520Conversion of the ZrX1100 to TouringSpec.
I converted my ZrX1100 to 520Conversion, and this time I made it longer to TouringSpec.
This ZrX1100 has different Sprocket size from its successor ZrX1200S and DAEG, so there are few parts that can be used for 520 conversion. Until now, we have been using MADE IN SUNSTAR Front 17T or 18T and Rear 45T for the sprocket and DID 520ZVM-X for the chain.
This time, I found this 41TRearSprocket, so I combined it with Front17T. It will be Longer than standard.
The product (RearSprocket) is made in Sunstar, which is known for its high quality and reliability. It is exactly the same feeling of security as the SUNSTAR Brand RK-124-45 that I have been using. You can't feel any deflection or eccentricity after installation.
It would be easy to just install it, but since my car is over 25 years old, I have to disassemble it and do equal cleaning and maintenance (rust removal and replacement of consumable parts), so I take my time. I took half a day this time because I also changed the chain.
I've just done a short test run and I'm happy with the changes as expected. The start is sluggish, but no worries about stalling, and cruising is very comfortable with the engine rpm kept low, just like the TouringSpec.
By the way, the MADE IN S?NSTARDuraluminRearSprocket (RK-124-45) that I had installed before lasted less than 20,000km with frequent chain cleaning?lubrication?adjustment. I am expecting the same durability this time.

The installation instruction manual is included and it was not difficult to install
The original was quite heavy, so it feels like it's about 40% lighter than the experience, the long touring Left hand pain is going to be gone!
If I had to say, I'd say it's a little bit of an improvement on the little bit of anxiety that comes with only tightening the fixed Hexagon Bolt and If the price is around $7,000, I'm not complaining at all!

more than I thought
I bought it because there were many good impressions.
It is easy if you can adjust the Clutch Cable without having to remove the tank for installation.
There is not a feeling that Clutch became lighter as Impre, but I think that it looks better.

It got lighter.
It was very heavy Clutch as I put five Reinforced Springs in Clutch, but it was a bit when I installed ClutchArm of this bar GOOSE but Clutch became lighter.
I was worried that half-club would be difficult but Large was durable.
I understood well that the instruction manual is very easy to understand, making it sticking.
