nsr250r dogfight racing
The product was delivered well. This is my first time posting a review.
I am happy that I was able to purchase a dogfighter racing chamber for NSR250 and install a new one!
It has a beautiful appearance made of excellent stainless steel 304 material.
I'm looking forward to it and hoping that the performance will come out as well. I'm excited.
I am uploading detailed photos, so please refer to them before purchasing.

Rubber Joint
I am repurchasing to fix Chamber.
It seems to be quite hard and seems to absorb vibration.
It is not bad looking.

It works fine on UniversalRiveter!
[How is it used?
I purchased this Rivet to reinforce the Belt of the Motorcycle Cover because it had come undone and fallen off.
How was your experience with it?
It worked fine on UniversalRiveter.
How did it compare to other products?
To be honest, I can't tell the difference from other companies' products.
[Points to note]
The Sizes are finely divided, so you should buy the right one for your application.
▼Quantity:Set products are fine, but I don't use them very often, so I buy them each time I need them.

Fixed Chamber
Used for vibration control and fixation of Chamber fixing section.
It is a fairly stiff rubber that does not seem to shake that much and can be fixed in place in a good way.
It doesn't look bad.

Fixed Chamber
I bought this for the Joint of Chamber and Bracket for fixing.
The construction looks good. The fixation also seems to be fine.
I wish it was cheaper.

It's still pre-assembly
Delivery took less than 4 days.
There was a week at customs in Korea.
Were you lucky? I had one in stock and the yen is down. -------------------------------------------------- -------- It's still before assembly Delivery took less than 4 days. There was a week of customs in Korea. Was you lucky? There was one inventory and the yen. Powered by Google Translator

I tried to replace it with a new one when I installed ChamberBand and Rubber cushion, but because I installed Rubber cushion, the band part was too tight and it was too large to tighten the bolt, so I gave up on Spring installation. I thought I didn't have to worry about loosening even if I didn't install it.
It is an ordinary Spring seat. The price is not that high.

Spring
The bolt related parts were replaced with new ones in conjunction with the installation of the chamber band and rubber cushion.
The band was too tight, probably due to the rubber cushion, and we gave up on the Spring installation.
It is an ordinary Spring seat. The price is not that high.

Replace with new one
The bolt was also replaced along with the installation of cushion rubber at the chamber fixation point.
If the shape and Size fit, it could be fixed with a substitute.

Size, if the length fits, it looks like a good substitute.

Chamber for more TZr fun!
TZr250RS (1993 MODEL) was restored with hanghang and replaced from OEMChamber for the final touch.
We chose Stainless SteelChamber because it is resistant to rust and we wanted to experience its light sound.
Exhaust Gasket is not required for 3XV like OEM.
Heat resistant silicon gasket is required separately and must be prepared.
I did the work myself, but it takes about 1-2 hours from the removal of the OEM chamber to the completion of the replacement, and you have to wait for the silicon gasket to cure separately, so you should expect it to take 2 days.
Also, a Spring hook is necessary because Spring needs to be put up.
What surprises me during installation is the weight, as it is less than half that of the OEM, Karu-karu!" This is the case
An Instruction Manual is also included, which is old-fashioned but well organized, with detailed instructions on installation and precautions.
The position of the holes in the bracket and the dents in the side stands switch area were etc.Exactly.
I ran for a while after replacing the chamber, and I thought it would scuff at low rpm, but that is not the case at all.
I felt that it was not that different from the OEM.
It is also quieter than I expected when Idling and quieter than an OEMChamber of unknown age! (Lol)
The sense of power and torque when revving up to high RPMs changes dramatically, and it becomes a lot of fun, so be careful not to overdo it.
I also use Jackal Chamber, but I personally felt that Jackal Chamber is superior in the mid to low speed range.
I think it is a win-win situation, as this is more fun in the high-rpm range.
I heard that there were some minor spec. changes and some differences from the spec. of SS Fuchu Stripe at that time, but still, I was very grateful to be able to get a new Chamber made by DogFiret Racing even in this era, and thanks to them, I could enjoy the new Stainless I was able to enjoy the new Stainless Steel Chamber.

honestly speaking, it's subtle
The Damper side is cut at an angle and installed because it touches the Tank when it is installed.
Certainly the Handlebar is more stable, but not as effective as it should be for the price.

Heat-resistant Sticker
for Silencer's Heat-resistant Sticker. I thought I might order them directly from Doc Firet, but I was able to order them here. View detail
I regretted it.
Without machining, it would inevitably come in contact with the tip of the Tank.
It is overpriced and not very effective as a Steering Damper.

Finally purchased, changed from OEM
The selling price is not cheap, so I have been considering purchasing one for a long time and finally bought one. The OEM Product that was installed was old, discolored, and the fins were crushed, so the new one is beautiful.
is DogFiret, but there is nothing DogFiret about what you receive. Everything from the box is KOYO. I thought it would come with a sticker or something since it is an expensive product, but there is nothing. It is a little disappointing, because it is a joint development with KOYORadiator, but there is no "Included Parts:" even though it is not a cheap product. It is also a pity that the box it arrived in was a direct box from KOYO.
The actual item, the back fins were collapsed in a few places, is this what it looks like?
It is unfortunate that the Fixing Screw on the front Fi-Guard is also not Stainless Steel. We have changed to Stainless Steel Buttons for appearance and discoloration prevention.
After that, we can only hope for a performance difference.

I knew you'd want a dedicated one!
[How is it used?
It is used for YZF-R25 that has been converted to Racer.
Stand Hook to be tightened together is MORIWAKIEngineerRing's Stand hook roller.
Part Number:05210-10350-00
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just like the image!
Was the installation difficult?
Nothing too difficult, just take the Bolt off and put it on!
How was your experience with it?
It's good to have a dedicated product. I used to use the one of A-TECH (This was also a dedicated product...) I was using the one of
At the time of the race car inspection, the person who inspected the car told me that this (A-TECH) was too far back and it was useless. So I bought this product to replace it.
This product is firmly offset to the front side, and it plays a role as a chain guard firmly.
The guard part is also solidly built, and the material is thick plastic, so I don't think it will be damaged or broken.
[Included Parts:were they on?
There was not. It is the content of the photograph of the product Page.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not really!

Bolt On!
CBR 250 RR Steering Damper is the only Bolt On installable to MC 51.
Because it is mounted on Top Ridge, Clamp Bar etc can not be installed. Even if you sacrifice them, the stability of the Handlebar operation body is preeminent! There is no thing that you can take the Handlebar with a little gentle step or Gap! The only drawback is that the price is high place

It is too expensive!
Because I removed the Chamber for Engine overhaul I exchanged it as a good opportunity.
I think that the design itself sandwiching O-ring between Chamber Body-Flange is very conscientious, but O-ring Quantity : 1pc. With over 800 yen...
If you are a bit cheaper, I'm willing to exchange frequently...
