For those who have trouble driving at high speeds ...
I bought it because the maximum speed is a heady 114km and I was wondering if it could be a little more.
Spring replacement was a hassle, so I kept the OEM Clutch Side and replaced only the Pulley Side, which gave me 120km on level ground and +10km if I tried hard. (*Speed based on Meter reading)
The OEM weight roller may have been worn out, but the mid-range acceleration is no longer sluggish, and the car feels as if it turns from bottom to top without any stress.
I was expecting a drop in fuel economy, but I am very happy with the overall results, as I am getting about the same mileage when I commute to work as I did before the replacement.

OEM and Size are different so they don't fit. Defective?
With the right tools in place, installation was a breeze.

The actual weight is 825g, which is only 5g lighter than the OEM. The width of the shoe contact surface is 1mm wider than OEM. I didn't feel any change in ride quality by replacing the clutch outer.
It looks good in parenthesis, and the tension is increased when working on it, but in the end it is not visible. The large wall thickness seems to have a good cooling effect. However, the Clutch is not used that often in Shiga Prefecture, so there may not be much benefit from it.

Shoe area doubled
Following the conversion of the pulley to KOSO's PowerKit, the clutch was also converted to a SPORTReinforced Clutch. when the PowerKit was converted, the RPMs were too high for normal city driving and the vehicle speed was not increasing after 100km. We changed the center spring to AdvancedPRO, the weight roller from 16g to 18g, and the pulley boss +0.5mm to the same length as OEM at the same time.
As for the Clutch, the first thing to notice is that the shoe is much larger than the OEM version. The material also seems to have a good bite, and is considered to be much stronger against slipping. The Clutch Spring seems to be a little stiffer.
The clutch spring has been strengthened and the clutch in has been increased by 500 rpm to 3000 rpm compared to the OEM. I think this is the benefit of this change, but the data from the acceleration test up to 20km/h was slightly better. I thought it might be jerky and difficult to handle at low speeds, but it was not to the extent that I was concerned about it. The weight has not been reduced, and there does not seem to be any dramatic change compared to the OEM. Conversely, I can say that there are no strange Minus aspects.
Since the manufacturer recommends replacing the clutch outer at the same time, we plan to finish this drivetrain custom by replacing the clutch outer at the end.

Weight roller17g(-3g)Center boss−I was riding with 0.5mm Spec. but I decided to incorporate KOSO's PowerKit because the rpm during shifting was at 6000rpm, a little lower than the delicious rpm.
Pulley is 2mm larger in OD than OEM, 126mm larger, and the gap with the case is only 4.5mm. 16g weight roller is 4g lighter than OEM. The center spring is spec'd at +1500 rpm. I think it means that the gearshift speed will be 1500rpm higher.:I measured the Set pressure and found it to be 42 kg, 4 kg higher than OEM. Free length is 133mm, 9mm shorter than OEM.
The gearshift rpm is now 1500 rpm higher than the Spec. In the Zero acceleration test, it was 0.2 seconds faster up to 20km, 0.4 seconds faster up to 40km, and 1.1 seconds faster up to 60km, and I feel it is much faster. Acceleration from AxelOFF is also good.
I had heard in advance that the maximum speed would drop even if acceleration improved, so I checked the maximum speed as well:the speed increase became worse after 100 km, and even worse after 105 km, but finally it reached 115 km, which was only about 3 km less than before the conversion. However, before the conversion, it was accelerating smoothly up to 110 km.
I am planning to add a Sports Clutch, so I will try to see if the acceleration past 100km/h can be improved a little more at that time.
