Excellent control, difficult to remove air
The NORMAL Master Cylinder was old and difficult to control, so I replaced it with this product, which is a little more expensive. I don't know if it is because it is 14mm or not, but I couldn't bleed air by myself, so I brought it to Motorcycle shop. I don't know the cause of the problem, but I was able to finally use it. Replaced with Crab type Brembo
I have a bitter memory that when I replaced only the Caliper on my CB, the Rear did not work at all.......
With that in mind, I switched to Gail's Rear master, which was developed with Target in mind for the new Crab.
Whereas NORMAL works with gusto from the beginning.
Crab+Gale has Stroke, but it is easy to control Touch that works well for Linear.
I'm not very good at driving downhill on mountain roads, so I used to activate the ABS on the rear wheels, but maybe this will help me control it better!

Piston size was changed to match brembo M50.
Front caliper of Z1000R-EDITION is brembo's M50
The size of MASTER recommended by brembo for Caliper is 17mm.
And yet, for some reason, the OEM NisshinMASTER comes with a 19mm.
I thought it was a tight-fitting Touch.
That's why I decided to change the MASTER.
Candidates are brembo and GALE SPEED
GALE SPEED is still a weak Brand establishment, for better or worse.
brembo is the only way to go. But in terms of functionality, GALE SPEED has the edge.
bremboRCS with two-step ratio adjustment
Gale VRC is 8-Stages adjustable in 0.25mm increments
Well, once you've made up your mind, it's rare to move it, but it's so much nicer to be able to fine-tune it, isn't it?
GALE SPEED for the navel-gazers who only use navel-gazers who hate the standard.
I also heard that brembos tend to pee their pants a little bit, and I didn't want to be hit by one of them.
The touch is soft and the stroke is a bit much, but the brake is effective and easy to control with two fingers.
When 18mm is set, it is transformed into a tight touch, but it is controllable and does not have the tightness of the OEM.
I ended up settling on a 17mm intermediate.
I honestly didn't expect it to be this good, so I think I made a good purchase.
I wonder why Kawasaki adopted 19mm.
It has nothing to do with functionality, but I think the texture of the MASTERBody varies a lot from individual to individual.
The quality seems to be inconsistent, with some pieces having smooth surfaces and others having textured, dirty surfaces.

How was your experience with it?
Compared to NORMAL, the amount of strokes has been increased for better control.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Two types of return springs are included.
Standard (Black) and Hard (Red) 。
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I chose Brown as the color, but in fact it is Color:Close to Gray.

Comes with two different 90°Nipple accessories, Φ7.8 and Φ9. Out of the box, Φ7.8 is attached to the Brake master, so those who want to use Φ9 need Snap Ring Pliers.

If in doubt, replace it.
XJR1300 aka Yamaha Brembo's
It will be replaced from Master Cylinder.
Yamaha Brembo+brembo (New Crab) if it is the case that ...
Stroke is almost nonexistent.
We were dissatisfied and decided to replace it.
The feeling of stepping on the pedal is very effective.
It works similar to a radipon and
I liked the increased Control.
For those who do not use a variety of rear brakes or
If you like a pushing sound, you can use the following
It will not need to be replaced.
If you want to install it on the XJR1300, you have to put a collar between the two.

Piston is pressed at an angle, so
Let's sandwich the color.

Pricey, but...
I replaced the Rear of the Grom with a Crab caliper and operated it for a while.
I decided it was time to replace the Rear master since there were no more parts to play with. I decided to buy this product, which had a good reputation on the Net.
First of all, the purchase price is quite expensive category, even for Rear master...
First of all, it's pretty much the same thing when you're potty-mouthed. The Stage of Kiyomizu. was needed.
There seem to be several types of products, but I was only concerned about the mounting Pitch of the MASTER and chose the movable type, which was good, but there were M6 and M8, and only M6 was in stock, so I chose that one and made a mistake.
That's because the OEM Rod end was M8... orz
I had no choice but to purchase more M6Rod end from GALE SPEED to cope with the situation.
It gave the Rod end more luxury and stability, but it was an extra expense...
But there's a further problem...
I could not screw the rod end to the ROD even though it is the same Manufacturer's Rod end and MASTER.
I had no choice, so I roughed out the entire MASTER ROD once with Dice.
Then there was quite a bit of resistance...
I think they probably coarsen the pitch of the ROD to make the ROD feel more adjustable...
But what are you going to do to make it so coarse that the company's Rod end can't get into it? I personally thought...
After all these difficulties, we were finally able to install it on the Grom.
Air bleed was done without any problems.
And the feel ... still good!
I was surprised at how much the Brake pedal's operating area increased and became controllable just by changing the MASTER diameter to 12.7→12mm.
There are few Rear masters with a MASTER diameter of 12mm, so I think the Gale MASTER would be the only choice.
I wonder if that's why it's so expensive...
I really want to replace it! I wonder if it will be the thing and the price that will be replaced when there is a chance that I really want to replace it.

It's still the best Touch and Texture, just the Tank Bracket screw holes are …
It is being used in yzf-r1 for Circuit, and also purchased this time for FZ1fazer.
After all, the texture and BrakeTouch is the best, once you use it, you can't stop using Level.
As for the change, FZ1NORMAL (dissatisfied with Touch) & rarr;Brembo racing master (oil pressure loss occurred, overhaul of racing master is outsourced, expensive and takes time to deliver) & rarr;r1OEM diversion (still dissatisfied with external Radial master) (Overhaul is outsourced, but it is FOR JAPAN MODEL, so I expect the delivery time will be short, and the price is also a little cheap.
One thing to note is that the pitch of the Banjo bolt is 1.0, the same as the brembo, so be careful not to forget to buy one (I thought I had one at home, but I didn't, so I ran to buy one).
There are no problems with the installation, the only things to keep in mind are the fluid handling, air bleeding, and the torque on each part.
However, in the case of NORMAL vehicles, there may be some problems, and my vehicle has an external Top Bridge, Handlebar, and Throttle Wire routing (reverse Holder).
The only complaint I have is that the screw holes for mounting the Tank Bracket were not accurate and the Bolt did not fit by hand.
It wasn't as bad as it could have been if I'd used the Tool, but for the price, I'm not sure how accurate this basic part is…
I have no major complaints, but the price of the Overhaul has gone up, no Overhaul kitParts are sold, and the accuracy is suspect?
Next time I might flirt with brembo…Personally, GALE SPEED (Active) is my favorite Brand, but I'm a little disappointed.

It's lighter.
Change to match Brake. Variable Ratio makes it lighter, but
The lighter you make it, the more vague the clutches become and the more difficult it is to break. Recommendation

Ratio Variable Type
I thought brembo was too common, so I chose GALE SPEED.
The Ratio variable Type allows you to match the Touch of your choice.
But! To be honest, if you're just riding around town or touring, Nissin's RadialPump is more than enough, but the pleasure you get from paying more than twice the price is irreplaceable (laughs).

Works well and has excellent Control.
When I introduced the new Crab caliper, I heard that it doesn't work with Normal master, so I added this one.
Stops better than NORMAL, and has better Control while Cornering!

High rigidity. MASTER with a sense of luxury
Haven't used it yet, will be replacing the Brembo master.
The highest quality model of the same brand "Elabo Rate. I bought the Clutch of I fell in love with the operability and the height of the functionality, and decided to purchase this time. By various circumstances, unfortunately, I have not been able to exchange it yet, but I have already produced the atmosphere which is luxurious from Package. In addition, the body of Cut-out received the Image that the rigidity seems to be very strong, and the body color is also painted in Black. However, I am concerned about the durability of the paint film when Fluid is attached to it, but I will see how it goes here.
And the point that is different from brembo this time is that Lever ratio can be set between 18mm and 16mm.
The Brembo master that I have now is 19/18mm and the ratio is fixed at 18mm, but the Elabo Rate master has a controllable ratio. In addition, I am very much looking forward to it because it becomes Spec. that can pursue the touch of my taste.

High cost performance
Recently, there is a new Type that can change the Lever ratio, and the threshold to change the Brake is It's very nice to be low
For ABS cars, the brake hose change is more difficult than that
Be that as it may, when changing the Braking system, the brembo variable and the trouble with the brembo But
The level ratio can be set from 16 to 18 with no steps and the adjustment range is Large
The shape of the Handlebar Clamp can be selected
The colors are not too flashy
I chose this one for three reasons
the brembo has a piston diameter of φ17, whereas the GALE SPEED has a φ17. 5 and Piston diameter is a little large, but..
After using it, I've come to the conclusion that φ17.5 is a bit too large for SV650 It's like...
I haven't run it in earnest yet, but I personally think that with a Lever ratio of 16 or higher, I'm going to be able to get it to work BrakeTouch feels too loose, and although it does not come off, I am a little worried about Brake's effectiveness
It's just my personal opinion, and I'm sure everyone has their own taste in BrakeTouch If I were to say it's just my personal preference, it's a little less than the Lever ratio of 16 and a little more up front I wondered if I wanted a
Piston diameter & times; Piston diameter simply in terms of the length ratio When compared to φ17.5×16, I wonder if φ16 (or φ 17) might work better for tweaks... I'd like to try it, but I'm not sure how well Brake works It's not so simple because the ratio of the caliper piston diameter changes
By the way, the Horse nipple that connects the Brake master and the reservoir tank is In addition to the brembo, the brembo comes with the same φ7 as the brembo and the Nisshinφ9 It is
So, even if you want to divert the OEMReserver tank or Hose, there is no need to buy a new one separately No (although you will need a tool to remove the Snap ring)
I bought another one...I should write it down

Buy with no loss. Various surrounding Parts are necessary, so be careful.
【What made you decide the purchase?】
I exchanged master Cylinder in search of texture improvement.
I chose Gail, as Clutch side was planning to replace later,
With the same Manufacturer "Clutch wire holder" Is present,
It is because there was superiority in price from other Manufacturer.
【How was it actually used?】
Originally, I changed OEM MASTER from Lever to Other Company Product, but from that I changed to this product.
Well, from OEM + LeverOther Company Product,
Compared to OEM "Awkwardness" (With kaku) It is an impression that the grip has become smooth and lightened.
Also, while the OEM had rattling, it was built tightly, and there was no cheapness, and I am generally satisfied. (This really was Large). )
【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】
In my sense, it will be, but in terms of difficulty it was quite expensive.
Although it is not so high if simply installing it,
? Shape difference from OEM's Master cylinder
? Interference with Switch when grasping
? Interference with Cowl when handlebar is turned off completely
? Interference between Brake hose and Throttle Wire
At least like these four points, "interference" "Handling" It was because we had to consider.
Since it is not a simple installation, I think that it is better to consult with Shop and install it, including handling etc..
(Because it will be costly to spend trial and error... )
【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】
I attached it to R25, so I will focus on R25.
■ About Banjo bolt
OEM, 1. It is 25 Pitch but GALE is 1. Please note that it is 00Pitch.
About Banjo Adapter
Unlike OEM Shape, Banjo bolt attaches to the bottom so you need to pay attention to the shape of the Banjo adapter.
Figure "Interference between Hose and Throttle Wire" As you can see, there is a hole in the direction perpendicular to Hose.
In the figure, Red circle is Banjo bolt attachment hole, Yellow color circle is Banjo Adapter attachment site.
I think the shape of the Banjo Adapter should be chosen as having an angle of 30 ° to 45 °.
SwageLine requires only 90 ° or 20 ° Lineup, so be careful. (I used 20 °. )
■ Interference with Body
It is interference with Cowl when Handlebar is cut to full and Left.
Figure "Interference with Cowl" "Interference 2 with Cowl" As you can see from the Limit...
By lowering the part of Lever a little, interference with Body can be avoided.
■ Interference with Throttle holder
When I gripped it interfereably with the Throttle holder ★ Mi
However, actually supplementing Fluid and starting to use it, I think that it is not necessary to worry about this, as Lever did not reach the point where Lever got completely even if Brake was full at full.
■Others
Not only Body, there are also various things you need.
- Switch kit
- Banjo bolt(Pitch1. 00)
- Banjo adapter
- Wiring tool (For installation of Switch Kit)
- Reserve tank
Hose (Two types of Adapter are available: 7 mm and 8 mm)
- Tank Bracket
- By the way - - -
There may also be individual differences, but there was something that Grease up such as Pivot pin was not almost done.
It may be better to detach Lever etc. once before installing it and to Grease up.
【Fit feeling and height when wearing - Please tell me the weight etc (Apparel case) ]
Because of Hard parts, none.
[Is there anything I was disappointed about?]
nothing special.
【Hope for Manufacturer - Please let me know if you have any improvement points]
nothing special.
【Have you compared items?】
nothing special.
[Others]
nothing special.
