Good sound
I installed it myself
Unlike the Slip-on Silencer of Big bike, for example, the KLX230SM requires a lot of work to remove the Seat and Cowl.
The gasket is not attached to the exhaust pipe side, but to the exhaust system side, so it is difficult to remove the gasket and use it again.
Once again, I went to my local Motorcycle Supplies to procure them.
I like the sound quality, with a crisp, single-shot Motorcycle sound. The volume is a little louder than I expected.

For reference, SEROW can easily replace the exhaust system on the same off car.

After purchasing barrel 4 silencer, it got to know that this silencer is explosive sound roaring in a net.
Since trouble could not be made to you in the neighborhood, this restrictor low noise was also purchased.
Attachment removes three hexagon head bolts which are fixing the parts at the tip of a silencer first.
Next, although the normal parts exchanged for a restrictor low noise are drawn out, parts are drawn out, removing a gasket by a slotted screwdriver, since it is being fixed by the liquid gasket.
The rest sets a restrictor low noise and is only fixing with a bolt.
Product number which sells recommendation also by Webike: They are 40621 permatexes. Probably, it is good to plaster a restrictor low noise with a high-heat-resistance silicon gasket, and to fix.
It can be used also for the exhaust leakage stop at the time of muffler exchange.

Just as advertised. Works great on my 2009 DRZ400SM on the Delta Barrel 4 S. Although there is a gap between the end cap and the can itself. As for the welding, it could be all the way around for better strengh View detail
Exhaust System with good balance
I was attracted by its light weight and simple design, and I bought it because it was on sale.
This review is for comparison with the SP Takekawa Sports Exhaust that was previously installed.
First of all, it was the volume, but it felt considerably small from the rider though the proximity 85db of the same etc. as the Takegawa Exhaust System.
I think it's pretty quiet, especially when it comes to Idling. You may feel so because the sound quality is closer to bass.
As for the performance, it felt the same as the Power graph which is published in the official site also in the experience.
The Takekawa Exhaust System was a little thinner at the bottom, but there is a rich Torque of the OEM same etc. even in the low RPM range.
Instead, I felt that the high RPM range was a little bit bad compared to the Takekawa Exhaust System which was blowing up without stagnation until around the red zone, although it was blowing up firmly.
I don't run that high of an RPM range on this motorcycle, so I felt that the power characteristics suited me.
In addition, although I was worried whether Heat Guard of Wire type did not become really hot, it does not become surprisingly hot because it installs it in the form which sandwiches the insulated Washer.
However, only the Head part of the installed Bolt gets quite hot.
Because the pipe is very slim, I think that there is little danger of hitting the exhaust system when riding normally, but I think that it is better to be careful when wearing flapping Rain Wear.
Compared with the exhaust system of other manufacturers, I think that there is not the place which excels specially in both Sound and performance, but I felt it to be the very excellent exhaust system which took the balance without the negative place. Above all, I like the Style that I made Refreshing!
Gasket is not included, so buy it together!

This Baffle has the best Balance for Barrel4.
I used Barrel4s on XG250 TRICKER before, Barrel4s is JMCA Certified and it is certainly quiet, but it is unpleasant sound of silencer of small moped. However, if you remove the Baffle, the sound is super explosive.
This time, I will use it for my wife's WR250X which is dedicated for course running. My wife's Delta barrel4, which she picked up from somewhere, does not have a Baffle and is very noisy.
If you remove the Baffle from the Barrel4, the bass will sound great, but it will be too annoying, so I think this Baffle is the best for the Barrel4.

The volume, it can be suppressed there.
In Delta's Silencer I just need to turn the volume down a little. This is an effective way to do this.
When you're accelerating. Duh duh duh. It is a feeling that the volume is reduced.
It may also suppress the power of the Peak and the extension of the rotation, but in city driving where you want to keep the volume down, it doesn't bother you much.
(If you're sensitive to it, it might bother you.)
That said, I think it's best to refrain from early morning idling in residential areas.
I use NORMAL and Low noise.
I think another advantage is that you can easily replace it with 3 bolts.

Changed with the DELTATorque head pipe.
With the normal muffler, the Engine seems to be tighter when the RPMs go up, but the DELTA I feel like I'm spinning comfortably.
I just replaced it and haven't taken advantage of the Torque on the forest roads yet, but it's fatter. I wonder?

Light, but buggy.

Sounds noisy but Torque rose.
Use DELTA Exhaust pipe.
Blinker gets exhausted for a while, but it gets a little warmer and there is no problem.

Before installing it, there were three small scratches like something hard struck the junction of Torque head pipe with Cylinder. There is a part that seems to be a welding mist about 1 mm in the welded part inside Others joint part, light appears to be inserted thinly, but it seems that return procedure is too bad and it is not a definite defective item , Heat resistant Pate with Repair. The wound was so shallow that it was mounted as it was. There is no exhaust leak.
As the other person said, Clutch Wire and Exhaust pipe were interfering stresses, so we changed the handling to the extent that it does not affect Clutch operation itself. Later we roll up a heat-resistant bandage in the Exhaust pipe and take other measures against heat.
The crucial fee Ring, surely overall Torque has increased. Although it will be good to exchange at the same time as the Exhaust System, we recommend placing things in the corner of your head that are essential to processing before purchasing.
