SEROWRear Suspension
The Rear Suspension with nearly 90,000 km is to be replaced.
The replacement was made several years ago.
The basic setting is Normal base and the recommended setting is almost like NORMAL. I also set the Front setting to "Quantity" to match this Rear setting.:Set
My impression after a quick ride was that I was back to my NORMAL new car. However, after riding the car for a long distance and in various conditions, I noticed that it moved very well. However, after riding it over a long distance and in various conditions, I noticed that it moves very well. I feel safe on rough and wet road surfaces. I have been driving on the Asphalt most of the time recently, but even when I drive aggressively, I feel very secure. Gap in the bank is also a problem, but it is quickly resolved and I am able to drive through. I think it is a very good product.

Good feeling
[How is it used?
I am riding an 85cc Minimoto, and I replaced the springs because they are too soft for a large person to ride.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is just as shown in the Image. But it might be a little hard.
He weighs just under 70 pounds and may need to make a few more adjustments.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have the environment and skills to maintain the suspension, you should have no problem. If you are not confident, ask a PRO to do it.
How was your experience with it?
It feels like it has suddenly gotten better because it was so bad before. It absorbs shock well, and the feeling of ground contact is increased. Above all, I can ride my motorcycle with peace of mind.
The Rear easily bounces up when riding as it used to feel. It restored the original Spring's function.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None in particular.

Let's replace the front and rear suspension together.

For Forest Road Touring
I bought it to enjoy touring in the woods, I also replaced the front fork with a trick fan kit, but I didn't have the confidence to do the work by myself, so I had Technics come in and do it for me.
The NORMAL shock was soft and comfortable to ride on and was very good for toddling along forest roads, but when driving at a slightly better pace, there was a lot of sinking of the Front, especially when decelerating, and I sometimes felt instability. The initial setting of this Rear shock is a little hard and is good for general roads and highways up to forest roads, but I feel it is a little hard on forest roads, so I will try to set it soon. I will try the initial setting of Technics for a while.
The texture is as high as you would expect from an Aluminum Cut-out compared to a Normal shock. The weight is also lighter and slightly lighter. The only thing is that the color of the spring is red for Normal, but this is a Color:Gray, so it is a bit plain.
When changing, not only Rear but also Front is Quantitative.:It would be good to change it with Set.

Soft spring
The NORMAL tires were too hard, but I replaced them with soft springs, which made it easier to ride on large tires. View detail
RearSoft spring
I loosened the normal spring until it rattled, but the stiffness did not change much. View detail
Fits: SUZUKI GSX-S1000, SUZUKI GSX-S1000F
I was glad to exchange it.
I think it has relieved some of the initial softness of the OEM's initial movement, but I would not recommend replacing it if you are only touring or riding in the city. View detail

Works machine as if
I wanted to make the inner blue like SBKMachine, but it seems that blue is not durable and has disappeared from the construction lineups of all shops.
Purchased this as a long-awaited product that can be converted to Blue while in the process of maintenance.
I couldn't install it by myself, so I asked Technics, the distributor, to install it while I was doing the maintenance.
The total cost, including maintenance, was approximately 190,000.
I don't know about the effect of the increased sliding performance of the Single Body, but I am satisfied with the outstanding appearance.

This thickness is good.
GlassesSpanner for Top cap was purchased at the same time, but Material:Plastic is good. No need to put Wound on delicate parts. I guess Technics, the SuspensionPro shop, has done a good job. View detail

Parenthesis is good and works GOOD!
Purchased this one for MOTARD conversion!
Installation is easy! Special tools are required due to the tightening Torque value!

Used for Overhaul of Front fork.
There is just a little bit of BALI on it, so it might be better to finish it with a light file before use. 。 It is made of Engineer plastic-like hard material, so it won't nudge Cap's head unless it is very hard to do so. View detail

Special Tool for InnerCartridge removal of Big pistonFork. 90N tightening, so loosening is Large.
The Torque is tightened by hand and that's it. Why do you tighten it with such a stupidly strong Torque?

Excellent ride! (Review after about 6 months of assembly)
This is a review after about 6 months of installation of this Rear suspension.
First of all, I had a hard time removing the upper Bolt as previously informed, and I had a hard time removing the Battery cover.
I managed to remove it by cutting a part of it.
After that, I assembled it with the instruction manual, but no matter how I did it, Reserver
Tank did not pass through the gap in the Frame just by removing the Sprocket….
The black part of the engine hanger on my 19M, which is not shown in the picture in the instruction manual, has a different shape.
There is no Space to go through at all.
I should have cut the Chain without cutting corners here, but I got side-tracked and forced myself to do it.
The Chain was passed through while missing the Chain, so the Chain was bent and eventually the Chain was also bent.
We are going to replace it (sweat).
(And the Reserver tank is also scratched)
After all that hard work, the assembly was completed without any problems, and we did a test run with the standard settings.
Suspension is very Smooth and Rebound, which was a concern for OEM, converges quickly.
The restlessness of Rear was converged to Beauty and the balance with Front was improved.
has improved.
It raises the ride height by a little 1G, but with ZETA Lowering Link,
It returned to the OEM equivalent, but due to the LINK ratio, it sank and felt soft at 1G'.
I have tightened the Pre-road one turn, but the Balance looks good!
(The problem of OEM's not being able to pay STAND has already been changed to ZETASTAND)
To change the posture Smoothly by Winding driving, since it is almost impossible to drive on forest roads.
It was nice to loosen the Rebound side a little. (Compression remains standard)
The front is still OEM, but the fork seal seems to get stuck in initial operation.
I'd like to change it to a low Friction one.
Other than that, I have no Large complaints in my driving environment.
Anyway, I am satisfied with Large because the driving experience changes drastically when I change the Rear suspension.
But Tec 5.2 is a good price, and if you don't want to mess with COMP, Tec 3.1 might be fine.
