OEM Product quality outside the company.
Single-cylinder and two-cylinder motorcycles, such as the SR, are said to be motorcycles that enjoy style and sound. Therefore, there are many kinds of external exhaust systems to choose from. However, this time, we chose this one because we wanted to replace the OEM Exhaust System after understanding the OEM Exhaust System well.
To begin with, what kind of merit or demerit is involved in changing to an external exhaust system?
Merit
1:The appearance that matches one's ideal. dress-up effect.
2:Exhaust sound to your liking. Straight pipe construction without much sound deadening material like OEMs, so it is easy to produce sound. It can be a crisp exhaust sound or a roaring high-pitched sound.
3:Good disconnection makes it easier to feel Stress at high RPMs and easier to turn to higher RPMs.
High rpm is stabilized and most large horsepower is increased.
4:Lighter weight:2 kg or more lighter than OEM. The OEM exhaust system is heavier than the external system because of the complex construction of the exhaust pipe, which is wrapped with a muffler to suppress the loud noise. 。
5:The material is highly resistant to aging.
OEM exhaust systems are often made of steel, and if used for long periods of time, rust can cause holes and leakage of exhaust gas. 。 For external exhaust system, Plating Processed Steel, Material:Stainless Steel and Material:It is strong in Rust due to the use of expensive Materials such as Titanium.
Demerit
1:The vehicle may not pass inspection due to exhaust system noise. Also, there is a possibility that the exhaust gas standard may be exceeded by a large amount due to the large amount of exhaust.
2:Vibration may cause Stress to Passenger. OEMExhaust System reduces not only the sound but also the vibration associated with the sound by its internal structure.
3:Decrease in fuel consumption. The structure of the exhaust system is simple and easy to exhaust, which makes it easy to speed up, but it makes it difficult to start and accelerate. Therefore, the Axel is turned more, and more fuel is used than usual, resulting in lower fuel economy.
4:Low-speed Torque tends to drop in exchange for higher RPM.
So, the answer is "OEM is the best". It is not better to be satisfied with OEM, but people always want to improve the sound, looks, and performance.
So I thought,

If you understand how good the OEM exhaust system is, and if there is an external exhaust system that does not destroy the characteristics of the OEM exhaust system to a large extent, you may call it a good exhaust system. I think it is a good exhaust system. It is a pet theory (laugh).

The quality is worth the price!
The price is high for the size of the SR, but the quality is the same as the YAMAHA quality because it is made by Sakura Industries, a subsidiary of YAMAHA.
Naturally, the vehicle inspection is compliant with the 2018 and newer vehicles.
Weight:5.1kg for Planus compared to 7.2kg for NORMAL. It's not light, but it has super strict exhaust gas regulations. [Color] I think the developers had a hard time because they were doing it with Clear.
Durability:NORMAL same, etc... is packed tightly and will not deteriorate over time.
Sound quality:The pulse seems to be more loud at low to medium speed, but when you open the Axel at high speed, it sounds like it's going boom! And it's good to pop.
The texture:The plating layer is thicker than the NORMAL and the texture is quite good, and the Style is also a Large person because the tail is not jumped up excessively.
Performance:Because I put it on at the same time as Mr. SP Tadao's PowerBOXExhaust pipe, I don't know the performance with SilencerSingle Item, but the performance of the high rpm range was improved as total (TOPSpeed is up more than 20Km/h).
