The CUB has a long change rod, and we were concerned about damage to the oil seal caused by the change.
An 8mm box is sufficient for the work, but a Universal joint might be useful since the footpeg gets in the way. I forced myself to turn it with Extension.
I also put some grease on it to prevent some of the wear.

I had installed the same kind of product with bearing on my wife's MONKEY125 and the effect was so large that I installed it on my JA45CROSS CUB this time. Unfortunately, the same manufacturer did not sell the product for CUB, and I had to look for it from other manufacturers. They are all overpriced! I was angry. I searched high and low, and found a product that doesn't have Bearing in it, but is reasonably priced! LOL, Posh is the best! First of all, we need to remove the footpeg assy when installing on JA45CROSS CUB. Next, mark the existing position of the pedal before removing the Change Pedal. Grease up the area where the ROD will pass through before installing the pedal with the supplied bolt. Torque should be 10Nm. Do not over-tighten! After that, the parts are put back together as they were. The CUB was not very rigid in terms of shift feeling after the test run, but by installing these parts, the distortion and deflection of the shaft will be reduced and it will be changed to a crisp fee ring. The bearing is a consumable part, so if it gets worn out and rattles, you just need to replace it with a new one.

I'm not sure if it's because I've changed to a toe shift change pedal, but sometimes it's hard to get in when shifting (especially 3→4th gear SHIFT UP and 4→3→2→1 Downshift). Put this one on. "Snap" I feel like I'm going in with a lot of improvement.
Installation is not so difficult because Center Stand can be done standing up though it is necessary to remove footpeg and to remove Pedal in CROSS CUBJA45. The instruction manual is attached, too. It is recommended to wipe the change rod clean before installation, and put grease on the shaft (the part where the hole of support hits).
Cospa is a similar product from another company (Bolt 3 stopper + Seal is also attached, so I wonder if Bearing is included? I decided to use this one, which has a simple structure, because it is more than three times as expensive. There is a different color (Black) at the same price. I chose Silver because it is not visible.

I was dissatisfied with the feeling when I SHIFT UP, so I installed this product which I was interested in.
Maybe it was a placebo, but I somehow felt like I had more moderation when I did the GEAR operation.
I don't know if it's an immediately noticeable Snap, but it's gone from being squishy to the same texture every time.
In CRF110, it is said that it is installed to prevent the change rod from bending when the undercarriage is hit.

I bought it to match the distance with the NS-1 Step up instrument.
OEM Shift lever was far, but improved by adding this Lever.
