I also use Gel Zab R with Belt with Large type NAKED, but I also go touring with 125 Scooter which I use for shopping etc., so I bought it with Timing for Seat reupholstering.
I didn't want the seat to bulge, so according to the Instruction Manual, I could cut off up to 2cm of the thin edge that doesn't have the gels in it, so I cut off that portion. I cut the Seat cushion in the shape of the Gel part, and put the Seat cover on it.
As a result, the wider Tandem side blended in well, but on the narrower forward side, the Gel zab appeared on the Seat surface, either because the Cushion was not sharpened enough or because the Gel deflection caused it to expand.
However, there is no problem in terms of use.
Yes, it does hurt when sitting all the time, but due in part to the difference in the shape of the Riding position and Seat, I feel that the Scooter takes a slower time to hurt compared to the NAKED.
If your Seat is large, I think this type is better.

I'm an XSR900 rider. I have always had a bony ass and it hurts when I ride a large motorcycle (SKYWAVE is an exception), but I bought the bike with the hope that it would help me with the pain in my ass, but the world is not that easy to live with and it still hurts after a long ride.
