Simple design's Tire stopper
I bought it as a stopper of Front tire when loading off-road motorcycle in Transporter.
The photo shows the Front tire of WR 250 R (80 / It is like seeing 100-21).
This product "Stopper to keep Motorcycle from moving forward" , "Can stand on its own without using Side Stand" Please note that it is not a kind of item.
This product is a hole for fixing Bolt to the floor (Φ 8. 5 × 4 places) are free. I think that it depends on the material of the floor, but there is a feeling of uneasiness that it is likely to move if it is not fixed.
In my case I wanted to change the place to load freely, so I bought Aluminum board to replace the floor and made it like a photo. The place where I pasted the same FlooringMatte as the floor of Transporter is really Oshanti (Actually, Matte was just surplus). I cut and pasted the Rubber board as a nonslip on the back.
The width of Pipe is delicately distorted, Penetrating to Pipe and free Φ 8. The hole of 5 is bent, the welding of the bottom plate is subtle, the board is oblique - - And the solid I bought was bad accuracy.
Pipe's Penetrating hole was bent a bit.. Bolt does not get straight in (Tears)
Because it is only a thing that stops Tire, I think whether it is good or not, and even though it is a ready-made product, I have not failed puncturing and welding like this. Do your best.. I also thought that I was honest. (Lol)
■ Dimensions (mm)
Outer width of Pipe touching the floor : About 170
Pipe diameter : Φ22. About 4?
From the end of the bottom plate to the edge of Pipe : About 200
Hole for fixing Bolt on the floor : Φ8. 5 X 4 places (Holes on the bottom plate are Φ 8. 5 and Φ 14. 5 holes are overlapping and vacant. It seems that M8 ~ M14 can be used)
