Mounting Large is weird!
I installed it on a HORNET250, and the hole position etc. was Large sturdy, but I had to omit it because the Bolt length was not long enough to put the collar for the Penetrating Bolt at the bottom! I managed to attach the bolt and it was OK, but I had to use a jack to fine tune the height from under the Engine. Fits to XJR400R (2007)
We have been looking for Engine Guard to reduce the stiffness around the engine, but most of the conventional Engine Guard are lost in design for practicality and protection. The design of this product is high and the coloring is abundant. Also, the material is Material:It's aluminum and solid, so it should be safe in case of an accident (although I don't want to fall over...).
[Mounting]
This time, I chose the Type with Sub-frame to increase the rigidity of the frame. The color is Black which matches the frame.
The workmanship of the product is Exactly to the car model, and especially processing was not necessary. You can download the instruction manual from our website, but it is a little difficult to understand. Also, you need to remove the engine bolt to install this product.

Sub-frame is required
The Engine was safe, although I fell over because I laid it down too much in Circuit. The Tank's Handlebar was between it and the ground, so I don't know how much the Slash guard can protect it.
I chose the one without the Sub-frame, but it bent upwards when I fell and the bottom of the clutch cover was scraped off. I will buy a new one with Sub-frame next time.

The one I got years ago had mounting holes located in the wrong position and I had to get holes opened, but this time they were in the right position.

Also a rubber plate is attached to the mounting section.
It maybe for anti vibration.
The mounting screws have changed from black screws to plated screws.
Guess they have improved during the years gone by.
When mounting, you have to hold the engine with a jack to remove mounting screws.
Also you'll need a long extension bar and universal joint to tighten the screw on the front left side because the exhaust pipe will get in the way.
