Idling quiet Normal look
The body is 4lMONKEY and the Seat is OEM style Seat, so I cut the Bracket on the Seat side to put the Bracket that comes with the Exhaust System and bolted the Silencer band to the Bracket. So, the collar was inserted.
As others have mentioned, the exhaust pipe is long, so we cut the Silencer up to the punching area.
The OEMGuard was easily fixed and the assembly itself was not too difficult.
I was using the OEM Exhaust System with VM26KITACO on 85ccFlatPiston, so I had to re-set it.
The volume is quite loud if you turn it up, but I think it is quite calm among external exhaust systems, but be careful not to get your hopes up too high.

☆ regarding mounting
Even novices can be assembled if you look at the manuals. Joint part with Silencer, there is no exhaust leakage from the exhaust manifold. However, exhaust leaks can be seen through the gap between the lidded stoppers at both ends of Silencer. Let's apply liquid packing.
When attaching OEMHeat Guard, tighten while adjusting the direction of rotation of Silencer.

The basic structure is a straight structure that silences with Silencer with Glass Wool wrapped around Punching pipe.
How far the end of the exhaust manifold has extended to about 70% of Silencer. Punching is available only in the vicinity. Of course Glass Wool in the place without Punching was like a brand new item. It is a wasteful way of use.

Cut it and add Punching processing to the part which was not available. Glass Wool used POSH.

I thought, decided Silencer exchange. Since I'd like to maintain Normal look, buy this low price commodity by comparing this product with Mr. Takegawa.
Because Silencer part is round and thick, worry about Exhaust Guard being pressed against calf to burn injury.
