For FRP Tank production.
I bought this for my One-off FRP Tank creation.
It is a domestic (Honda) standard and is the same as the old SUPER CUB, CD50/90 and XL250 series.
So it is compatible with Cap.
Until 20 years ago, there was only weld mouth Gold for HARLEY, but now there is such a mouth Gold for Japan car standard
It was a good time (I didn't have the mouth Gold I wanted back then, so I made my own with Cut-out).
For Welding's mouth gold, there is no gluing allowance when attaching it to the FRP tank, so a strip is cut out from a thin steel plate.
I annealed it, bent it around to make a Doughnut shape, and attached it to the mouth gold with Silver Low to make a flange that can be used as glue.
VinylEster resin is mixed with Fiber and Barrelk to make a glue and fixed, and finally reinforced with Glass mat.
If you use VinylEster resin, it won't leak no matter how many years you use it, but don't use Polyester resin.
The product itself is well made, but it is not as good as it is supposed to be. "When welding to iron tank has no ears.
It's tough unless you're TIG welding, and if you're using non-gas semi-automatic you have to do it from the back. Har of rubbing together.
The dollar is going up, but I'm not sure if I should stick with Silver low.
Cap also works normally. However, the air vent is poor, so it may leak when you put it in a full Tan.
If you want to make your own tank with FRP or thin aluminum, you can either buy a cap of the type to attach the tube, or you can use a cap of the type to attach the tube.
It is advisable to provide a separate air vent at the time of construction.
And it's a large thing, but the finish of the part where the packing of the mouth Gold and Cap hits is messy.
There is a Case which leaks slowly. This is a case that is leaked slowly with Paper No.1000→2000 after Tank is completed.
If you sharpen it and polish it a little, it will fit.

It's perfect for Refresh.
I bought this as a Refresh because the Bolt on my Switch box was rusty and not looking good.
OEMBolt is very expensive, but this one is cheap and can be used for OEM same etc.
It's good because if it gets rusty, you can easily replace it.

I bought this as a Refresh for my Harley XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200 as the Bolt on the Switch box was rusty and not looking good.
The OEM Bolt is incredibly expensive, but this one is far less expensive.
I can use it normally without any problem, so if you are going to buy it, I would definitely recommend this one.

It's thicker than I thought
I bought it to prevent the Number from cracking due to vibration on a single cylinder. It is thicker than I thought, so I installed it on the back of the License Plate Bracket, and if there is space, I think it would be the strongest if I put it between the Bracket and the Number. View detail

Firm and tightly adhered
It's more solid than some of the cheaper ones that cost about $200, and it adheres well, so the Carburetor doesn't fall off while working.
The cheaper ones don't stick as well and the carburetor often came off while working. In addition to that, they were weak against heat and cracked after 6 months of use.

Used in servicing Dyna coil
I bought this because the length of the high-tension cord became insufficient due to the layout change of IGCoil.
It's about 60cm long, so it's probably compatible with most Motorcycles, and will accommodate those who don't want to place the IGCoil near the Engine, and want to place it behind the carburetor.
High-Tension Cord (Plug Cord) If you are not familiar with maintenance, you may want to cut your bike to your desired length, then take it to a motorcycle shop and pay for the work to be done.
If you hit the IGCoil with a hammer, the coil will break in half and become useless.
Then it's better to pay a little Gold and get a reliable press-in.
If you forget to incorporate the Dust Boots before press fitting, you will have to start over (and the Crimp may not be reusable).
If you apply the wrong amount of pressure when fitting the Dust Boots, the Crimp may fall out (if it is pushed in properly, it will not come out).
IGCoil must be fixed in a vise or a jig to tap, otherwise it will be gapped.
When the work is finished, measure the resistance value to confirm that the value is as per the service manual.
If this value is not correct, it is assumed that there is a problem or inadequacy in the core wire processing or Crimp processing.
So, it is essential to measure the resistance before press-fitting and with no code.

Bought because of Brake switch failure
This product is different from the description.
In fact, Washer is not included.
The end of the cord is clamped to the terminal.

You can Refresh Bolt!
I had a Timing to disassemble the Switch housing on my XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200, so I bought a Bolt to Refresh it.
The OEMBolt is older, so it had some White dulling and a little Rust.
I was able to Refresh by replacing it with this one.
It was good, especially since it was so visible.
Also, the Bolt will be changed from Torque to Hex, so it will be easier to do the next maintenance.

Cheap and easy to use
It is a product that can protect Custom and Wiring easily just by cutting and covering.

I bought it to make a Handlebar Switch, but I can cut it with normal Scissors and it is easy to process.

I like the handle

It's not accurate.
I tried to replace the Iron Spoke because it was rusty, but the angle of the Spoke was slightly different and the umbrella part was not enough meat.

Austere looking.

It's easy to exchange.
Rubber blinker lenses aren't very durable and they can fog up in a relatively short period of time. They look shabby and polishing them won't fundamentally clean them up, so replacement is preferable. Guts Chrome's Lens is inexpensive and can be easily replaced. View detail
