Even if it's not a low-headed Bolt….
I purchased this to improve the hardness of the entry of Shift on my 2014 NINJA1000, which had been bothering me since I bought the car used.
Installation could be done without removing the Cowl, so it took only 5 minutes.
However, when installed with the supplied low head bolt, it does not interfere with the OEM change lever, but there is only a gap of about 1mm, which bothered me, so I installed a M6×10 button cap bolt with a lower head than the low head bolt to secure the gap.
Shift entry remains a little stiffer than before, and I feel that the shift feel has become tighter.
I wish it were a little cheaper because it is expensive for such small parts.

Easier to install than expected.
I think I'm going in with GEAR or Snap.
Cospa is not that high.

Very nice improvement in shifting..but expensive
After just 5000km my stock shift lever had a heap of free play. I saw this Aella shifter with a bearing instead of a bushing and thought I'd give it a try. It's hugely improved the feel of the gearbox. The only reason I've taken a star off my rating is the price...but you get what you pay for. It's a luxury item, but luxuries are typically nice to have. And it weighs 100grams less than stock. View detail
GEAR loss will be eliminated.
I no longer have to go into Neutral.
I am very satisfied.

It certainly changes the feeling of GEAR.
I gave it 4 stars, but there are some who give it 5 stars, some who give it 1 to 3 stars, and some who give it Large.
Z900RS has a hard and heavy GEAR, although there are individual differences.
How hard is it to do Gear changing with regular Sneakers,
Level, which immediately causes pain in the back of the toes.
Probably not enough to ride for an hour. That's how hard it is.
As with any Motorcycle, if you are too careless when going up from 1st to 2nd gear,
I think you may be in a hurry to get into the N, but the Z900RS is heavier than other Motorcycles in that area due to the weight of the GEAR.
I feel like I'm being cautious.
I feel like you made that part easier.
From the first time you enter the room, "GACHA! to "KAKON! to "KAKON!
As I said in the video, I wasn't feeling bad about the Shift feel,
GEAR's GACHAn! It's not that I didn't like the way it came in, but I put it on because it had a good reputation.
So I'm giving it 4 Stars, but it is an absolute RECOMMENDATION for those who have GEAR loss or hardness to Stress.
On the other hand, if the purpose is to suppress rattling, it is hard to avoid the feeling that it is relatively expensive.
Good Parts, but they are the right Parts for the right person and situation.

Quality of construction = price
I was hesitant to buy it because of the price.
Bold purchase
The beauty and precision of the cutting is as expected from AELLA.
I'm satisfied
But for those who install it themselves, in the case of Monster1200
It is very difficult to pull out the Pivot shaft.

Clutch is now lighter.
It is lighter than I expected. I am satisfied.
After installation, I adjusted it at the base of Lever because there was no more play, but it exceeded the adjustment range, so the Wire itself had to be adjusted.
Cost performance is not good, but it may be reasonable considering the strength and maintenance of texture.
I used to lose grip strength in my Left hand in half a day when I went touring, but after installation, I am not tired at all. I think it is a good product.

Installation was easy.
The installation process was easy, but the Lever movement interfered with the O2Sensor and I had to have a slight adjustment made by my dealer. View detail
That's about it
I don't think I've changed for sure. I thought it would be something like this. I can recommend it. View detail

I'm not strong enough. I needed this.
I had it on my old KATANA 1100 and it was lighter.
The clutch can be cut with two fingers, so you won't get tired even if you run long distances.
I was worried about the half-crazed connection, but it was fine.
I use my own Black paint.

Shift change sense improvement?
It is for Z900RS. I bought it for the purpose of improving the shift entry of the Z900RS, but I heard that it can be used for the NINJA1000.
After installation, I can feel that the shift is smoother.
It seems to have improved from a cackling gash feeling to a cackling one.
Easy to install, takes about 30 minutes to complete, no need to remove the cowl.
Don't forget to check the position of the clutch lever and use the screw lock agent.

JapanPosition is good for the human body type.
The reason why I changed the footpeg was because the heel of my boots came in contact with the Titanium Slip-on Silencer of my favorite SCPROject easily and melted. I thought of various countermeasures and even thought of changing to the exhaust system under the belly at one time, but I felt that the OEM footpeg position of Panigale was a little too far back for me, a typical old Japan human body type (171?, long torso, short legs, short arms), and also a little too low for knee grip. I felt that the Panigale's OEM footpeg position was a little too far back for me (I have short arms). AELLA's Footpeg Kit seems to be just right for my body type, and I have installed other AELLA products and trusted them with high quality, so I thought it was expensive, but when I tried to order it, I found that neither the manufacturer nor any other dealer, including Webig, had it in stock! The next production will be in 2 months at the earliest! I tried to order it, but no one had it in stock. Just when I was about to give up, I found a rare and limited edition Fugami Raijin Spec. in stock at a Ducati specialty store. I'm sorry to Mr. Webig, but I asked him to keep it immediately, and I even negotiated a discount, and he gladly gave me 10% off, and the fixed price is 8000 yen higher than Standard Product, but I bought it without hesitation. It was quite difficult to install, but the result was Large satisfaction! The position is easy to get on and the shift feeling is improved more than the moving figure, and there is no contact of the exhaust system and the heel. By the way, I installed the footpeg position 28mm in front and 20mm above.
It's a long story, but if you're around 170 and have a standard build, this is a gem of a recommendation!

I'm having trouble with my Shift sensation and GEAR play.
Maybe it's Kawasaki's unique structure, but the entry of Mission is unique.
I was browsing the webike and saw a product that caught my eye! (^^)
Compared to Honda and YAMAHA, the two companies are pushing up! But Kawasaki is pushing and shifting up!
It's like GEAR hitting with Pushingja and going in with Gashan.
If you use Shift lever, it's a little squishy.
Do these two points affect you? I think so.
For the time being, I installed a Holder that assists the subtle Shift rod.
When I put it on and when I don't put it on, the feeling of moving it with my hand is like Snap.
I have a feeling this will work.
It's a two-piece construction, so you'll be happy with the design as part of your motorcycle.
The installation was completed immediately after fixing it while taking a hit.
Be sure to use Torque management and Screw lock agent on the installed Bolt. (^.^)
Normally, I'm a manual wrench, but it's been a while since I've used the tool.
But something's fishy. ^_^
8.I thought 2kg/m was 820kg/cm, am I wrong?
In the end, I couldn't figure out the conversion and tightened it up with Hand-Luk Wrench.
Also, this product can be used for 2017 - 2019 ninja1000.
When installing, pay attention to the fixed position of the Shift rod.
Clearance so that the Bolt and ROD of the Shift holder do not interfere.

Not cost effective
The cut-out of the aluminum is rough, which is not good because motorcycleParts are supposed to be beautiful, so I polished it with PIKAL before installation.
Ninja1000-2014 is AE-74031
AE-74026 since 2017.
For some reason, the 2014 MODEL is not handled by WEBI, so it is purchased by individual quotation.
Delivery time 3 weeks
2-pieces Structure to fit the individual.
Co-clamped with Sprocket cover.
Screw lock agent is required for low head Bolt.
There is a manual. When I tried to do that, the corner of the Shift lever hit the low head Bolt and I couldn't Downshift.
I tightened the Bolt at the Limit without inserting the Shift lever all the way in.
If that's the case, you should put it in the Manual.
After installation, Shift enters Snap and … I think.
It's just a personal view.
I think it's not a good Parts because it's very expensive.
If you're going to pay Gold for this, you might as well put on a nice little Tire.
It'll be dirty with lube soon.

No dramatic changes
And frankly, I've only got 100k miles on it, so maybe I just haven't gotten a bite It doesn't seem to change that much It's like GEAR changes even if you do a miscellaneous Shift change
I installed it anyway and it seems to help with the sagging of the Chain and the wear and tear of the Sprocket So I'm hoping for that

Recommended!
The Arm of Clutch is extended to lighten the grip It is a part of a very simple structure
However, it has been reinforced (METAL?) where the Wire end piece is pierced, and it's cheap I think it's a good part
I'm working on a gold machining job, and I don't see how it's possible to cut out this shape It's a work that isn't there, but considering this reinforcement and other things, I think the price is low
The Clutch is now lighter and has a simple structure, so I highly recommend it
The performance is adequate, although the accuracy is 3 stars because I felt it was a bit wobbly, which is a shame

Not required, but …
Installed on MONSTER S2821 18 year MODEL
I was shocked by the dramatic change when I switched to AELLA's Handlebar before, so I decided to use the momentum I even got my hands on the company's footpeg in excess
You can choose from multiple positions, but for now, it is a recommended value
You can now have a natural knee grip and your footpegs are no longer slippery and firm You can hold it and gear changing becomes much lighter Above all, it's cool (important)
Demerit is still the price It's not too expensive as the build and finish is perfect, but it could be a little cheaper &hellip ; but I'm not sure It's the fate of foreign cars around here
Furthermore, it's a bit of a hassle to install it, and I'm not sure how to adjust the position itself I asked Shop to help me I can't do much recommendation to install it myself
In general, it is quite a product that can be recommended, but first of all, the Handlebar is replaced and if you only want to change the position, you should use Adjustable Footpeg is out there, so it's more cosmetic So it's not essential, but it was satisfying to put it in … it's not a necessity

Change Pedal as a functional beauty
GEAR's up-down pedals seem to be a bit stiffer than the OEM Change Pedal
AELLA's stuff is pretty impressive You just need to adjust the length etc. to your liking a little bit
GEAR goes in with less force and ease
It's beautiful to look at, but as a functional beauty, it has good performance
