No more carrying Tubes.
MOTARDWheel was able to get a used one.
Tire was also no good, and Puncture and Tube were also no good, so we installed the Tube Eliminate Kit while we were at it.
Spoke nipple was also dirty with rust, and the welds on the rim had been roughed up with a grinder, so it took a long time to prep the surface.
Rim with Stages (about 5 cm long) I roughed it up with Leutor to eliminate the (about 10 cm) Next, the Grinder was further sanded with a Wire cup brush. Next, I used a Wire cup brush on the Grinder to make it shallower. (about 12 cm) The rest was smoothed by tracing the wire cup brush area with a BrassCup brush.
The nipple is also brushed all around with a wire cup brush, then brushed with a Brass Cup brush to remove scratches. Finally, degrease the nipple with a cleaning thinner and remove iron dust with an air gun. In addition, the Instruction Manual says to wash with Alkali detergent and dry. However, I didn't like rust, so I wiped it with Brakes cleaner.
The rest of the work was done as per the Instruction Manual.
Assembling the Tire was easy with no Tube.
After 3 days of air injection at 3 kg/cm, we assembled the large sturdy unit into the vehicle and completed the assembly.

Perseverance is a must.
It was quite a large job, starting with the preparation of the wheel (the work content changed depending on the wheel's condition), double-sided taping, and protective taping.
(Some of the Wheel was in bad shape.)
Double-sided tape pasting is very difficult.
(I wanted to put it on Beauty but couldn't. If I could have stuck it there, it would have been Large sturdy. (I wanted to stick it to Beauty but I couldn't, but Large was tough enough to stick it there.)
Protective Tape could be applied to Beauty if applied calmly.
It took a lot of patience, but I am happy that I was able to make it Tubeless and wear Radial.

Tubeless is the best?
Tubeless was installed along with the 17in. Wide Rim of SR. Because the Instruction Manual with clear pictures is attached, the work was done smoothly...
I had to remove and install the tire 3 times before and after due to installation error.
It's been 3 days since installation and the air pressure hasn't decreased, so I think it's Large strong.
I will comment again after the installation on the vehicle.

Tubeless
Although it cannot be said with a loud voice, because this transparent Double-sided Tape was used at work, it thought that it would do it by itself at first. However, when I checked out the wide one at a certain famous store, I found that it was very expensive. If the protective tape, Valve for Tubeless, and the procedure manual are attached, this price is also unavoidable. After obtaining, when Wheel is opened, the mark which shaved the mountain of welding is too much shaved. If I make the shaving mark completely beautiful, it becomes flat only there and it doesn't become a circumference no matter how I think. The procedure has no material to judge how far it should be driven in such a case. It would have been nice if there was a photo printed in Large format, like "Large is strong enough for this degree from construction results. The range of Tire selection spread
Regarding installation, we carefully read the Instruction Manual, and after Image Training by watching YouTube's enforcement video several times. In the operation work, I thoroughly cleaned the BALI and degreasing of the welding part of Rim.
Because it was work in the room in the midwinter, we took advantage of kerosene Stove and Dryer to improve the adhesion of Tape. Preparation is important.
Once you have done so far, you just paste the tape straight. Even if a little air bubbles entered the air did not leak.
At first it is recommended to stick from Rear, because Rim width is overwhelmingly easier to paste, so it will be practice.
All we have to do is quickly install the Tire and fill the Air pressure higher.
I used imprints, but honestly I did not feel the weight under spring weight.
I think that spreading the range of Tire by putting Tubeless tire is Merit of the largest Large.
