[How is it used?
The KDX220 I purchased used was not in bad condition for an old vehicle from the 1990s, but the seat cover was in a slippery condition because the surface had begun to harden, probably because it was from that era.
On the way home after taking delivery of the car at Motorcycle shop, my buttocks moved back and forth every time I accelerated or decelerated, making it very difficult to enjoy the ride, and as soon as I started driving. The first custom was to reupholster the Seat Cover. It was like that.
Originally, I was going to bLOOVE it, including a look at the vehicle, but I went home right away and looked at Webike's product introduction section. KDX220 Seat I've been searching for...
Since it is an old vehicle, there are not many choices, but I-Net's Off-road Vehicle UniversalSeat Cover was a hit, and the price is low! If by some chance I fail, I'm ready to give up." So I bought it
How did you like it?
As a universal product, it is not as good as the Seat fabric made by a three-dimensional manufacturing process for each car model, but I personally think that the KDX Seat itself is not a complicated shape, so I was able to stretch it well.
The new fabric is highly flexible and the dimpled finish gives it a high grip, so you can enjoy riding without being carried back and forth every time you accelerate or decelerate.
To be honest, I wanted to stick with the OEMSeat Cover, but after looking at the price, the thickness of the fabric, and the condition of the finished product, I felt this product was sufficient.
How did it compare to other products?
There are few choices in terms of car models to begin with, and other products are expensive and have stopper belts sewn into the seat surface. I mean it!" I couldn't choose one because I had a strong feeling that it would be embarrassing to me, as I have poor driving skills.
What points should I pay attention to?
Patience and ingenuity are required because the products are not three-dimensionally sewn for car models.
If the tucker is driven in too shallow, there is a risk that the fabric will break from the tucker.
Front and back of the Seat are loosely secured to the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) When pasting the "Beauty" sponge, it should be pasted along the "Seat sponge" without wrinkles to make it beautiful.

The deciding factor in the purchase
The only Seat fabric that was safe for normal use was sold only by iNet.
We were not able to confirm that the products were made by KawasakiOEM, so we did not consider them in this case.
[How is it used?
Basically, it's Main for city driving. I can't even use SEROW, so it was too Hurdle for me to play in the mountains with a 2CycleEngine equipped car.
【Included Parts:presence or absence】.
Seat CoverQuantity:1pc. with Instruction Manual and Vinyl for waterproof.:Set
Tandem belt is not included, so those who need it must purchase it separately or reuse the OEMBelt.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
Seat fabric to fasten to Seat Base seat. Tucker. and short-legged core.
It may not be necessary for those who apply Vinyl underneath, but for those who apply directly to Sponge without Vinyl, it is better to prepare SiliconCoking agent to be applied to the reverse side seam of the Seat fabric.
Opinions and requests to Manufacturer.
Although it may not be a problem for popular cars, it is a product that older cars and minors cannot do without, so we hope you will continue to sell Lineup for a long time.

I used it on Cushion for a chair.
This is the third time I have used this Seat sponge.
At first I used it to improve the OEMSeat of the Initial Model Grom, which was a pain in the buttocks.
Reference https://imp.webike.net/diary/205834/
The second one. Torture Seat" The Seat of KLX125 (Initial Model) was used to convert the Seat to a wider Seat. It took a lot of time and effort, but the result was satisfactory.
This is https://imp.webike.net/diary/205834/I showed how to do it in
The third time I used it to improve Cushion for chairs.
The Cushion for home use has a very soft and thin Sponge, so it quickly becomes floppy.
Therefore, we decided to substitute the Sponge with this product, which is a urethane product for motorcycles.
First, take out the Sponge inside from the Cushion.
Shape the eyeNetSponge to that same shape.
Cutter knives are often used to cut urethane sponge, but it is always hang to use new ones. If the teeth become even slightly rounded, the sharpness will deteriorate.
This time I cut it with Large type scissors because it is thin.
Two sheets were not enough, so I also used leftover eyeNetSponge that I had saved.
Bond is used to attach eyeNetSponge.
When the shape is the same as the original Sponge, place it in Cover to complete the process.
Feeling of use
Hmm? Better, but still not good enough.
Songe lacks thickness.
A thickness of 2 cm does not seem to be sufficient to create a comfortable seat that wraps around the buttocks.
If the thickness is 4 cm, the seating comfort would be satisfactory.

Used in Seat reupholstering.
I used this product to reupholster the Seat on my BirdCity125.
It is Repeat because I had bought it before with the Seat reupholstering of 400 Naked motorcycle.
Unlike Vinyl, which is thin like a garbage bag or packaging that comes out when you peel off the OEMSeat, this one feels thicker and firmer.
I used a Garbage bag to replace the seat because I didn't have a suitable Vinyl, but I can expect more durability than that.
In the past, I was able to fit the front and back of Vinyl to the short side of the rectangle on Naked motorcycle, but on BirdCity, I put Vinyl diagonally because Seat is larger than Naked motorcycle.
Vinyl is sent in a folded state, but the crease does not affect the Seat surface even if it is used at an angle or stretched a little by pulling in the reupholstering process.
It is not that I reupholster Seat so often, but I want Webike to keep it in stock because it seems to take a few days to order it.

It could be a comfortable Seat, depending on how it's done
Grom's Seat is notorious for being hard and painful on the ass I'm also a fan of Other Brand ProductSeat, but the OEMSeat is a great choice I wondered if there was anything I could do about it
So, I challenged myself to change the Sponge on the part where the buttocks hit
I looked around the DIY store looking for a seat sponge, but I couldn't find anything Search "KIJIMA Ya "NTB The Seat sponge of NTB hit I was attracted to NTB from the aspect of thickness, but it is a little expensive So I decided to go with the decently priced EyeNet
First of all, peel off the skin of Seat of Grom Remove the thin vinyl in the middle of the gloom and remove it
Cut off the part where the buttocks of the seat hits the part of the eye NetSponge for length and thickness This work is the most difficult, it is better to pull the Cutline properly and cut carefully I used the Gold saw, but the Grom Seat is very wide and the work is very easy to cut There are many ways to cut the Seat sponge, and if you search on the net, you can find Hit I want you to find a way that works for you
After cutting, the Sponge is glued in Bond Then cut to the shape of OEM, but it is really difficult to cut the Sponge There are various ways to do this Some people even use grated gold I use Cutter Knife, which is soft Sponge, but Cutter's blade is very soft and easy to cut It's going to be ruined, so I need a few of them
If you finish it appropriately, the shape will still be there after the Seat cover is applied I'm going to finish this place patiently
Once the shape is ready, we put up the agricultural Multi first, replacing the OEM transparent Seat
Then, use the Tucker to re-stretch the OEMSeat cover back together and you're good to go
I skimped a bit on the molding, so it's a bit awkward looking, but it's a lot more comfortable Touring of over 100km is OK. 200km touring was also OK
I wish the product was a little thicker, I need something 3cm thick
The price is so low that you'll want to try it, but if you fail, you'll ruin your Seat, so be careful It is better to prepare for the
The quality of the finished product depends more on your skills than on the ingredients

A little slippery, but quite warm
usage conditions
It's six degrees outside
clothing
Ed Win, WildeFire a
Rough and Road, Titaniumium Thinsulate inner underwear
Switch-on to maximum pre-heatMODE temperature, then automatically switch to mid-mid temperature But in reality, it takes a little more time to warm up completely
After it warmed up, it was warm enough at low and low temperatures for the above use It became hot on the way, so I raised my butt and lowered the temperature
The power consumption was low at 0.5W, so I wasn't sure if it would be warm enough, but it's enough for my needs It would have been better to have a temperature setting further down on the Low Low temperature
I installed it on the DL1000 V-STROM650, but it's Full face with a thick winter jacket It's difficult to see the Switch directly while riding with the Helmet So you'll have to use no-look to control the Switch while riding, but you'll be able to do it by groping You can see where the Switch is located and the Button has a moderate clicking feeling, so you can operate it somehow You can do this However, you have to remember the current temperature setting because you can't see it (In my case, I only used Low Low temperature, so I went from Pre-HeatMODE to Mid-Medium, (It was only operated once to Low Low temperature afterwards.)
In order to install the DL1000 V-STROM650, you need to make sure that the length of the front side band is as long as possible Because the Surface Fastener that had been left over at home was insufficient, I extended it by connecting the Surface Fastener that had been left over at home If it wasn't, it couldn't be installed
They are using a non-slip Material, but there it is in the WildeFire a V-stop Seat is relatively flat, so I didn't mind that much, but the front I think a downhill Seat motorcycle would be unsettling (If it were leather pants, it would be less slippery.)
I'm expecting it to be less prone to breakage because of the use of Carbon Fibre as the heating element I'm a little worried about the disconnection of this one because it seems to put a load on Wiring from the body to Band It is
It's a shame that the Seat is a little wavy as shown in the picture, but it's satisfactory enough for my usage environment Product

It doesn't look different
I installed it on GSXS750 The Seat of this motorcycle is Small swing, but when you install it, it is Large Wiring is the tail lamp in the back and put Wiring in the Rear Fender and connect it to Seat I did I haven't run it yet, but it went from strong to medium after about 5 minutes as per the Instruction Manual If you put your hand on the Seat, you can feel the warmth of it It looks like a normal Seat cover or Gel Zab It will keep you warm this winter I would like to post my impressions next time I drive View detail
It is a prime of ancology.
It is a seat of a noiwatutan hit in a magazine sweepstakes. About 3 years I ran over 20,000 kilometers so Anko came up. Originally it was a lowdown sheet, so Anko was thin, I slid before braking, so I thought that it would raise anko to prevent it, I bought a thing with a thickness of 20 mm. I also thought about inserting Gerzab but I was attracted by the cheapness of I Net's sponge when thinking about when I failed because it is expensive. Tucker's blade used a 6 mm high blade. Anko filling was successful at first, but riding comfort was not so much, but if you apply the brake a little before you slide, it does not mean you will not hold it perfectly. Because the seat height rose, it was necessary to correct the position of the brake pedal. View detail
I am saved..
Where do you get tired when you go to Touring?
I think it depends on Position but in my case it was "Osiri".
Yes, it is past tense.
From the best to the worst in the improvement of Seat, I think that it is from the maximum amount to the minimum amount.
Personally, I think "COSPER = effect versus cost" is necessary.
When examining various things, we will send Seat from the simplified product to be mounted on Seat and process it ... There are also various countermeasures.
We can respond by inexpensive way that we can process even by ourselves.
It's already Seat more than 30 years ago, but it's not difficult at all.
The necessary tools are Tucker and Scissors.
Osiri does not hurt so I think it is effective.

Anko is thin but acceptable range
It was purchased because it was simply cheap.
I had anticipated with the image, but Anco is thin and it is not suitable for long distance.
I myself will not run so long so it's not a problem.
Accuracy is adequate tolerance. I can not go briskly but I was not troubled by the installation.
It may vary depending on lot, but synthetic leather is slightly thin and dry Vinyl
It seems that it seems like it will be torn in two or three years if it is parked in Blue sky.
In any case, because the durability of OEMLevel can not be expected, keep Bike Cover storage
I will recommend it..

I received this seat pretty fast, around a week. Very satisfied with delivery, boxed and packed nicely. The seat looks nice, the padding is not quite as good as OEM, but for the price it is well worth it. If you need a replacement seat for your Honda Heli
I received this seat pretty fast, around a week. Very satisfied with delivery, boxed and packed nicely. The seat looks nice, the padding is not quite as good as OEM, but for the price it is well worth it. If you need a replacement seat for your Honda Helix, you can't go wrong with this one. I am rebuilding a basket case and this fit the bill nicely. I have not installed the rear pad yet, it feels really thin, so I might just leave the original one on it. View detail
