Quantity on the mating face of the Case:Pair (for Left and Right) Vehicles with upper and lower gaps in the
The hole where the Cylinder enters needs to be cut into a circle.
When assembled with the gapped cylinder, when the engine is applied and the cylinder expands thermally, it will cause the gapped cylinder to expand and the engine will not be able to operate.
It will not spread and will result in biting a new Piston!
The Gap of the Case cannot be checked unless the Normal cylinder is removed.
Then there is the work of processing the Case, so
It is safer to ask a motorcycle shop to assemble it.
I worked on two vehicles, mine and a friend's.
Both units had a top and bottom Gap in the Case mating area.
After cutting to a circle with Air Leutor, it was installed.
It is only 15cc bore up.
The effect is extremely Large, making Torque thicker and easier to use on a daily basis.
It is now easier to go uphill.
The parts we use also have HONDAMark on them.
Is it made in ThailandHONDA? I think it is reliable.

It looks good
However, water accumulates so quickly that it is not enough.
Perhaps it is just a tube.
You have to clean it frequently.

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum. About the feeling of use, This is sold as a repair piston and pairs perfectly with my previously purchased Endurance lite big bore kit. Products to buy together, The piston does not come with any other repair items so a new set of piston rings and gaskets would be ideal to add to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of this repair piston for my installation was easy due to having performed this type of job a few times now but if it is your first time it may be difficult due to understanding of what needs to be done and all the tools involved, you may want to consult a mechanic. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You are receiving a forged performance piston to complete repairs at a price cheaper then buying a replacement Endurance lite big bore kit. Oil Catch Tank Set to Suit the JC92 Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil catch tank set from Endurance. The catch tank and mounting bracket are made from stainless steel and the catch tank has a lovely polished stainless steel finish. Other various parts are included to complete the installation. About the feeling of use: Successfully helps remove oil vapour from the crankcase breather hose which leads less oil being burnt by the engine and the size of the catch tank is perfect for it's positioning on the Grom. Products to buy together: While you are adding parts to help with your performance upgrades an oil cooler would also be desirable to purchase alongside oil catch tank set. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes. Remove two of the crankcase cover bolts and then install the tank mounting bracket, fit the rubber and catch tank to the mounting bracket then secure with the included zip ties. Disconnect the OEM Honda crankcase breather hose from the engine and connect to the catch tank and then install the included hose from the engine breather to the catch tank. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Great costing as this product is made from some quality stainless steel and made from a simple design that just works as compared to the more complex designed setups from Kitaco at a slightly higher cost and the setups from SP Takegawa at a extremely higher cost. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. 61mm Repair Piston for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the 61mm repair piston for the bore up kit from Endurance. Material used for the piston is aluminium and forging is used for the manufacturing process. About the feeling of use: Pairs up with the 61mm cylinder bore from the Endurance bore up kit when a repair item is required. Products to buy together: Some replacement gaskets for the cylinder and head installation would also be desirable to purchase alongside 61mm repair piston for the bore up kit. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 2 hours. After disassembling the top end, clean the base gasket off and hone the cylinder before installing the new piston. A little difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a piston manufactured to a high standard and from a quality material just like the Kitaco Neo repair pistons but at a better price. About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. About the feeling of use: Quite a lovely looking setup and it looks impressive mount up on the side of the engine while also removing oil vapour from the crankcase breather hose which leads less oil being burnt up. Products to buy together: Endurance offer many products for the Grom and their oil dip stick would also be desirable to purchase alongside oil catch tank set to help complement the finish in this area. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes. Recommendation!
Bore up the engine after 70,000 km, while O/H was done.
It is safer to have the work done at a motorcycle shop, as some special tools are required.
It is easy for those who can do Engine maintenance (overhaul) etc. by themselves.
Note that if the Engine mating surface of the Cylinder is gapped
Recommendation to shave the Case to make a circle.
If not shaved, the Piston slap sound that bites the Piston when the Cylinder expands due to heat is produced.
Please note that this may cause mild seizure.
I've driven about 2000 km since the replacement.
Although it is only about 15cc of Up, the effect is immediate.
Torque has increased and he is happy to be able to climb hills with ease.
In return, fuel consumption is slightly lower and the engine is slower to start up.
It is a recommendation because it is easier to run with Torque than to turn and run.

High Power 170cc 4V Head Kit from Endurance
* About quality and texture, A very inclusive big bore kit here from Endurance. For me the parts that highlight the quality of the big bore kit are the forged aluminium piston, the forged aluminium roller rocker arms and the all aluminium cylinder with ceramic coated paint finish. * About the feeling of use, The peak power that this big bore kit can output is very impressive from what was once a 125cc motorcycle but the power below 6000 rpm is not as impressive as I would have liked. * Products to buy together, Due to the very high rpms this big bore kit can achieve and where you will be riding most of the time to see those high power levels you definitely need to also purchase a reinforced crankshaft from Kitaco. * Difficulty of installation, The installation of the big bore kit requires striping down the complete top end, gapping the rings and replacing the cylinder and head followed by valve adjustments. The process was completed in 120 minutes with a little difficultly. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, When you see the parts list of all that is included and the horsepower this big bore kit can output I consider it good value for money and much cheaper if you are to compare it to the Takegawa 181cc 4V big bore kit. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, If your riding style leans toward low RPM power then this is not the big bore kit for you and you should research the Kitaco Neo 164cc and 181cc big bore kits. About quality and texture - Top quality. Really nice polished finish on this very compact stainless steel oil catch tank. About the feeling of use - It is a basic designed oil catch tank kit that does the job while looking good and not taking up too much space in the process. Products to buy together - There is no return hose or breather cap for the clutch cover included in this kit so that would be a few items you could also purchase if you are looking to vent the engine a little more and also return any oil back to the engine. Difficulty of installation - It is very simple to install this kit from Endurance as everything can be access without removing the fairings. You'll have it completed in 30 minutes. Cost performance and comparison with other products - Best value oil catch tank kit around for the Grom and Monkey 125 but it is a basic designed kit and some of the other brands do offer at a higher price an oil return to the engine and even an addition vent port for the head. About shipping and packaging - Sea freight is my preferred shipping option and usually arrives in Australia in 6 to 8 weeks from dispatch. ENDURANCE Piston Pin Clip Replacement for 170cc Big Bore Kit
About quality and texture - Top quality. Nice and strong spring steel clip that is a direct replacement from what comes in the ED12100K26A01 big bore kit. About the feeling of use - Fitment of the clip in the piston recess are just perfect, very firmly resecured and difficult to rotate once fully seated with no play noted. Products to buy together - If your building or rebuilding your big bore kit you will be wanting a new base gasket and head gasket, both which are available here on Webike. Difficulty of installation - I do find the installation of these clips difficult. Fitting the first one with the piston removed from the connecting rod does make it easier but when trying to fit the second one due to the limited space and small nature of the part it's just difficult. Cover up the hole into the crank area as these clips just jump around when you are trying to fit them. Cost performance and comparison with other products - Cheap price for the clip from Endurance. I not sure how advisable it is to reuse the old ones but for this price why would you risk damaging you engine if the old one let go. About shipping and packaging - Sea freight is my preferred shipping option and usually arrives in Australia in 6 to 8 weeks from dispatch. About the feeling of use - Fitment of the piston pin into the piston is just perfect, no play noted in the laterial or longitudinal axis. Products to buy together - If your building or rebuilding your big bore kit you will be wanting new and unused C clips to retain the piston pin securely. Difficulty of installation - Fitting the piston pin is a simple task but there are a few things note, the application of assembly lube or at least engine oil is needed and when pressing the piston pin into the piston if a tool is required use something made of plastic and not metal to avoid scratching anything that could later lead to engine failure. Cost performance and comparison with other products - There are cheaper options from other brands but when the one used in the original manufacturers kit is available I suggest using that to avoid any possible fitment issues and the price from Endurance is still quite.
