Reviews
Often used in racing vehicles.
Open valve pressure can be increased to 1.6 kg from OEM.
Recommended for harsh environments like Race.
It can reduce the likelihood of Overheat.
When I hear DRC, I think of Off-road Image, but I use it for On road motorcycle.

Convenient to have
I bought Repeat because I lost it when I caught it on a tree while driving in Woods. There are short ones that do not use the Stem hole, but I use this one because I do not have to worry about where to put the cap when refueling and it does not get dirty. View detail
hold your coolant
My CRF 450R was boiling over every ride,no matter if I was on a fast mx track, sand or single track. The weather has cooled down a little, but it has definitely helped.crf 450 was losing coolant from cap to overflow pipe but was below the low fill mark, hit the forums and drivers said the stock caps were weak and wasn't close to the high mark after a short drive at 90 degrees air coolant so I ordered this DRC replacement and 2 days later I picked it up and filled the tank to the max line to see if the coolant expanded or vomited, no, this cap is 100% quality. rotate to tighten.I purchased the DRC High Pressure Radiator Cap and a set of high pressure silicone radiator hoses and the boiling over has stopped. Open valve pressure up to 1.6kgf/c!
[How is it used?
The Radiator cap of a YZF-R25 racing car was replaced with this product.
The Radiator itself is the Big radiator from Eye FACTORY. It is now discontinued.
The NSF250R mono was modified to fit the YZF-R25, but the OEM cap also fits the YZF-R25.
R25 water temperature rises up to around 100℃ in Tsukuba in summer even with big radiator. normal radiator is out of question.
In the midst of all this, we recently had an unusually fast decline in Coolant and a lot of discharge into the Catch tank.
It was introduced for the purpose of raising the pressure inside Radiator and increasing the boiling point of the cooling water. The original Cap was also worn out.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I think it can be used on a regular Road motorcycle in terms of Packing size.
Was the installation difficult?
It is the same level of difficulty as replacing the cap of a plastic bottle. I don't think there is anyone who can't do it.
However, be careful because the internal pressure is increasing while the water temperature is high, and you will get burned the moment you loosen the Cap.
How was your experience with it?
It worked fine, less return to the Catch tank, nice! I was thinking...
To begin with, the Courant de was gradually decreasing, not that it was going to the Catch tank.
The MechanicalSeal was slowly getting hit and was flowing inside the Engine.
I don't think it has anything to do with the Cap this time, but because of the increase in internal pressure, if you have an old one around the Hose.
Coolant leakage, or worse, Hose loss, could happen.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No, sir!
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I don't see any performance issues, but the Sticker on the DRC was already starting to peel when new!
I don't mind, but I think people who care will be bothered.

10% performance, 90% looks!
[How is it used?
Used on KLX250Final edition 16
I bought it because when I crashed during an Enduro race, the OEM hose tore and leaked coolant, making it impossible to run.
It looks thicker and stiffer than OEM, so here's hoping it won't tear next time!
Was the one you received as per Image?
It's just like the image!
It is a beautiful dark bright Blue color.
Was the installation difficult?
Coolant needs to be unplugged, so buy Coolant at the same time!
https://www.webike.net/sd/1241771/
The length is a bit longer than OEM, so I shortened it a bit with Cutter.
Easy to cut.
Blowing Silicon spray makes it easier to insert the Hose.
How was your experience with it?
I am satisfied with the improved appearance.

Dress-up
Unlike the md44, the md47 CRF is a little more complicated to install because the Radiator is handled differently from the md44. View detail
Easy to use and affordable
It's very helpful because you can use it on the screw part of the case cover.
This is especially recommended for CircuitDebut users.
If you're worried about BALI, you can sand it off.

Motorcycle looks like a Large!
I was thinking of changing the coolant water for the summer, but the car is getting old, so I decided to change the RadiatorHose as well.
it is exchanged 。 I don't rely on the cooling effect in terms of performance, but I think it's good from a visual point of view.
Motorcycle looks like a large cut.
The texture is very good and the Hose itself seems to be durable.
The hose length of Upper Side was a little short and it did not reach to the stopper of Joint.
I stopped it firmly with Clamp.
I drove about 1,000km after exchanging it, but there is no leak etc. so far.
If it's too long, I can cut it, but if it's too short, there's nothing I can do. By the way, the vehicle is MD38 CRF.

Be careful if you are looking for a dress-up.
Most Motorcycle Radiator cap is a common item, so it can be installed on any Motorcycle.
In the normal product, when the pressure in the cooling path exceeds 1.1kgf/cm2 due to thermal expansion, the spring of the cap is pushed up and the coolant temporarily escapes to the reserver tank, and returns to the cooling path when it cools down.
If your vehicle does not have a reserver tank, coolant will be blown out of the cap or drain to relieve pressure during heat.
This Cap can increase its opening pressure to 1.6kgf/cm2.
It is said that the installation is hard in other impressions, but since a high rate spring is used for the cap to strengthen it, it is necessary to turn it after pushing it harder than a normal product when installing it.
In addition, the BALI is standing and the construction is a little rough, so I think that also affects the firmness of the installation.
Because the thing which originally releases the pressure from the cooling path at 1.1kgf/cm2 is not opened to 1.6kgf/cm2, naturally the load is applied to Radiator hose, Mechanical seal of Water pump, and Gasket. If those parts are deteriorated, there is a possibility to cause unexpected large trouble, so it is necessary to pay attention to easy use for just dress-up purpose.
It may just be that the Radiator hose was old, but I've actually seen the Hose swollen to a puny size on vehicles that have tried this Cap.
If you have a car with a reserver tank, you may not need it. Furthermore, if it blows, it is better to wait until it cools down or to refill the blown amount with water or LLC.
The surface texture is not very high and Rust will appear although it has been Chromium Plated. Access to the cap is poor and vehicles that accumulate water should be checked regularly.
Because there is no large change in the amount of cooling water, I think that there is certainly a direction of the effect though I used it in the low speed running where the Radiator fan is always turning GunGun and the hit of the running wind is weak. However, because the vehicle has become old gradually, I think that I want to remain in the use at the time when it is here.
Most of the OEM products are black, but this cap has red color, and it has a tress up effect.
The price is reasonable, and some vehicles are cheaper than OEM Products, which helps.

Looks good, stiffer than stock
I bought this hose kit from DRC because my old OEM hose is almost 10 years old. It fits like an OEM hose but with of course the added bling points. This looks good on the WR250R and I believe it will make your engine bay look better too regardless of brand and model. Make sure to buy new clamps for a tighter fit. +Looks really good +Easy to install -No included clamps View detail
Perfect for making WiringSpots.
This is useful when there is no good salt in the body part of the wiring.
I am using it in Clutch cover near the Filler cap of Oil by tightening it with Bolt. Although the product itself is flat, I think the universalism is high because it can be bent with Pliers.

It's very obvious
The WR250X has been gradually turned blue, and I changed it at the same time as the Coolant replacement
To install, loosen or remove the Hose Band with a Phillips Screwdriver Just replace it with an OEMHose
But each hose does not come off and does not fit, and the tool goes into the engine side of the long hose No, the long Hose is thicker than the OEM, or the Hose Band needs to be in a better position than the OEM I struggled with it all
I removed the exhaust pipe and exhaust system myself
The position of the Hose Band and the installation of the Hose is in a good place
Exhaust pipe, exhaust system desorption and a little bit longer You may want to have a Hose Band
If you mark where the Hose was originally attached, it will be easier to see how far you can screw it in
It looks almost invisible when you're on it, but from the side, it's very different
I am Large satisfied because I can look at it and grin

The World of Self-Satisfaction
The Radiator hose is quite large, so it stands out! It's a red motorcycle, so I used blue as an extra color I like it very much
It just took me quite a while to order and receive it
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) You have to remove the Radiator to change the Hose to connect the Radiator of You need to warm up the Hose with a gun or hot water to get it to go in properly
I don't feel the performance of the product is anything special...I'm just self satisfied

Parenthesis better!
It was a challenge to install, but I'm happy with the way it looks
Because it is a little thicker than the OEM Product, the hose band is just barely there
To lock the Band to fix the Engine side of the long Hose
It was fiddly
A slightly longer Band will make it easier to prepare a slightly longer Band

Size is perfect
Wiring Oil Filler Cap and Oil drain bolt, Oil I used it for wiring the filter, and I was satisfied with it because I could install it in the M6 bolt I polished it with PIKAL to make it beautiful But I have to cut it and remove the BALI to make it look good Let's do it View detail
Good vibes
One of the Parts I thought about replacing LLC.
As for installation, we only need to replace with OEM Product so we did not need processing.
As in other impressions, Band behind the Engine was quite a difficult enemy, but I was able to work with Ratchet using Universal joint and extension.
The point is whether it depends on the tool?
Hose is thick, so the Hose Band also does not reach the water pump part at Size 25 of the OEM, exchange it for the Size 32 of the Stainless and worry.
It is satisfying because I think that I've improved my appearance much better.
But, I guess it will not be a little cheaper.

very good
I used it for CRM 250 rm. Since the product is only 96 years, it can not be helped ‥. Left Side Only the radiator's Hose is short and rm (1991) It did not suit. It is impossible to walk around! It is possible to wear it sparingly, but because it feels loose, pressure leaks if you do not tighten the band securely. The next morning the jiwi waga drooped (Lol) I wanted the slender Hose at the top to be set as well. View detail
It looks nice
D-TRACKER (98) It attached to.
Since carburetorWarmer has been removed "For dTRACKERX" I bought.
Because there is a slightly too long Hose, Cut it with Cut to install it.
Tank can not be installed unless it is removed - - Maybe.
It looks pretty good.
