Used for Exhaust System production
Used to make an exhaust system for a YamahaXV750E.
I used to use the ones NeoFACTORY handles, but when I bought the CFPosh ones to try out, I felt the quality of the bending process was better, so I decided to use CFPosh ones again this time.
As the description says, this Pipe has a high roundness rate regardless of the angle.
The Pipe itself is just a steel pipe, but the quality was good.
Also, although it was a cheap semi-automatic welder, it was able to weld without any problems.
I would like to have the opportunity to create another one next time and to purchase a Bend pipe with the Pipe diameter & bend angle I want.

For Exhaust System production!
It was used for the production of the original Exhaust System.
It is a 750cc 2-cylinder, but it is not such a sporty Engine, so we decided to make it with 38mm just below the Flange.
In the case of VTWINEngine like I am doing, I could easily make a front bank by buying a Pipe with a 180 degree bend and a 60 degree bend, and cutting and stretching it well.
The one I purchased this time is for Rear bank.
Rear banks have to be twisted into tight spaces, so they end up having to be chopped up.
The Pipe itself is frankly just a 1.6mm-thick steel pipe, but it is bent almost as a new circle.
Last time I bought BentPipe, which is handled by NeoFACTORY, I felt that CFPosh was better in terms of new circularity at the beginning of bending.
By the way, the product image looks about 100 degrees, but please be assured that what you will receive is a proper 90-degrees bend.
