Cb400f Aluminum Box Swingarm
First the good: swingarm is well constructed, attractive and fits well. It looks quite racey installed, and if tweaked (see "the bad"), it has zero play in the pivot. Comes with needle bearings rather than bushings, and is nicely polished. Tig welding is excellent. Now the bad: The large outer tube forming the main pivot tunnel was distorted out of line from welding. To compensate, the fabricators use some tapered bushings and an oversized ID internal steel collar tube that simply will not work properly as received. The slop in the pivot with these parts is really excessive. So all the pivot parts but the bearings can be discarded, and you'll need to machine your own pivot. I used the factory honda center collar for the 400 and turned down the ends on a lathe to press into the bearing races, but there are other ways to solve this issue. So this swingarm is not for the average skill modder. Other issues: lead time is months, and you'll need to get a slightly longer chain. Also note that you'll have to bend the brake rod about 10 degrees, see photo. But solve these issues and you'll have a race ready rear end. View detail
I knew it!
Rear Sets are the best way to describe them!
I have never used any other Motorcycle Rear Sets I have bought except from this Manufacturer!
I am a Babyface guy.
But be careful, because there are crackpots of this on Yahoo!
Certainly similar, but not better, as some of the shapes are different.

WoodStock Rear Sets
This time! After much hesitation! I am so glad that I decided on Rear Sets by WoodStock!
The position is close to OEM and I drove about 200 km after installation and the position is just right and the GEAR goes in comfortably.
The road conditions are directly transmitted and the grip is good, but the OEM footpeg no longer has the cushion feel, but I am satisfied with the large size as it greatly increases the enjoyment of operating the motorcycle.
The product is 90% assembled from the time of arrival, so it can be installed by Sunday mechanic as long as the instruction manual is consulted.
I think the texture is good and the effect is better than the price!

Glad I traded up!
Since I rode with Len BarrelMotorcycle to purchase the GSX-S125, I felt that the Front suspension was soft, but the Rear suspension was stiff!
I bought the GSX-S125 because the engine is the best, but I was still disappointed with the stiffness of the rear suspension.
This time, we finally decided to take the plunge and replace the rear suspension spring!
The reviews on the Net are controversial, but after a day of testing today, I wish I had replaced it sooner! I wish I had replaced it sooner!
I've felt this before. "A feeling of a sudden bump on bumps and uneven road surfaces! on bumps and uneven surfaces. is now very Mild, and the Rear suspension has changed to the feeling that it is working well!
Moreover, no other minus factors were particularly felt.
We may not know for sure until we have been on it for a while, but at this point, we only have good things to say about it.
Although the price is slightly high and there is a Large oddity of replacing it by yourself, I think you will be quite satisfied if you replace it.
However, since I am a light person weighing 60 kg, my impression may be different depending on the person.
In case you are wondering, the Spring compressor I found on this site made it easy for me to replace it!
I did not cut the bump rubber because it was not mentioned in m-tech's Instruction Manual, but I will check it out in the future.
I did not feel any particular sense of bottoming out so far today.
For reference, the measurements with the home-made Sag Measurement Tool are,
OEM
static sag:10mm
Dynamic sag:23mm
m-tech 120kgYellow color
Static sag:30mm
Dynamic sag:44mm

Your wish has come true.
I am a touring rider and OEM is fine for me, but I have a small body (short legs) and I don't feel comfortable with the OEM posture, so I wanted to change to Rear Sets to raise the footpeg height. I wanted to change to Rear Sets to increase the height of the footpeg.
I bought the Striker in a shiny black color, which I thought matched perfectly with Shinobi Sen's BlackRed.
After purchasing and installing the product, I was afraid of the change from the current posture at first, so I decided to use a back0mmUP10mm for the quantity.:Set, but later replaced it with UP 20mm.
I have only done some light driving, but when I raised the tank by 20mm, I felt a firm hold on the tank and my line of sight seemed to stabilize somewhat, giving me a sense of security. Also, I felt the difference between the OEM and the new brake. The touch of the brake does not have the strong spring pull sensation of the OEM, and the brake feels lighter from the moment you step on the brake until it takes effect.
The footpeg is fixed, so the footpeg may hit the hem when lowering the leg, but you will get used to it.

I bought Red because Shinobi Sen is BlackRed in order to exchange Pedal end with Dress-up for installation of Rear Sets on Shinobi Sen.
Keep as a FOR REPLACEMENT when the RUBBER on the replaced end is worn out.

Full of luxury
It was around the end of last year that I learned about the GILLES TOOLING Brand.
When I first encountered it, I started looking for it on Net, attracted by its futuristic Design.
I had been considering it for about three months because it was too expensive and not something I could easily afford. In the end, I wanted it so much that I bought it.
Despite the fact that GSX1300R HAYABUSA Rear Sets are full of domestic products, there is probably no design like GILLES TOOLING's.
The product box is upscale, and the product itself is high quality and cool.
The installation was perfect, no problems at all.
It is very convenient because the position can be adjusted with a single Bolt, and it may be possible to adjust the position in the middle of touring.
Anyway, I'm glad I bought it and will enjoy it.

MINIMOTO MinimotoChain slider
I tried to install an OEM Chain Cover on a Minimoto RONSUI 5cm Long for GORILLA, but the holes were not aligned and I did not want to modify the Chain Cover.:I purchased the Rubber covered type Chain slider. It was a retrofit, but I was able to install it easily. I am satisfied with the Large size because the Swing Arm and the Chain no longer interfere with each other. I would like to buy it again because it is a consumable item. View detail
I like the wide range of adjustment.
CBR250RR I feel that the rear suspension is moving flexibly and not stiffly even with the recommended setting.
The range of adjustment is wide enough to make it softer.
I like that there is no more Shock from Gap when driving on the highway, which was a concern with the standard suspension.
The rest is Gold and Color.:Yellow will increase satisfaction.
The suspension had to be reassembled by removing not only the cowl and tank, but also the exhaust pipe (Other Brand Product).
Gasket should also be prepared.

A little Large
I wanted the Red color SSize I used to use, but it was discontinued?
There is no such item, so it is assumed to be a Yellow color LSize.
Installation is somewhat troublesome because the Fork must be pulled out, although it is not difficult.
Rubber needs to be wound to match the diameter.
The previous Red SSize is quite torn after 8 years of use.
How long will it keep this time?
Are there any Boots available beyond that?

Brushbo may be …….
According to a professional rider and machine operator, such a device that holds the axis of the clutch and does not create unnecessary escape during pedal operation is indeed effective for a firm shift feel.
However, this effect is more pronounced when the Clutch shaft is long, and in the case of the Triple1200RR, the effect is not dramatic because of the short shaft.
Still, I drove about 300km with it installed, and I feel that the unique "nyuky feel" has been alleviated slightly. It is not a GACHA-like feeling like the old SPEED TRIPLE, though.

I was not looking for such a high performance suspension, but I am satisfied with Large.
[How is it used?
Commute 30 km round trip per day, sometimes using the Metropolitan Expressway.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes.
Was the installation difficult?
I had a Motorcycle shop install it.
How was your experience with it?
Setting is left at the default value, but even in this state, the road surface tracking is increased, and it feels like it is absorbing to the ground, increasing stability.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Yes.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing in particular. I am very satisfied.
Other items that would be helpful
I would be happy if the delivery time was a little faster.
I wanted it to replace the OEM suspension that was missing.

Tubeless wheel that looks good and is cosmetically pleasing
I was looking for a wheel to convert my MONKEY to a tubeless wheel with 8inch and found this product.
I decided to buy the Style, which also makes me feel nostalgic for the 3 Spoke, and most importantly, it was cheap (lol).
There seem to be three types of wheels of the same design with widths of 2.50J, 2.75J, and 3.00J, but this time, I wanted to make a little thicker spec. than Normal, so I chose 2.75J for both front and rear.
This turned out to be the goal.
For tires, MONKEY's standard TT100 tubeless tires were selected.
Since there is no Tube, I was able to use the Tire Lever to do the integration work without hesitation, so Tubeless of this size is still a piece of cake.
However, whether it is the material of the wheel or the manufacturing method, the rim edge is not so strong, so you should be careful not to dent it and insert the lever.
WheelSingle Body felt lighter than the NORMAL match.
The loss of the Tube, combined with the loss of the Tube, may have reduced the weight under Spring.
As you can see in the image, the TT100 is made with a thicker wheel than the original size, and is worn with a slight pull. I really like the look of the wheel, which is a little thicker than the Normal size.

LargeSatisfied more than I imagined!
I chose it about 60% for its appearance, but I was Big surprised at how high Potential was. First of all, handling became very light. The suspension follows the road conditions well and moves well. The rear OHLINSTwin suspension was installed about 2 years ago, but with the change of the front fork, it has become even better. Although the OHLINS Front fork is expensive, I highly recommend it. It is a very high performance Rear suspension among the XG250 TRICKER exclusive products.
It has been almost a year since I purchased it, so I am writing an impre
YSS is actually a Quantity:2pc. Set eyes and experience with MZ366Series (Our Series is MZ456)
This MZ456Series has a much thicker Damper Piston diameter of 45mm, while the MZ366Series has a Piston diameter of 36mm. (same etc. as OEM?) Therefore, there is room for Damper capacity.
There is also a MODEL with Reserver tank above this MODEL.
(I was on a budget Over so I couldn't afford it).
However, it still felt wonderful to ride and drive!
The mz366Series also had a suspension that worked well with the OEM ratio, but I could feel that the damping was more effective with this suspension.
To give an easy-to-understand image, the MZ366 absorbs the XG250 TRICKEROEM's gapping and bouncing with its fast stroke speed, while the MZ456 (this MODEL) The "Stroke" was a slow stroking, comfortable and tame ride.
Of course, the damper is adjustable, so you can change the damper characteristics to your liking.
And yet, it was also used in the hard off-road driving of RALLY50 competitions, such as opening the straight dirt at full throttle from Zero start in the forest road touring in Hokkaido, and the followability of unpaved road was also good, so it is a suspension in the area close to the ideal for the Rear suspension at present. The rear suspension is now close to the ideal.
This suspension is more expensive than the relatively inexpensive MZ366, but it is the same price as the YSS home country's MZ366. (Thailand) It is not a suspension, but a suspension of excellent domestic quality assembled by PMC, a specialized manufacturer in Awaji Island, Japan.
(This was explained to me by the manufacturer when I inquired about it when I purchased the product last year.)
PMC can also provide after-sales service for Overhauletc., so we could expect that the product would be usable for a long time.
Other Brand Products for XG250 TRICKER include OHLINS and Technics, but I think this Suspension is of sufficient quality to stand alongside them.
It is expensive, but it is a Suspension of Recommendation.

Pay attention to the undercarriage Spec!
Quality and texture are Cool, but practicality may not work at all depending on the vehicle's undercarriage Spec.
With the Single Body product, a click sound can be heard when the initial adjustment dial is turned, but when the front fork is used, the notch sound and response are very difficult to understand.
Some people I knew said that it was impossible to turn Dial with bare hands if the vehicle had a hardened front fork.
Fortunately, I am a fairly soft Spec. (Top cap has almost no Spring force applied to it) I was able to turn the Dial with my bare hands without any difficulty. (Notch sound is very hard to hear) 。
And even when I turned the Initial from the weakest to the strongest, there was no change at all with my soft undercarriage.
The parts are just for looks, but they are cool, so we think it's OK.

Not too flashy looking but Cool!
Was the one you received as per Image?
Nice color, not too flashy.
Was the installation difficult?
I asked the shop to do the installation, but I think the Instruction Manual is hard to understand.
How was your experience with it?
The position is also good because you can choose from 4 different positions, and the non-slip footpeg is a nice touch.
