Mizuno Motor Exhaust for Kawasaki AR80
This exhaust was very easy to mount, fit perfectly and looks great! Seems to have added some power and it definetly looks and sounds better than stock. Would purchase again! View detail
Fits: YAMAHA RZ250, YAMAHA RZ350
Front floats when the power band is in!
Purchased 2 years ago - finally installed it the other day.
The carburetor is PWK28.
The power band that starts at 6,000 rpm in the case of the Normal muffler moderates to 8,000 rpm, and from there on up, the Image spins but does not have a sense of power.
After replacing with Chamber, the power feeling continues up to 10,500 rpm, and in 1st and 2nd gear, the front tire loses ground contact when entering the power band.
Air cleaner is still OEM and pig nose is still intact. So far, low speed Torque has not dropped either.
Well, really, Chamber is a terrible thing!

R1-Z Mizuno Motors Zess Chamber
R1-Z Chamber, Material:Steel (iron) Made of.
The appearance of the heat resistance is easily recognizable as that of an outside chamber. [Color] Clear coating.
The price is not cheap, but I think it is one of the cheapest among external chambers. I recommend it to those who want to change chamber for a trial.
The carburetor setting also does not seem to need to be changed for city driving or touring use. This is also a good point to change for trial purposes.
I don't know about the durability of the Zess Chamber because I have not been able to drive it for a long time after installation, but I have not seen any reviews that the stay part breaks after 500 to 1000 km on the similarly-priced chambers of other companies. I think this is the main reason why I chose Zess Chamber.
The sound is quieter than the OEM, but the unique dry sound of the Twost is still the same and seems to have gone from low to slightly higher pitched.
OEM weight is 8kg (Probably w) The weight of the R1-Z is 1kg, whereas that of the R1-Z is 1kg, which is considerably lighter. However, it is said that the R1-Z was designed with a heavier chamber as a desperate measure because the center of gravity of the body was at the top, so we do not know what the result of the lighter chamber will be, but we think it will probably improve fuel efficiency.
If you are looking for speed, I suggest you buy something for Race. You will need more than 100,000 dollars to buy a used one. For sound, Material:Stainless Steel, for example, sounds good.
The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the Instruction Manual and the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If you are replacing a Chamber or Exhaust System for the first time, it is recommended that you use the "Quantity" option.:Pair (for Left and Right) It may be a little difficult to tell which is which, so it is recommended to temporarily assemble and check before installing. I also felt a little uneasy.
I'm glad I bought it. I can't wait to go for a run after the rain that has been going on since the rainy season is over!

Street chamber for Mizuno Motor RGRG250
I installed it as soon as I could, and I had no problem fitting it. I have not driven it today because of the rain, but I am satisfied with the sound and appearance. View detail
Fits: KAWASAKI KH250
350SS (S2) It goes around to the top with almost no setting.
I bought it for KH250 to install it in my wife's 350SS (Initial ModelS2). It was able to be installed perfectly.
It's cool and I'm happy with the Design.
I'm going to write what I think. It's long.
1. Installation
【It was good point】
The installation did not require any special hangs, and it went on the 350SS easily.
Because I don't know KH250, I was not prepared to attach the bracket of Rear, but it was attached without modification.
No matter how careful I was when I installed it, the flange kept falling down from the exhaust pipe, scraping the paint.
If you are replacing the exhaust system, you may have this problem.
It was
[Areas for improvement
Nothing special. I don't know how you can make a profit at this price with this build.
[Others]
As is true for all integrated pipes, when installing them, they will inevitably hit the frame, so please make sure to install them properly beforehand.
And cured the exhaust pipe side and around the rear with thick Towel and curing Tape.
Gasket is thicker OEM Product and heat resistant liquid Gasket is applied to Both Sides (Wako's GM-T).
Because the exhaust pipe does not hit the seat straight due to the way the exhaust system is made, the Gasket is a copper type.
I went with the thicker one instead of the thinner one. I used OEM Product (number:110091992). Also Gasket
In addition to the above, apply liquid Gasket to both the engine side and exhaust pipe side, and let the engine sit overnight after installation.
The engine has been started. I have run it repeatedly and so far there is no waste leak at all.
2. Performance and functions
After installation, I adjusted the Point and synchronized each carburetor with the air flow meter.
As for tuning, I think you should do it because it changes the way the exhaust flows. It was Gap as expected, so I had to align it exactly.
I've done it. I've seen a lot of 2-stroke cars that don't do anything around here, just put on a set and sound like RoseRose or have a bad rpm drop.
I'm about to do this regularly for Point, so I'll take the opportunity to re-match it and use the Carburetor setting for the ha
It doesn't matter.
(Good points and impressions, etc.)
It runs well with almost no setting, and I raised only Main to 82.5→87.5.
Idling, low speed range
The Idol range felt denser, so I stabilized it with only the Air Screw adjustment.
The low speed start is also no problem without any concern.
●Partial range
I haven't boiled it down to perfection, but it cruises normally.
High rpm and high speed range
Of course, it's a 2-stroke with a collective tube, so the thumping power from 7,000 will be Mild.
The OEM Exhaust System is the best.
●Sound
This is Psycho~. The 2-stroke set is decidedly”sound” the best part. It's a brain juice!
No!
What I want to see improved.
If I were to be selfish, I would like the inner silencer to be a trumpet type and reflect the inside of the exhaust system like the Zensin silencer.
I would like to see a Type that can be used. I'm not sure how well it will work:・・・・
I think it's OK if Cost goes up a bit for this.
3. quality and price
【It was good point】
Cheap. There are various sets of various manufacturers, but it is the cheapest.
I am a complete amateur, but I thought the welding was beautiful.
It was easy to install without any modification.
What I want to see improved.
I would like to say that I wish you could shift the rear rotation a few more centimeters to the outside to make it compatible with the Center Stand.
It's been a long time.
I think it's good to sell it for 350SS, I don't know if it's for S2A or later model, but it's perfect for Initial Model.
It is

ParaGunOwner should be considered a priority purchase.
First of all, it is light.
I had a Normal chamber with a Daytonasilencer and it was over 2kg lighter than that.
This means a weight reduction of more than 4kg for two bottles.
Thanks to this, the handling has become lighter.
As for the performance, it has more torque at low speed and easier to start. (Lighter weight may also have helped?).
The sound is also, well, good.
Also, for some reason, it started better.
Since you're driving the Chamber section pretty far inward, do you have a bank angle? (Will the footpeg ground before that …)
Another Merit is the ParaGun (or VGun?). You can be free from the exhaust leak which is the trouble of the owner.
It's a mainstream Bolt 3-tightening system, so if the pitch is right, you can use other models or Universal Product.
There was an opinion that it interferes with Tandem Footpeg, but it is not such a thing at all.
There is enough Clearance.
However, because my unit has been replaced with the Radiator of the type 2, the lower part of the Radiator interferes with the Spring of the Exhaust pipe, and the vibration of the Engine makes the imprint sound.
ParaGunOwner is definitely better off buying a Zestian instead of buying a ridiculously expensive OEM Exhaust System on Yahoo!
In recent years, ParaGun parts in Ok. "I think you've got the wrong number of Zeros. And that's the price.
The only drawback is that the silencer is thin and short, so it doesn't have much power (it's a matter of taste …)

A few exhaust leaks, but overall good.
It is explained that the low speed torque will be gone and it will be a high RPM type, but I don't feel that the low speed torque has been lost. I'm very happy with the sound of the Stainless Steel + 2-stroke engine from the idol after the engine is started to the acceleration.
The only problem is the exhaust leak from the base of Flange and Chamber.

Awesome product, fantastic price, arrived in England (UK) within three days of ordering. Has increased bikes performance, looks and sounds absolutely awesome. Many thank you to all the team at Web!ke View detail
I attached it to Gamma.
There was almost no initial Gamma Exhaust System, so I bought it because I also did Sale this time.
The thing itself is a fitting attachment, a sound, and the appearance is also quite content satisfactory.
In my case, I feel that Torque has gotten up as a whole with Zess.
