I used it to Restore a Motorcycle that was given to me by a neighbor's friend's father.
When using Carburetor's Overhaul, the throttle valve was sticking as promised.
He said that he asked a shop he knew in Kishiwada to repair the carburetor, but they refused, saying that sticking carburetors require a great deal of skill,
However, the mechanic at the shop in Kishiwada seemed to have forcibly pried it down with a screwdriver or something, and the throttle valve was covered with scratches and the jet needle was bent. The valve was covered with scratches and the jet needle was bent,
I was so disappointed and in despair that I asked Key Star to replace the Throttle Wire, only to find that the inside of the carburetor was covered with scratches and the Fuel Hose connected to the carburetor was also torn apart. Fortunately, the jets had not deteriorated much, so I cleaned them, replaced the bent jet needle with a new one, and replaced the Throttle Wire with a new one.
I'm impressed.

I have been using it for a long time. I used it for my GS400 and it has been a great help for me because some parts are not available from OEM for older motorcycles. The accuracy is good and safe to use. The instruction manual that comes with the product is also worth reading because it is not formal and contains useful information for DIYers. OEM compatible with amazing cosmetics
This is an imprementation used on a C-type ZZr1100.
My ZZr1100 (C1) had been immobile for a long time, and when I pulled it up, the engine was not running and the inside of the carburetor was deteriorated. So I decided to replace all the internal parts including the 4 joint gaskets and the plastic screws of the chalk plunger with new ones, and purchased this kit. The parts not included in the kit were assembled with OEM parts by referring to the Parts List.
Although some of the parts are different from the OEM parts we removed, KeyStar's Fuel Conditioning Kit contains everything you need to overhaul a normal carburetor in Large size. So, the large kit was a big help to us.
The main jet, needle, and slow jets were of the specified C1 number, and the engine was able to start without any problems. I am satisfied with the fuel consumption, which is 13km/L for city driving and 20km/L for touring, which are standard values for a Carburetor liter machine. I am satisfied with the standard figures for a Carburetor liter machine. Although I feel a little thicker fuel, the ZZr1100C model has adopted a thinner number since C2, and I think it is normal for the C1 standard to have a slightly thicker fuel tone. I think there is no problem because there is no bad starting performance and no plugs are covered on the Level.
There are some O-rings included, but I did not know where to use them. It would have been better if there was an Instruction Manual for this part. It was fun to look at the actual parts and compare them with the OEM parts.
I am looking forward to trying out the different jets and needles that are included, as I plan on tuning the intake and exhaust systems in the future.

XS1BCarburetor overhaul by utilizing Fuel Kit
I have two XS1B's from 1970 or 1971 and I use the green TankSpec. one for city driving and a bit of touring. Whole Stock parts. target presence. However, we are maintaining it so that it can return to active service at any time. This time, we decided to overhaul the Left SideCarburetor because of Gasoline seepage and purchased a KeyStar Fuel Conditioning Kit. It really is a WeBig's Shipping service is available for orders over $3,000 including tax. The Carburetor was replaced only with the Float valve and Packing. The Carburetor was reused as is this time as there were no problems with the jets, and only the Float valve and Packing were replaced. Although I did not make full use of the fuel management kit, I think the cost effectiveness of the Key Star Fuel Management Kit is superior to the Large one, considering that the OEM Float valve costs more than 4,000 yen per piece. I fitted this to an 1985 srx 400 with good results
Although this kit is for the later SRX400"s I installed it to my twin shock 1985 model. I replaced all jets needles etc as mine were worn and was difficult to tune. The bike is not standard and runs a predator exhaust and drilled airbox. But all that was needed was to go up one size in the pilot jet to get good clean running of the engine. I would recommend anyone having carburettor problems to use this kit, it comes with different jets to fine tune your bike. It was an easy way to sort my carburettors out. View detail
Key Star for Gamma, also available for WOLF250
WOLF250 is the sibling of RGV250Γ Motorcycle with the same VJ21 format.
However, the number of CarburetorJets is slightly different from Gamma.
Key StarQuantity for Minor vehicle WOLF250:There is no Set, but the key StarQuantity for this Gamma:Set has a wide variety of jets available for Wolf.
This time, there was a Gasoline leak from Wolf's Carburetor, so we decided to renew the jets while replacing the packing, and we used the key StarQuantity.:I bought the set
To use it for WOLF250.
For the '88 Main jet, Wolf is #190 and Gamma is #200, so we decided to change only those and then just put the standard ones in.
Number 190 is Quantity:It is in the Set.
【Installation】
Remove the Tank, remove the Air cleaner box, and remove the Carburetor.
Disassemble Carburetor and replace various Jet components.
Undo.
This is all there is to it, so it is not particularly difficult, but if you are not familiar with it, you should get a copy of the SEA BASS Manual before working with it.

The carburetor Overhaul is the KeyStar, but I was surprised that they released one for the minor YSR80.
It was very helpful because there are many discontinued parts.

Fuel Kit to revive DT1
The front fork inner tube was re-assembled by Toyo Hardening, and the SteeringBearing was re-assembled by Toyo Hardening. The SteeringBearing was re-assembled with new parts from Stock, and the light handling, which is the life of Off car, was revived. The last task was to restore the peaky revving and thick torque of those days. I don't like the bumpiness from 60km/h. The standard main jet is #150, but I want to narrow it down a little more. Some other shopping sites charge 660 yen for shipping and some charge more than 4400 yen including tax. But with Webig, shipping is free if you spend over 3,000 yen including tax. I have never seen such a great deal anywhere else. I used my remaining points and had it sent to my work address for 4,287 yen. The next day, I went for a test run. I drove to a nearby port. The bumpiness was gone and the acceleration was good. Thus, DT1 was revived. The more I ran, the more my Blue Spring came back with the wind. View detail

Thank goodness there are so many different numbers!
It is inexpensive, and there are several different numbers of Main jet, Pilot jet, and Jet needle, and it even comes with a Jet needle clip and a carburetor gasket!
I'm insanely grateful!
We are now making some adjustments to the carburetor, changing the positions.
Now it's up to my perseverance and intuition!
