God Seat for KLX230ROwner, also recommended for KLX230
The Seat height of the KLX230R is 925mm, and at 172cm tall, even with the softest suspension, the footing is quite poor. Even so, it is better than pure Racer, so I have been riding G650 XCOUNTRY and Enduro race with NORMAL for about 2 years. However, it is difficult to ride on the steep terrain where you want to keep your feet on the ground. I can solve this problem by using the Lowdown Link, but I was very particular that I did not want to lower the minimum ground clearance.
I didn't want to do the bean jam removal by myself, so I was glad to have the finished product. Also, I sometimes ride Motocross course, so I wanted to keep the flat NORMAL seat for that.

I tried it at Off-road Park White Well, and I really felt the Merit of having my feet firmly on the ground when trekking like HardEnduro. [How is it used?
I am enjoying playing in the mountains with CRF125F. It is a great machine with no complaints at all, but there is one point that bothers me when I play with it. It is that the first gear is too low and the second gear is too far away from the first gear. I thought it would be better if I could use the 2nd gear a little more. So I bought this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I received a product that was probably some kind of OEM Parts Repack. I think I can find out if I look into it, but considering the time it takes to look into it, it would be quicker to buy this product from Rikizo. Gold is the solution.
How was your experience with it?
Dropping one Front works pretty well. It has changed more than I expected.
I can now drive at speeds where I feel like I'm stalling in 2nd gear without having to drop down to 1st.

FOAM FILTER REPLACEMENT FOR XR230M AND CRF230M
Filter is excellent quality. Have to cut and remove old paper filter. Foam filter is shipped dry so needs to be oiled. Do not remove all of the paper filter. Leave some paper to seal the new foam filter. View detail
A good option
The front sprocket was changed from 14T to 15T keeping the rear sprocket the same. No modification needed at all. This is a slot-in replacement. The sprocket makes the power delivery in 1st and 2nd linear. There is pronounced knocking in 2nd gear at 30kmph. This wasn't there before but need to get used to it. Very good performance in 3rd and 4th gears. Easier to go above 100kmph in 4th and maintain speed. This modification doesn't impact the overall performance of the bike in city traffic. I live in Bengaluru and traffic here is at a different level. Recommended for people who tour often on the bike. View detail

The Seat was for a KLX230S, but when I asked if it could be installed on a KLX230SM, the reply was immediate and I purchased it.

TLR200 or even XL200R!
As for OEM Parts, COMPWire is discontinued because of XL200R and there is no Reproduct. It used to be made by a certain Manufacturer, but when we checked in 2022, they were no longer manufacturing it.
This time we checked the OEM Product No. and found that only the model number is different.
Therefore, believing in the possibility, we purchased the product and it was usable.
Please note that this is only a personal opinion and the Manufacturer does not provide conformity, so please do so at your own risk.
The different dimensions are hard to see because I took pictures, but please refer to them.
Although the angle of the curve part is different, the dimensions are considered to be the same.

I learned about this Exhaust System on a blog during its development, and it was definitely the items I wanted if I was going to buy a CRF250Rally!
However, I was initially going to buy ‘21model (This Exhaust System is non-conforming) I bought a used ’19model in good condition because they stopped taking orders for new cars in these times, so I bought this one right away!
I had expected the approximate assembly method and sound by watching Youtube videos of people installing it, but if you are not good at tinkering with motorcycles, you should ask a motorcycle shop to do it for you.
I knew that processing the Under Cover was difficult…
Personally, I like Down Type Exhaust System, so I am very satisfied with Silhouette!
The sound is also not so tiring as to be tiring, with a nice crisp and moderate volume when turned.
The power is now more lively after 6,000 rpm, but the low rpm range also feels less jerky.

It has much better legs and is helpful in times of need.
It is a good point that the minimum ground clearance is not changed since it is not lowered by LINK.
Touring about 100 km will not cause any pain in the buttocks.

Quality good
There were no problems with the lower part of the Engine during touring on forest roads, as it provided sufficient protection from stepping stones and other obstacles.

I bought this to convert the chain size of my SEROW250 from 428 to 520.
I wanted the secondary reduction ratio to be as close to the OEM 3.2 as possible, but I decided to go with the 12, which is almost the same size as the OEM, because the 11 would hit the chain slider harder and there would be fewer options for the rear sprocket.
For 12 guns, the OEM approximation is 3.17 for a 38 Rear Sprocket and 3.25 for a 39 Rear Sprocket reduction ratio.
I set the Rear Sprocket to 38, and the Chain Link number to 106, but the Chain Adjuster is at the back, near 13.
The length of the chain can be calculated by Pitch×LINK number, but it was easier to use DID's Chain link calculation table.

I bought it in a longer LINK number just in case and Cut it.
I've only used it for about 10,000km now, so durability is still unknown, but it will probably outlive the Chain.

MySEROW225 which is used in the beast road Attack and Enduro main body has the Rear suspension from the time when I bought it as a used car.
It had a hard spring in it, white spring so I guess it was made by DRC at that time, maybe POSH?
I had the impression that this Hard spring was about 20% harder than the NORMAL spring, and the bouncing was terrible in the mountains.
Even if you tighten the Damper on the extended side, the bounce is very large and the suspension is tiring.
On the other hand, the OEMSpring is too soft in general, and even a slight jump will result in a full bottom.
Throttle ON-OFF attitude change was too large for my liking, but STD is good for trotting.
It was such a reluctant choice that I've been using Spring, which is white and hard.
In 2021, when I was starting to feel that I should no longer use Enduro in SEROW.
Rikizoh is talking about a Spring for the SEROW225 ...!
The manufacture is Kicks, which I've heard a lot about recently, and the Rate is 6.8kg-mm, but I don't know the Rate of STD.
I bought it because of the spirit in which they released it even though the car has been out of print for almost 20 years.
According to the touch, Spring rate is 10%-15%Up but soft around 1G, which is an ideal Concept.
The decisive factor of the purchase was that it was attached to the SEROW225 of Mr. Kitamura's workshop, and the impression when I was allowed to test ride a little was very good.
I haven't assembled it yet. (Lol) I hope to be able to report further after installation.

154cm female rider.
When I ride the SEROW 250, I always feel like I'm barely stopping on one foot, with both feet just barely touching the ground.
With the Lowdown Seat installed, the seat is lowered by 40mm, which improves footing and allows you to stop at traffic lights without worry. However, when wearing OffBoots, it is a little difficult to keep both feet on the bike because the ankles are fixed.
To replace the seat, just remove the bolt on the back of the seat with an automotive tool. I replaced it with Butterfly Bolt because it was troublesome.

USA Buyer review
Since the US only inported the Super Sherpa for a few years there are very few aftermarket parts available here. This is a super heavy duty plate that will protect. Only compaint to be honest is i wish it had some side protection for the engine but it fits the bike well. With not too many options avaialble it's way better than the tin plate that was factory. Can be adjusted without tools!
[How is it used?
I installed it on my RM250 of 00.
The OEM was a plastic head with a Minus groove, which seemed to lick the head and required a slotted screwdriver, so I replaced it with this one.

It is as shown in the image. It is a beautiful cutting.
Was the installation difficult?
Just remove the OEM Idle Screw and replace it with this one.
How was your experience with it?
It's convenient to be able to adjust the Idling while straddling the bike after it has warmed up, such as before a race.
In the case of hard type, you can adjust it a little higher according to the condition of the day.
