After all, it is domestic quality!
I used a cheap overhaul kit for the ?Under-seat engine hole? on a VMAX1200 I got at an auction last year, and the engine was very sluggish.
I thought something else was wrong and readjusted it from one end to the other, but it didn't seem right, so I circled back around and redid it with KeyStar's Fuel Kit.
The result was a Large success, and it became Smooth as if it were different. It is a different level.
I used CHINA as I thought it was the quintessential Level there, but it is still not something I would use for the heart.
KeyStar's products are not cheap, but they are considerably cheaper than OEM products and come with a detailed fuel tone guide.
Refreshingly cleared up my long agonizing feelings. Thank you very much.

If you get them individually, you can't afford such a Gold amount. (excluding Chinese imports)
One problem was that the gold needle hook connecting the Float and the Valve did not fit. I guess the carburetor body parts are different depending on the year.

Overhaul, for Setting.
I bought it because I wanted to get a used car for as cheap as possible......but it took its toll on me.
Shortly after delivery, the following symptoms occurred.
Idling is not stable.
When I try to run the car, it does not blow up well.
▲ Frequent stalls.
Gasoline is leaking from the carburetor side.
→ cause = clogged carburetor.
What is a carburetor blockage?
. If the carburetor of the motorcycle is clogged, the proper amount of air mixture is not fed to the engine, and the idling becomes unstable or the engine does not blow well. In severe cases, the engine may stall or even stop running. Overflow (overflow of gasoline from the carburetor) can also occur. 。
→ beautifully matches the symptoms of carburetor blockage (lol).
Two options were then available.
A replacement→OEMcarburetor is quite expensive.
B repair→ cheaper than buying, but ... I don't know (laughs).
I chose to fix B because Gold is Large weird (lol).
Rather than fixing it, I learned that it needs to be disassembled and cleaned.
[Carburetor's Overhaul]. (Disassembly and cleaning)
(2) Disassemble the carburetor, clean it with a special cleaner, replace consumable parts, adjust the opening of the throttle valve and air screw, replace the nozzle (slow jet), adjust the length of the needle (to adjust the amount of air mixture), etc., and then return the carburetor to a brand new condition. The work is done to return the engine to a brand new condition.
Procedure
A brief description of the procedure is as follows
Remove the Carburetor from the Motorcycle.
↓
Gasoline accumulated in the float chamber is discharged.
↓
(3) Disassemble the Carburetor; be careful not to lose or damage Parts.
↓
(4) Cleaning:Use carburetor cleaner to remove dirt and grime from each part, either the Aerosol type or the soaking type. Jets may be clogged, so check the inside by shining a light on it. If the degree of contamination is severe, Carburetor cleaner may not be able to dissolve it and unclog it. In this case, the Jet should be replaced. Note that Carburetor cleaner can be used with Material:Be careful when cleaning diaphragms made of rubber, as this can damage the RubberParts.

(4) Clean Carburetor Product Contents (replace if necessary)
↓
(5) Reassemble Carburetor.
*It is a good idea, especially if you are new to Overhaul, to frequently take pictures before, during, and after disassembly to understand the structure as you work.
After performing the overhaul in this procedure, I found that the disassembled jets were so corroded and the packing was so broken and torn that it was necessary to replace the entire contents.
It's quite a lot of work to prepare parts one by one, so we use KeyStar's Carburetor Overhaul & Setting partsQuantity.:Set.

Although Carburetor overhaul is not a routine maintenance, if the mileage has increased to a certain extent and you feel the engine is not running properly, you should definitely take on this challenge.
When doing an Overhaul it is also important to put all the Parts back together as they should be, it is relatively easy to turn a Carburetor into a RoseRose, but putting it back together is a difficult task. FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor Demerit

Overhaul method,
FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor Overhaul Method
Remove the air cleaner, hose and ducts from the FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor and remove it from the Motorcycle.
(2) FCR Carburetor Body Remove Gasoline in the Carburetor.
Remove the bottom case, Float and Valve, Pilot screw, and other parts.
Spray each hole with Carburetor cleaner.
Remove the top cover.
? Remove the Main Jet, Needle Jet, and Slow Jet.
Remove the slide valve and valve seat.
Remove ? Acceleration Pump.
?Wash and lubricate each part (parts removed in ?− ?) as necessary.
If there are consumable parts, replace them with new ones and reassemble.
(10) Installed on Motorcycle and checked connections of hose, ducts, and air cleaner to complete the installation.
Good points of this product
Packing, Gasket, Needle, Main Jet, Pilot, etc. All-in-One, including all internal parts other than the carburetor body. It is good to reuse them, but it is better to refresh the inside of the carburetor.

◎Cheaper than asking Motorcycle shop for Overhaul too.

Bad points or points to note.
Carburetor parts are very small and easy to lose.
Overhaul is not difficult.

All I wanted was Pilot Jet.
It was good until I installed the carburetor of AF34LIVE DIO on AF24TACT, but I could not decide the setting at all, and I wanted to squeeze fuel by Pilot Jet, but there was only Oversize, and I was using the common Pilot Jet with this car model.
