Black will not fit without shaving due to the thickness of the surface treatment.
I cleaned up the cist Shaft with Paper but it was too tight to fit, so I had to rub the Bearing Inner Ring with Paperetc. a lot to get it in, although not enough to drop the Plating.
The reason may be the thickness of the plating, since I purchased it in black, but after inserting it into the Shift shaft, it turned smoothly, so it may be due to a slight thickening and deformation of the splined area near the shaft due to processing distortion.
The bearing was also reluctant to move, but after placing it in the shift shaft, it rotated smoothly, so I decided that the bearing would rarely rotate and assembled it as it was.
It would be nice if the price was a little lower.

Shaft length is too short and not mounted
It was to be installed on a GPZ900R A10 with GPZ1000RXEngine.
I found that ZrXetc. is an available car model, Could 1000cc's get me there?" I bought it with the assumption that it was a good idea.
When I removed the Sprocket cover, I found that it was impossible to install because of the short change shaft.
It is currently being kept on hand.
It was quite some time ago when the Engine was replaced, so it is unknown if the 1000RXEngine has a shorter Shaft.
In the past, maybe they changed to a shorter Shaft of 900.

For Smooth Shift
Since the mileage of the shift shaft had exceeded 30,000 km, it had been wobbling back and forth about 1mm, and I was concerned about it. After installation, as expected, the wobble was gone and the shift feel was slightly improved.
Incidentally, the bolt at the bottom cannot be inserted into the engine without removing the two engine mounting bolts and jacking up the engine, but the head of the bolt was only interfering with the frame rib by a few millimeters. In my case, I used Grinder and File to cut the Rib by about 1mm so that the Bolt could fit in.

Smooth Shift change
We installed it on a GPZ900R. However, in the case of 900R, since the shaft is to be replaced, the removal of oil, coolant drain, water pump, etc. is also required. I have a little problem with my left leg, but I feel that I can shift smoothly. I am very thankful for this kind of parts because Ninja is almost 40 years old. View detail

I feel secure.
I installed it for peace of mind since the Shaft of the Shift is longer for Rear Sets. I think the feel of operation has improved a little, but nothing negative. I would be happy if the price is a little lower. View detail
It's a personal Recommendation!
When installed, the OEM Sprocket cover is relatively easy to install, except for the machining required for the You can install or install
The effect is that the fee-ringing in Shift operation will change dramatically
In addition, it is also possible to prevent oil leaks around Shift at the same time, so it is possible to use the NINJA-type engine is Recommendation

Right now I have it extended by 14mm, but I think I'll adjust it along with the suspension as I ride it. I bought it because I needed it, but since it's rather unique, the price isn't the lowest.
The item itself is high quality, and very sturdy.
