Clutch operation is easy!
My Left hand, which was always bad on the way home from touring, does not hurt at all!
The grip was a little jerky with the OEM, but after changing it, the grip felt nur-nur.
Recommendation:Silicon grease and OEM Boots should be purchased separately when installing.
MASTER Boots are likely to be shredded unless they are O/H, so …. (Mine was shredded…) 。
If you are wondering about brembo's MASTER, I think one way is to try this first and see how it goes.

Parts that are worth replacing even in NORMAL.
The handling felt heavy and a bit unmanageable, so I took it to a Motorcycle shop for a checkup.
→Steering's diagnosis was that the Ball in the Bearing was crushed. 。
It is a weak point for the SR400's OEMBearing 。
[Type of SR400OEMSteeringBearing.
...depending on the year Ball type When Angular Type." but both have low resistance but poor rigidity due to point contact.
The angularity used in older models is somewhat better than the normal Ball, but I am still concerned about rigidity.
TaperBearing was then recommended to us.
TaperBearing.
Tapered roller bearings are bearings with a structure that can receive loads generated by rotation (struss load) and axial loads (radial load). 。 The rigidity is increased to accommodate each load.
examples showing the use (of a word) : Tapered Roller Bearings are used for axles, Engine, etc. →Seems to be rigid.
TaperBearing or ball bearing?
Ball bearing→* that which the rolling element is a ball. Ball bearing (Ball bearings)
Roller bearing. (Roller bearings)
Rolling elements are balls or rollers that are incorporated inside the bearing.
[Merit of TaperBearing
◎Handling is prone to rattling under severe use at high speeds, such as on highways and circuits.
Ball bearing→ ball-shaped, so it is weak under load and crushed.
TaperBearing→ Loads are taken up by the "wire" of the Needle, resulting in a larger bearing area, improved durability, and smoother handling. 。
In other words, the load is received in a line→ The load flows as it is because the load direction is a single line.
Effect after replacement
◎I could feel less shaking of the handlebar at high speeds, and could sense that stability had improved.
◎SelfStir can be easily taken out. as Image, put the one in the direction you want to turn lightly, and Image turns smoothly.
◎Push walking became somewhat easier.
By changing to this, we were able to experience an increase in rigidity.
The difference is especially noticeable at high speeds and in situations where the front load increases, such as when driving at high speeds and in situations where the front load increases due to winding.
TaperBearing is a good thing, but it also has its weak points.
[Weaknesses
Due to the increased resistance caused by the surface contact, it is not good in the speed range from very low speeds to street level speeds.
The lightness of the OEM is slightly outweighed by the lightness of the OEM.
Considering MaintenanceCycle and Cost performance, if you judge overall, I think OEM Angular is a good choice for those who ride Main in the city. For those who want to enjoy touring and winding with high speed driving in mind, we definitely recommend the Taper.
*It is better to have the replacement done at a Motorcycle shop if at all possible.

Satisfied
Used for YamahaRZ250R I had a rattle in my handlebar that could not be fixed by adjustment, so I decided to go with TaperBearing because OEM is ball bearing and it is more expensive. ??They are the best. ??Most old cars have ball bearings, so it is worth it to switch to Taper. It can be used on many different types of cars. If you feel something is wrong with your handling, you should change to Taper. ?? View detail

? I can't feel the effect, but I'm satisfied?
It is the part which pushes Master Cylinder of Clutch. if you want to reduce the friction of Clutch lever, it may be effective if there is a similar mechanism at Lever fulcrum. Because this product is a part that moves only a slight angle, it seems that it is not enough to be able to experience. However, I am satisfied because the price is cheap and the charm as a precision part is high. View detail

Used by MAJESTY125
A lot of Yamaha bikes are ball type, which is fine from a handling point of view, but the MAJESTY125 has a lot of Stem gurgling problems!
So, I replaced it with this product of high durability.
Of course, the new one works great and is now normal from the dizzy Handling that seemed to mock up.
However, the replacement work is very Large strange, Top level so far (Large strange in a sense than full Overhaul by taking down the Engine)
It's not the kind of difficulty that can be managed with tools, and beating the Race is a feat of strength.
Of course, after all the rods around the front, we had to fight with the bearings for a few hours, and the race press fitment was also very careful.
If you don't know what you're doing, it's best to take it to a shop, because you won't be able to return it to its original state and take it to a motorcycle shop.

Replacement Recommendation if it has more than 30,000 miles on it
I felt a sense of discomfort in the operation of the Clutch lever and when I checked it, it was in a very worn condition and was replaced. I inserted the L-shaped part into the Boots first with the Hexagonal Wrench and then the ROD, and then I pulled up the L-shaped part to the Boots and managed to fit it into the groove, but it was impossible to do it in one shot. It feels good. I feel that the difference between the parts which are different from the flawed parts is Large. View detail

Cosmetically good as PetitCustom!
Compared with OEMBearing, the dimensions of the boots are a little different, so it is necessary to remove the boots by hand and attach them as one piece. After the installation, the Clutch is now lighter and there is more room in the half clutch range.
However, the OEM BrassBearing has some wear points in the distance, and I haven't done a ride comparison with the OEM new one, so I can't make a general comparison, but if you think of the PetitCustom, I think the cosmetic is high in balance with the price.

The Lever feels lighter and smoother than it is.
The Clutch lever is the same type as the NORMAL. The Clutch is heavy for this model.
As for installation, dimensions from the OEM Product the Large size or beating with the back of Penetrating Driver, inserting Bearing.
When you grip it, there's no friction noise that bothered me before I installed it!
Since we are not changing the Clutch Spring, the weight of the grip itself does not become lighter, but I found that Friction was reduced and the operation became Smooth.
I think this Type Lever has two pivots to support the Lever movement, but I thought that one of the movements is lighter with the Bearing and that may be the cause of the overall Smoothness.
Delicate motions at the beginning of the grip are now easier to understand thanks to the reduced Friction.
However, it is assumed to be well greased up, so don't forget to lubricate not only this part but also Lever's Pivot when you replace it.
The part I'm curious about is whether or not it can be removed and reused in the same way when it's time to replace the Lever since it was lightly tapped and inserted when it was installed.
However, if you're a stickler for operability, I don't think it's an expensive investment to replace it at the same time as Lever.

I'll believe in "Made in Japan quality"!
Frame headPipe Outer for under bracket bearing on the underside The process of typing lace was a battle with anxiety … Han Merlingu typing in is noisy (Neighborhood nuisance.) I was so scared because the position where the outer lace stops is so far back Is there any mistake in the parts? Is it possible that the handlebar is not turned off due to contact with the pipe?
The inner diameter of the outer lace is thinner than the diameter of the inner wall of the head pipe, so remove it again There are no dents in the bearing Also, when the bearing is worn out, the bearing's wall thickness is not in contact with the bearing's thickness, making it inoperable hellip; I was so worried
On the way, I tried to apply the Under bracket; Because it was not possible to turn back, I continued typing as it was
…As a result, the installation is complete I did We'll run for a while and see what happens It was a windy day, but the neck root (Stem) The feeling of rigidity transmitted from the car is increased and the car becomes stable and fun to drive
I think you should ask Shop to do the work for you
