Used in xr100 MOTARD
I bought this product because the OEM Product was too dark when I switched to LEDs for the Valve, and the forward illumination is much brighter than the Normal. View detail

It's so good.
The darkness of the unspoken early XRHeadlight. 95 model.
The brightness has been dramatically increased by replacing it with this unit.
New, made in Japan, Multi-reflector, and even a light bulb at this price.
It is the best cosmetic product. Installation can be done by simply replacing the Light Adjustment Angle Screw with the original one.
Seriously, it's the best.
My problems were solved without buying expensive related Parts.

LED
This is a re-evaluation as I have converted to LED.
The Valve I used is PIAA Headlight Bulb LED 6000K DualBeam 12V 5/6W H6M for Motorcycle. (PH7 equivalent) It is
The XLR80R is an all-AC car, so the Valve I chose is an alternator and supplies.
Simply replace with a Halogen bulb and the job is done.
Since the Multi-reflector Unit has more depth than the OEM Headlight Unit, we were able to install the PIAAValve, which is almost twice as long as the Halogen bulb, without any interference.
Also, because it is a multi-reflector, it does not cause the high-low inversion phenomenon that often occurs when using OEM headlight units with LEDs.
The Clear Lens Multi-reflector is LED, so it is very bright. The spread of light and the height of the light are not a problem, and the safety is increased by introducing LED Bulb.

The look and brightness of the Headlight has been improved in the Large width
Results of installation
The historical Lens cutType was replaced by the Multi-reflector Motorcycle itself feels rejuvenated
The brightness that was thought to be reduced by Lens cut became the original brightness of Valve
(Valve uses DAYTONA's high efficiency Valve 25W, not the included Blue)
There are some points to be improved as follows, but it is an alternative to OEM parts that can be installed with almost no modification If you think about it, it's what you'd expect
The difference between the product photos on the web and those on the web
In the photo, the HeadlightBody and Bracket have a glossy platting look The paint is a solvent that is used to degrease the paint (for reasons to be explained later) Thin? It's thin?
3. Installation
Because the KAWASAKIBracket interferes a little with the Cowl, a little in Pliers Connected to each other and removed with Gold genus fatigue to deal with it
Because the bracket for adjusting the optical axis interferes with the cowl, it is necessary to bend it slightly
Screw and spring for optical axis adjustment are included in the product Includes Parts:(Screw is thicker than the hole in the cowl but no problem (Screw is thicker than Cowl's hole, but no problem)
Wiring of the headlamp does not match (Male and Female of Bullet Terminal) Female is partly reversed), so if you process it is OK, but use the vehicle OriginalWiring
Position lamp
As mentioned in the other imprints, Material:Rubber's SocketPlug is scuffed and comes off with little force
The rubber plug is a soft material, so if you put on and off the plug several times, it may get cracked And then, the scum comes out
It would have been better if it was a solid and rigid rubber, but it was not reliable The SocketPlug was removed and the hole was covered with Aluminum Tape (Confirmed that the paint can be thinned with solvent by degreasing at this time (Confirmed that the paint is thinned with solvent by degreasing at this time)
Because the headlight is always lighting, if it is a position lamp of this degree, it is unnecessary It is good without original
5.Rubber cover of Headlight Bulb
The material of the rubber may deteriorate quickly, so we have to make sure that we can use it in the vehicle Installations
Installation is not a problem as long as you pull it on firmly
6.Others
The LampLens was scratched, even though it was supposed to be new
I was dissatisfied with the initial quality control (pride and love for the company's products), although I put up with the scratches as they would eventually appear
Because of the scratches, the Material (or surface treatment) of the lens itself is soft Maybe it is

It will be brighter than OEM.
Light of the off-road motorcycle, especially the old car of 90`s is dark! But LEDs and HID are Battery reply vehicles .... Also, Wiring processing and Included Parts : I also have to secure a mounting location for. What a person Recommends here!
Wiring just connects like an OEM! Cat's-eye just branches off from Low beam and just takes it away. (It disappears at the time of High beam)
It got brighter, it's about +1 mass from the torch of dragon Quest. (Oops! It is hard for a young person to understand?
The difficulty is that Rubber of Cat's-eye falls into polo-polo and falls out without permission, so so-called booger Bond (G17) Lightly point with.
Also, although it may be only yourself, the optical axis is facing upwards, especially on the Right! It is like turning the face of the opposing pedestrian battlely.
Since it is impossible to adjust with Adjustment Screw, paste Rubber on Cowl's contact surface and fix it.
It is easy to install and we are holding down the price, so it seems worth it!
