To replace the clutch cover
I bought this as a spare when replacing the clutch cover on my GSX1300R HAYABUSA.
When replacing the OEMClutch with a transparent Clutch cover, I thought it would be a good idea to replace the Gasket as well, so I bought a spare and didn't bother waiting to replace it.
There is also an Other Brand Product, but I got this OEM Product because it is not expensive and has good accuracy.
For SEA BASSOEM, I don't think there is anything particularly good or bad about it.
I have not put it on yet, but it seems to work normally.
It is also used in new cars, so you can be sure that it is OEM! If you think so, please come here!

Prevents Oil leakage.
The so-called DrainWasher.
If the washer, which keeps the oil sealed, is damaged, it can cause oil leakage.
In the unlikely event that the DrainWasher is crushed too much and engine oil is added, all the engine oil will flow out and be wasted.
What is DrainWasher? ]
DrainPacking is a part that is mainly used for oil extraction bolt of automobiles, and is inserted between oil pan and drain bolt to improve sealing and prevent oil leakage. 。 Since the shape differs from manufacturer to manufacturer, various types are available for each company. 。 Once used, it is deformed and must not be reused.
→Drain bolt crushes when tightened and acts as a seal between Bolt.
[The role of the DrainWasher is].
■DrainWasher, which is the focus of attention when changing Motorcycle Oil, differs from them in its role of increasing confidentiality and preventing oil leaks.
Basically, it cannot be reused.
Replace every time when replacing Oil.
Suppose we continue to reuse DrainWasher as is.
The following dangers may also arise
[Possible hazards].
Since the DrainWasher will no longer be sealed.
→ Inevitably, Oil leakage will occur.
→ White smoke while driving or Engine does not run well.
→ leave it alone and Oil will be low.
→Engine oil can become very hot and damage the Engine.
In the worst case scenario, the Engine will have to be replaced, so the DrainWasher is a very large component.
The replacement procedure, by the way, is done at the time of oil replacement.
First, the car body,
*Prepare an oil pan under the Engine while the car body is cold.
Loosen the drain bolt.
Counterclockwise will disengage.
It is attached to the underside of the Large Body, Engine, and Crank.
↓
(2) Remove the Oil.
Remove the drain bolt by turning it slowly counterclockwise by hand.
Washer is attached to the drain bolt.
This Washer becomes the DrainWasher.
↓
(3) Engine oil flows vigorously at first, but gradually the flow weakens and the oil in the engine is let out by tilting the body of the vehicle to let the oil fall out.
↓
(4) Replace the washer attached to the drain bolt with a new washer.
If you remove dirt (oil adhesion) from the drain bolt at that time, you can get a good result.
↓
(5) When the bolt becomes a drop, insert the drain bolt with the washer attached and tighten it by turning it clockwise with the Glasses Wrench.
↓
?Tightening Torque is 30-40N-m.
The feeling of turning off a faucet with one hand as hard as you can. 。
Be careful not to tighten the drain bolt too hard or the oil pan may be damaged.
↓
(7) After tightening the bolts, wipe the dirty areas around the drain bolts with Parts Cleaner and Dustcloth.
[Notes]
When removing the drain bolt, the MONKEY Wrench→○Glasses Wrench is recommended because it is longer and requires less force than the MONKEY Wrench because of its length. 。
The "Drain bolt" can be tightened "clockwise " and loosened " semi-clockwise. It is possible that you are actually tightening the screws while trying to remove them without realizing it. (From experience) Check before applying force.
DrainWasher should be replaced every time.
And then, substitute diversion with a car model-specific or size-matching one.
The DrainWasher fills the gap between the drain bolt and the engine, and should not be reused because it collapses under tightening to maintain a tight seal.
It is modest, but it is really a Large cut.

Genuine Yamaha Crank Case Cover Gasket for MT09 2020
This was the crank case cover gasket that was to replace the old gasket after the crank case cover swap. No point in using an old gasket when you can easily get a genuine replacement Yamaha one for this money. Finding the right gasket was easy as I already had the schematic for the crank case cover anyway. The price for the new gasket was really good value too and added to teh order, it was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The gasket was kept nice and flat during transit and was in perfect condition upon arrival. Witht he new crank case cover and this gasket, the job was very straight forward and took literally half an hour to complete. The gasket is very well made and is teh exact same one as I removed so I knew it was all good. The mount holes all aligned up with the crank case cover. Very pleased, thanks Webike. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Crank Case Cover for MT09 2020
This bike came in with a bit of road rash on the right side crank case cover and the owner wanted it replacing. No problem, I know a place that sells these. Finding the right crank case cover was straight forward by using the tools Webike provide and then cross referencing with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. The cover was really good vcalue and I managed to get it whilst this model was in the sale. So much more cheaper than I could source locally. WIth a couple of other smaller parts in my order, I got them all shipped together via EMS and the order arrived in 5 days. The cover came in the Yamaha box and was also surrounded with bubble wrap which Webike warehouse added. No damage was sustained during transit which was perfect for me. The crank case cover is a really well manufactured part. Pretty sure it is cast but that is not a bad thing. The cover is a very precise part and all the mount holes need to be perfect. No need to worry with that as this is a Yamaha part. The paint finish is flawless and is a lovely slightly glossed Yamaha grey that matches the colour of the original one. Fitting was a piece of cake and I also added the new cover gasket to keep it all snug. Very happy customer so thank you Webike. Excellent. View detail

The crankcase cover needed to be replaced with a new one but in the process, the gasket was also needing to be replaced as a matter of course. There is no point in putting an old gasket on a new casing. The correct gasket was found using the tools Webike provide on their help pages. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The gasket was added to an order with a few other parts and this saved a little on shipping costs. The order arrived, delivered by EMS in 5 days and was all very well packaged. The gasket was added to a piece of cardboard to keep it flat which was perfect. The gasket itself is well made and all the mount point line up exactly as they should. It came in the standard Yamaha packaging too. Not a hard job to complete, make sure the mating surfaces are all clean and free from debris and away you go. Very happy customer. This is the first time I have used this Drain Washer.
I used to use Drain Washer purchased from Motorcycle shop, but I bought it because I ran out of stock.
I don't think it's a problem since it's OEM, but just to be sure, check the area around the Drain Washer after test run after replacing the Oil.
It didn't leak, so it's Large sturdy.

It's good to be Stock.
It is what is called a drain bolt.
The price of this small part is only about 100 yen, but if the drain bolt is damaged, it will cause oil leakage. If you forget to tighten the bolt and fill the engine with engine oil, all the engine oil will flow out and be wasted. A bolt is just a bolt, but a bolt is just a bolt.
What is Drain bolt? What is a drain bolt?
Drain bolt is a bolt attached to the oil pan at the bottom of the car. 。 It serves as a plug to prevent engine oil leakage from the oil pan. When changing engine oil, the drain bolt can be removed and the old engine oil can be drained out.
The role of the Drain bolt is...
The most often heard in the maintenance of motorcycles. "Drain bolt." 。
A drain bolt is attached to a fuel tank or oil pan, Screws to block drainage openings for engine oil, etc. It is
Unlike Drain Washer, Drain bolt does not need to be replaced every time, but in my case, I replace it every 4 to 5 years.
The lid that seals off the oil is exposed to the oil, and I want to make sure that the screw pile doesn't collapse due to the garbage in the oil, etc. And the oil gets hot while running.
Drain bolt should be replaced when replacing oil.
By the way, the procedure for Oil replacement.
First, please facilitate Oil pan under the vehicle body and Engine.
*Car body should be cold.
Loosen the drain bolt.
Counterclockwise will disengage.
It is located on the underside of the Large body, Engine and Crank. If you are not sure, please refer to the Service Manual or Instruction Manual of the vehicle body.
↓
(2) After confirming that the Oil comes out, remove the Bolt by turning it slowly counterclockwise by hand.
↓
(3) The engine oil flows vigorously at first, but gradually the flow weakens and it starts to drip down. However, it is possible that the oil in the engine is not completely drained out yet, so the oil in the engine is drained out by tilting the car body.
↓
When the bolt becomes a drop, insert the drain bolt and tighten it by turning it clockwise with the Glasses Wrench.
Before doing so, check the condition of the removed drain bolt; if the screw thread is missing, replace it; if it is large and sturdy, tighten it with Drain Bolt Washer.
↓
?Tightening Torque is 16N-m.
The feeling of turning off a faucet with one hand as hard as you can. 。
Be careful not to tighten the drain bolt too hard or the oil pan may be damaged.
↓
(6) After tightening, clean the dirty parts near the drain bolt with parts cleaner and dustcloth.
[Notes]
The position of the drain bolt is at the bottom of the engine, so it is often difficult to loosen the bolt, and if you try to loosen the bolt with a monkey wrench, you may lick (crush) the bolt head.
The Monkey Wrench→○Glasses Wrench has a longer length and requires less force than the Monkey Wrench because of its length.
[Extras.
I experienced this when I started to do maintenance myself.
The drain bolt is stuck and won't come off! What a surprise (laughs).
Even in such a case, don't panic (laughs).
The drain bolt can be tightened " clockwise and loosened " semi-clockwise. It is possible that you are trying to remove the screw without realizing it, but in fact you are tightening it. Before applying force, check the tightness of the strap.
There are external products such as with-magnet drain bolts that adhere to the engine's gold dust, but they are expensive, and I think it would be wise to stock OEM drain bolts if you change oil regularly.
By the way, the part number is
01500-1016A-000 It's only $55.00!
The drain bolt washer should be replaced every time the bolt is tightened.

Flood HeadScrew for TZr50R Flywheel installation
[How is it used?
Used during EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This product is a Flood HeadScrew for Flywheel installation.
I bought a new Screw because the original one got tarnished during removal.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts for safe and reliable use.
I will probably lick it the next time I have the chance to remove it, so I am prepared to buy it again.
YAMAHA mopeds of this era are the worst in terms of serviceability because they use Nabe Screwetc. anyway.
How did it compare to other products?
I thought about substituting a bolt sold at Home centerretc., but since the flywheel is a very important part, I decided to use a reliable OEM product for the screw that holds it in place.
[Points to note]
Be careful not to lick it when removing it.

Genuine Honda Oil Filter for Honda CB50R Dream 2004
This little beauty came in for a service and air, oil and filter change. Not really sure how long this has been needing the service but it was long overdue. Finding the right oil filter was pretty easy if you know how. I cross referenced with Honda schematics and found the oil filter on Webike website. The price Webike had this for was actually on offer at the time so was better than I could source locally. For some reason, these are not easy to get in the UK, maybe the bikes are not that popular here. Anyway, with a couple of other small parts I had my order shipped together to save on some postage costs. EMS got my order delivered in 5 days which was great for me, I know when my orders will arrive. This was packaged really well and carefullytoo. The oil filter is a standard shape but is specific for this model. It fitted really easily and the qualoity does show when you are handling it. Very well made and no flaws that I could see. Now the bike just needs a little warm up and away she goes. Brilliant. View detail

TZr50R Oil Filler Cap O-ring
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This item is an O-ring of Oil Filler Cap.
It is not a part that needs to be replaced, but we replaced it because it was a good opportunity to do so.
How was your experience with it?
OEM parts are the only choice for engine parts. There is no problem with quality.
I compared it with the old O-ring, but the old one was still hardened.
Oil does not leak from this area, but does it affect the pressure application?
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.
[Points to note]
I installed it while taking care not to twist it during installation.
Grease is also applied just in case.

Genuine Honda Crank Case Cover Gasket for GROM125
This bike was desperately in need of a new crank case cover gasket for the Grom125 as the previous owner just did not keep up with maintenance at all. With it being a small road bike, they do take a bit of work during riding but up keep is no excuse. Not a big deal. I found the correct part number from Honda schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. This gasket is not a big one but it does have some intricate details that need to be correct to fit the crank case. You can see it has been manufacturered the right way and not cheaped out on it. It is sturdy and has a slight flexibility. All the holes aligned with the fitment and went on pretty easily too. Fitted quickly but precisely in just under half an hour with everything else put back together. Very pleased with this one, the bike does look a lot better without the old gasket flaking off and I know it will last a fair few years to come. Thanks Webike. View detail

This bike had a few issues that needed sorting out. One of the main ones is the magneto cover had got a lot of sctratches on it from being in a small accident. Fiinding the right magneto case was easy by cross referencing Suzuki schematics which is available online. Might as well get a direct replacement from Webike/Suzuki instead of trying to repair this one. No bother, the casings are not that expensive but Webike did have this anyway. I had some other parts in my order and all were shipped using EMS and arrived with me in 5 days. This magneto casing was packaged in a Suzuki box and was well protected from any damage. The finish on it is really nice, a well prepared and painted in gloss black. This was the same as the original one that came on the bike so would look perfect. All the mount points were pristine and well machined. I also purchase dthe magneto gasket as there is really no point in buying the casing and not a nice new gasket to go with it. Genuine Suzuki Magneto Gasket for Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004
This was needed this Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004 I have of a customers. This is a magneto case cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual magneto case due to a small rock hitting it and damaging whihch looked nasty for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Yamaha parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM Suzuki packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new magneto case, that is one more thing finished off. Very happy with the result. Thanks Webike for your hard work. It really is appreciated. View detail

。 It stores the rotational energy generated by the engine and transmitted to the crankshaft, supplies it to the drive wheels, and helps the engine to rotate by inertial force. The crankshaft is the engine's weight. It is neither too light nor too heavy.
[Flywheel has a glitch.
‥
▲Clutch will not disconnect, when Clutch is connected. "Skinny The symptoms include vibration and abnormal noise.
▲Idling is not stable and vibration increases.
By the way, in my case, I felt a strange noise when changing GEAR and Idling was going up and down (lol).
→ I thought it was because the weight had changed due to corrosion from rust or something.
In fact, Flywheel is basically not subject to much wear and tear, and with typical use can often last as long as the life of the vehicle body.
*On the contrary, when it becomes unusable, → corrosion or chipping.
Replacement Procedure]
1) Remove the middle nut with a universal holder and a socket wrench. 2) Remove the middle nut with a socket wrench.
↓
(2) Remove Nut and Washer.
↓
(3) Screw in the head of the Fly Wheel Puller.
Prepare for the Fly Wheel Puller, because it cannot be removed without the Fly Wheel Puller.
↓
(4) Since it is an Opposite Thread Screw, it is tightened by turning it counterclockwise.
↓
(5) Screw in the puller screw. 。 Normal Thread Screw.
↓
6) Place the MONKEYSpanner between the Head and push the bar down to easily pull it out.
↓
(vii) By turning the Shaft of the Puller and pushing in the head of the Crankshaft, the Flywheel comes out in front of the Flywheel.
↓
Replace ?Flywheel and assemble with ?→?.
[After exchange]
◎The noise during Gear changing is gone.
◎No strange vibrations 。
I think Rust caused this symptom because the Flywheel was not performing normal rotation and rotation timing.
It is rare that Flywheel cannot be used, but you should check it when you feel the symptoms or have a chance to open the crankcase.
Especially for older CUBs.

Good part
The part is original Honda, new, and of high quality. It has the same internal diameter as some original parts on my motorcycle, but unfortunately it is very thick compared to the original 20mm sealing washer on my engine. View detail
