Installation is a big deal?
Exhaust pipe and engine joint parts do not fit together because the screw and screw hole on the engine side do not match slightly, and when the two exhaust pipes, the assembly, and the exhaust system are connected first, they do not fit together with the engine exhaust. The position of the bracket to be connected to the middle frame was also not aligned as per the instruction manual. I ran about 50 km and there was no exhaust leak and low speed knocking was reduced and the sound was good. I hope the manufacturer will improve the accuracy of their products. View detail

Webike Customer Service 2022/08/17
MOTOGUZZI V9 BOBBER 2022 The product will be compatible with
It was stated that the product requires a lot of modification for installation.
It is a Slip-on Silencer with Simple shape, so I worked on it myself,
I couldn't get it to fit properly in any way, so I gave up and took it to the Shop,
There were many problems.
First of all, when the MIVV Exhaust System is inserted into the normal exhaust pipe as it is, the following results are obtained.
The holes in the mounting bracket on the vehicle body side and the holes on the MIVV Exhaust System side do not match at all.
The hole in the MIVVExhaust System is a few centimeters more toward the rear of the vehicle.
MIVVExhaust System to align the holes on both sides,
The tip of the slot (the part that is cut into the slot)
It was necessary to cut about 4 cm (all of the cut area).
Next, the MIVVExhaust System is inserted into the normal exhaust pipe,
The diameter of the normal exhaust pipe and the MIVV Exhaust System did not match and a small gap was created.
Since MIVVExhaust System is Stainless Steel and Normal exhaust pipe is Steel,
Because the Normal exhaust pipe was more likely to be attacked and deformed by vibration,
I cut and wrapped a can of Coffeecoffee to fill the gap.
The included tightening Band used for the joints was also not available.
In addition, the span of the two holes in the mounting bracket is 68mm on the body side,
Span of the two holes on the Exhaust System side was slightly different from 70mm,
One of the Bracket holes on the body side had to be drilled long.
Now I finally managed to get it installed, though,
After a test ride, the Rear brake was not working well.
Looking into the vicinity of the Brake pedal, porting from NORMAL
Exhaust Cover is scratched and when stepping on the Brake, the inside of the Pedal is scratched.
The return spring component was hit and could not be stepped on any further.
It may be possible to install it on pre-2020 MODEL without such modification, though,
I heard that the exhaust pipe of V9 has been changed to be EURO5 compliant from the 2021 model year.
Comparing the photos, the Exhaust Cover is also different from pre-2020.
Even if some processing is a common thing in foreign products,
Isn't it a product that cannot be installed on the 2021 model year or later MODEL?
Is there a problem with the way it is fitted? You might say,
The shop we requested is a well-established shop specializing in Moto Guzzi.
I bought it on webike and it was a non-returnable item.
I would like to receive the labor cost of installing this pedal and the labor cost of processing the brake pedal in the future.

Also, would you like a Grommet in the Bolt mounting hole?
