Fits: KAWASAKI Ninja ZX-636, KAWASAKI Ninja ZX-6R
A little modification is needed to attach the Heat Guard!
Installed on a 2022 ZX6R. The middle pipe itself is easy to install, the OEM exhaust pipe side is installed with a liquid gasket since the OEM gasket will not fit. The silencer side is exacty with the OEM gasket. The bracket to be installed on the body is also without modification and fits with the OEM bolt, but no nut is included.
The problem is that the Heat Guard does not go on as is. The bottom two bolts fit, but the bracket that holds the guard on the top side has a gap of about 1cm on the front side, so I bent the bracket with pliers and installed it.
Sound became louder below 6000.

Fair enough; quieter than M4GP.
It is on 21MODEL.
The sound from Idling to 7000 RPM is fatter than the OEM lunchbox.
After 7000 RPM, it may be LARGE and the same as the OEM lunchbox? It seems quieter than when I had a straight M4GP tube.
As for the sound change, the characteristics of the Titaniumium silencer seem to have been emphasized more. (More dry high frequencies are emphasized)
As for the sound, I am satisfied.
However, the Bolt hole position on the Heat Guard did not match, as is to be expected since it is made overseas.
We had no choice but to bend the Heat Guard by force to fit the position and set it.
Also, there is no Bolt nut to hold the Exhaust Bracket, so I purchased one at Home center.
Also, both in-outs are thicker in diameter and quite Tight.
It was necessary to slightly widen the exhaust pipe connection with Pliers.
The positional relationship with the exhaust pipe and silencer is the same as OEM, so we are happy to hear that they are perfectly aligned.
Good appearance as it is clean and polished. Welds are messy but clean.
Overall, I can recommend it.

I like the sound and the look, but the mounting position doesn't fit.
Even with Idling, you will notice a change in sound. The appearance is also better than Earls Gear in terms of parenthesis. (A matter of taste) The price is cheap. However, the mounting position just doesn't fit. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to fit in the correct position, but I gave up. I think it is not a problem of how to assemble it, but I installed it with the exhaust flange and silencer in the proper position and allowed for the gap at the exhaust system fixing part under the car body. Anyway, it's a blast.
Django's Exhaust System is one option.
I contacted Webig and was told that they did not have any examples of installation for the latest model year and did not know if it would work, but I took a chance and bought it.
First of all, if you just install it, it will interfere with the cooling fan case.
Since there is little play, it is barely 5mm wide when installed with adjustments.
You can never do it alone.
I wonder if it is not so noisy when the Engine starts? I test-drove the car.
When it warms up, it's a blast.
It is almost a straight pipe.
I wonder if they changed the spec. since many people who have installed it have commented on how quiet it is on youtube.
An InnerSilencer to be inserted in the middle was machined and installed.
But I guess it still stands out.
Anyway, it is too bombastic as it is.

Short carbon fiber muffler failure
I was in the market for a new exhaust for my Suzuki SV650 and decided to try one with a carbon fiber muffler for the first time. The kit from Scorpion has everything you need for a successful installation and the carbon fiber looked beautiful with the dark paint colours of my motorcycle. The sound through the short 225mm muffler from the 650cc v twin engine is amasing and I was so happy until the carbon fiber sleeve on the muffler started to discolour from the exhaust heat. Scorpion customer service did look after me informing me there was a defect with the muffler packing and organised a replacement muffler but I chose not to go with a carbon fiber one again. I tried Inner baffle etc. for Normal silencer, but the volume and output characteristics were not good could not be made to a satisfactory Level If you are thinking of removing the catalyst and sound deadening at the same time, you should install the Full Exhaust System Recommendation

There are no fasteners or anything on the exhaust pipe connections as mentioned in other reviews

Screw hole accuracy is ...
Since most external exhaust systems are Carbon or Titanium
Dare to choose the brilliant Stainless. The glaringly reflection of the specular surface is Beauty.

Price suitable
