand, the point that is not bulky for storage is also good. View detail

Lucky with lightweight design!
【What made you decide the purchase?】
A reliable Brand AFAM as Sprocket can be profitably bought at Webike.
【How was it actually used?】
OEM is 15 T but because it emphasizes acceleration, I changed to 14 T and made FinalRatio Short. This time, I changed to AFAM Sprocket with the same 14T as before, but there is no problem as a function.
【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】
The accuracy of Sprocket was high, it was possible to incorporate it without problems.
【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】
At the same time with Sprocket I think Chain will also be familiar with parts as it is replaced with a new one. It is also pleasantly pleasant.
[Is there anything I was disappointed about?]
No there is not.
【Hope for Manufacturer - Please let me know if you have any improvement points]
I'm happy to expand Chain size even with a lightweight 520.
【Have you compared items?】
I was thinking of Repeating XAM's Sprocket I was using so far, but when I compared it, I bought it because AFAM was slightly cheaper.
[Others]
When comparing XAM and Sprocket of AFAM, the design of Nut part for fixing is different in the two companies, and as a result, the making of AFAM was made lighter. Product page includes Sprocket design and images (Especially Reverse side) Since it is not posted, it is a good point of AFAM I noticed after purchase (although the design of other car models is unknown though.. ).
that's all

The more teeth there are the better
I am using it for R750 at MotoGymkhana
The GEAR ratio of NORMALSS is not oriented at all to the low speed section which said 270 ° Turn and rotation because the row is too high to do Gymkhana.
For that reason, in using Gymkhana SS personally I think that it is essential to shorten GEAR ratio of about 1 to 30%
So, first of all, I think that Large margin thinks of the Rear Sprocket Large Diameter, but it seems that if you look for Large Yu Sprocket which is more than 45 R 52 OOMSize 525, it was hardly found
I bought it because 48 of the AFAM was the biggest of them
Material is a thing with Steel but it was better that there were more tooths, so it is 48 Steel from 47 Duralumin
It was Silver's Sprocket, but the real thing was painted Black
Later if possible I can wait for two months at Production to order so I think that it is good to try various things if you can choose from 49 to 52 T. The price is also reasonable

SRX600 OEMChain size Conversion from 428 to 520 and further secondary deceleration to Standard 2. 474 → 3. 000, it became lighter despite the fact that Driven Sprocket became Large.
(428 Size F 19 R 47 → 520 Size F 14 R 42)
The rest is durable, but now AluminumSprocket is not diminishing compared to the 1990s, it seems that 10,000 to 20,000 kilos seems to have light weight, so we are expecting it.
★ If it is a bit cheaper ★ There are 5.
