Maybe better than OEM….
Compatible Float Chamber Packing for FCR Carburetor Body.
The FCR Carburetor Body was originally designed for down draft, and the oil level is above the packing, partly because a horizontal float chamber was added later.
Because of this, after three years from new, the lamination will start to bleed a little bit from the joints.
My FCR Carburetor Body had become a 10 year old player and the seepage was getting worse, developing into a leak rather than seepage, so I replaced it.
It has been over a year since the replacement and there is no seepage at all.
I have no problems with the installation and even think it is rather better than the OEM when looking at the lack of blotchiness.
Well, I could have arranged a reliable OEM Product, but it would have been a hassle to go to a mass retailer and place an order with a young clerk every time. Was the FCR Carburetor Body 250cc? " "! No, it's a carburetor…" I didn't really want to go there because of the exchange that took place.
This product is considerably cheaper than the OEM, and the performance seems unmistakable, and I think FCR Carburetor BodyUser would be well advised to buy it while shopping at webike.

Commonly usable
After running the FCR Carburetor Body on a vehicle that had been in long-term storage, it was still leaking fuel.
If it is OEM, you can't go wrong, but for Gasket, I wanted to try something at a good price.
It is normal. I bought two just in case.
If it leaks, it is Large sturdy and will not leak out once assembled. The most common problem with other brand products is that they absorb gasoline and expand and stretch, making it impossible to put them on.
Can I use it without any discomfort at all?

It is much easier than the OEM ones.
There were no leaks, so I don't know about durability, but considering it is disposable, I think it is a very good value.

More than OEMs …
Used for carburetor OH in RC04.
The OEM Product did not sit well in the grooves of the Float Chamber and in some cases required dotting with superglue, but this product was just the right size.
The material used may be fluororubber, which gives the impression of being solid, unlike the NBRs that are often used in inexpensive other brand products. Of course, the Leak test was no problem.
In OEM Quantity:Although it must be expensive because of the set sales, I am grateful that it is available at a low price.

I was able to use it for Down draft.
I was worried because it's much cheaper than OEM, but I haven't had any problems and no Gasoline leaks.
I installed it on the FCR Carburetor Body of Down Draft Type.
If you open the Float many times, it may not last, but if you open it only a few times for a short period of time, I think it is Large durable.
So I think it is good for disposable during Carburetor setting.

It works on the FCR Carburetor Body Down draft!
Used for maintenance of FCR Carburetor Body.
For support. "FCR Carburetor BodyHorizontal and Down draft does not appear to be supported, but
It is available without any problem. (If you have the Parts List of FCR Carburetor Body, you can judge.)
As for the quality, the accuracy is the same as OEM.
Durability is unknown, but Float chamber packing is a consumable item, so if you change it regularly, you won't have any problems.
For this price, you should change it before it gets damaged in the first place.
Also, I use Konishi's quick-drying BondG103 for fixing.
The glue residue is so strong that it's a pain to remove the old glue, but other than that it's good. For your reference.

I bought this because I'm overhauling my friend's carburetor and although it's not OEM, I can install it without any problems and there are no leaks. The price is very reasonable. View detail
1/6 the price of KEIHIN!
The Float packing for the FCR Carburetor Body costs around $1,200.
You will be amazed at the price of this Cherry.
I used to have the impression that the Rubber parts for Cherry carburetor were not very strong on Gasoline.
After that, they improved RubberMaterial (so I heard), so I repeated it, hoping for revenge.
Actually, I haven't overhauled it yet, so usability and durability are unknowns.
If things go bad in a short period of time, I'll post again.

Float packing
I bought this as a spare because I bought the FCR Carburetor Body33 and had to open and close it many times for setting. I haven't used it yet, but the texture is Large and it looks strong. I will buy it again next time because it is cheap. View detail
Needle clip
Needle clip is indispensable because you can't fix the height of needle without it. it is better to put a clip on each needle instead of removing it when you change the needle. View detail
Needle clip
It is necessary to decide the number of Needle steps of FCR Carburetor Body. It is very helpful because it is hard to buy cheaply elsewhere. View detail

Essential Parts for carburetorOH
I bought it because I needed it to overhaul my 250SB carburetor.
I've never seen the OEM packing in its new state, so I can't compare it to the OEM packing, but this one didn't have any gasoline leaks after it was installed, so it may be considered the same as the OEM packing.
I have been driving it for more than a year after the replacement and I have not had any problems with gasoline leaks or any other troubling issues, so I think I will continue to use CHERRY for OH and maintenance on other cars.

Unexpected!
I'm a person who takes off and puts on and off Chamber quite a bit, so the best thing I can do is to reuse the Gasket that has been stretched out I was using KEIHIN OEM Product because hard work = anxiety, but it still stretched me It's put away Well, I can't help it, because I have to seal it by that stretch
But this product recently It fits snugly into the groove in the early stages, probably because of the excessive stretching For installation, use a small amount of liquid Gas in the groove instead of glue to the bent part of the groove
In my usage, this product matches the OEM Product!
