For carbon silencer.
To Maverick's MV83Carbon silencer.
The Maverick Exhaust Band is a common silver color, so I thought it would be more consistent if I changed it to black. I changed it to black to make it look more consistent.
The color and Size matched.
The Bolt hole in the band section is narrow between the Bolt hole and the Exhaust System, so it might be a little bit higher.
The bolt nut that came with the product was too small to use, so the OEM product was reused.

It's beautifully made.
I purchased this for my Yamaha SEROW which has a round external Silencer installed.
I made my own back guard to be attached to the silencer to protect the back for long touring. I have been using this product for a long touring, but I have to replace my round silencer band with an oval silencer band because the stainless steel is very hard and it is difficult to use it for other shapes. In my experience, it takes a long time to bend stainless steel by hand or to form it into an oval shape, and the result is not good. Unfortunately, the round Silencer band has been put into temporary storage.
The product itself is fine and well made; it is made of 1mm Stainless steel flat plate machined to 110 pie inside diameter. The bracket is raised vertically from the circular shape and is hammered to hold a right angle. The cap bolt is 25mm long, 7.7mm in diameter, and only needs an 8mm mounting hole. The Elastic band is not just a black flat rubber band, but is made with a horizontal gap to prevent it from moving. The bottom of the engraved Bracket is clearly marked 110 Pi. This kind of workmanship is very helpful when you own several similar parts.
It is relatively easy to make round-shaped bands made of gold where there are machine tools, and other manufacturers also offer a variety of bands. KITACO is a good company that sells at a cost like ConveniencePartsSeries.

For fixing Silencer
Purchased for use in the Band section for fixing Silencer.
It seems to be good for vibration and scratch protection. The price is not that high, so I hope it has some Rubber durability.
The product is not that expensive, but the cut ends are slanted, and I had to cut them a little to use them. I would like to see the product sold with a straight cut.

Manufacturer difference for Silencer
I bought this 95mm silencer spring because it seemed to fit to fix the Trickster Shotgun silencer to the exhaust pipe of my Wyvern ClassicR.
The length is perfect and the Spring is easy to install because one side has a Swivel hook and the other side turns. I have purchased a different size in the past, but the Material:It is a recommendation because Spring is made of Stainless Steel and has good durability. 。

Used to install XJR1300Slip-on Silencer
[How is it used?
Used to install XJR1300Slip-on Silencer.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just as Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Since it is an Oval shape Exhaust System, I had to shape it into an oval shape, but it was easily done by hand. Installation was also easy.
How was your experience with it?
It works fine, but I am concerned about the durability of the material since it is thin (1,2?).
[Included Parts:were they on?
It comes with.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None

Silencer band
I used this product to fix the arrow silencer, as the OEM silencer is fixed directly with the bracket, but I was concerned about scratching and heat transfer to the car body. I used this product because I was concerned that it might scratch or transfer heat to the car body. It was very easy to install. View detail

Sturdy Spring.
I bought this because I needed a 65mm spring to join the Universal Silencer to the Tail Pipe.
I've used different Size before, but this is a very strong Spring and Recommendation! (^^)

KITACOSilencer spring
I bought this in a hurry because the Spring that came in the kit was a Hook length that needed to be more than double that length.
It was fitting as if it was in the very Kit.
If I had wanted, it would have been perfect if it had an anti-vibration rubber.
If it breaks, I will buy it again.

Design is good.
I bought it after checking the size carefully, but it was a little large, so I used heat resistant rubber. In the photo, Exhaust System Slider has become a leading role. Sorry about that. View detail
That's KITACO. Cheap!
I bought a silencer band from KITACO because I changed from Earls Gear's silencerφ100 to Universal Product's silencerφ80.:It looks very beautiful and sturdy with Stainless Steel, but I had trouble fixing it because the diameter of the silencer is 1cm lower than the original one. I would be happy if there was a type that could adjust the length of the mounting part as well as the type of φ, but I guess it would be difficult considering the cost. (Especially, it is difficult to extend the length by 1 to 2 cm because you cannot put a bracket between them.) The silencer was too large, and when I put in the rubber sheet, the phi; became a little too small to reach, and I put in the 6mm spacer and installed it. By the way, Material:Although Aluminum is availableMaterial:Titanium is expensive and unprofitable, isn't it? If possible, is it possible to get a one-off price at Netetc.?
It is very helpful to have a manufacturer like KITACO who provides various universal products and parts at a good price.
Please keep up the good work. I'm rooting for you.

Recommendation to Carbon silencer!
I purchased this product for Maverick's for Carbon Silencer. This product is inconspicuous Black Spec. so it blends in with Carbon Silencer, so it is Recommendation.
The carbon silencer is not conspicuous if it is silver, but this is a recommendation.

Stainless Silencer spring
Silencer spring in Stainless Steel.
I also bought KITACO Anti-Vibration RubberCover at the same time. Quantity:Set and recommend to install it.
This product is a Material:It is Stainless Steel, so it won't rust like the cheaper Plating products that are often used. None.
In addition, because of its resistance to elongation and vibration, it can be used for vehicles with strong vibration such as single-cylinders. You can.

Stainless, so good texture!
The swivel hook type reduces the load on the spring considerably.
Material:It's Stainless Steel, so it won't rust even after long term use.

Replace OEM is too expensive, so it excels as a Universal Product
It's just a Silencer band, but there is no problem with the texture and rubber quality
You will need to adjust the top of the head as the attachment point comes to the Center
It's a Stainless Steel plate, so you can get away with bending it back
The design is not bad and it is a very useful part for Repair
As for durability, the rubber cracks and discoloration does not occur, and the BracketBody does not crack
Necessary and sufficient
It is used for the outside 100 φ Silencer (TSUKIGI) of HORNET250
The price is so cheap and the size is so modest that it is very reliable for the poor!

A well-built product
Vino (SA10J) I used it to
The exhaust system of N company is installed The exhaust system of Silencer fixed by aging
The Rivet was loose and I used the Hand Riveter to re-hit it
I'm worried about it, so I bought a Silencer band to fix it to the body of the car
The Silencer band and bracket for the body are made by the T Company
Put it between the Silencer and the attached HexagonalBolt&Nut
It's only 13mm, but Nut is 13mm, so you need to be careful about the tool you use
This is where you want them to use the 14mm Nut that is commonly used for Motorcycles
Align the Bracket with the HexagonalBolt and tighten up the HexagonalBolt to avoid wobble
Firmly fixed
The construction of the bending part is very solid, and the Material:Stainless Steel, so it will rust
It's good to have no worries
I like it because it has excellent cost performance at a reasonable price

CB1000SF Exhaust Band
The BEET OEM exhaust band ran out after 17 years, so 2.5 years ago now I bought the KIJIMA φ130mm Band and installed it and it is about 138mm A gap of about 5? It was packed with Spacer etc., but it was damaged by Tension Therefore, I used KITACO φ 140mm BandBracket with 1mm Tension Tension adjustment was carried out with one and a half rolls of Rubber and fixed in a reasonable clamping condition (Sighs) (Got it?) In the future, we will confirm this by comparing its durability with that made by KIJIMA View detail
