Excellent Exhaust System without strength

Normal center stand can be used.
Depending on the setting, you can feel the power up at high rpm from the middle of the range.

A bad point
The welds on the brackets and silencer are clean, but the bead on the exhaust pipe flange is a little dirty and raised, which is bothersome.

○ I was concerned about the chatter sound that the board seemed to make and observed each part, and found that the Front Mounting Bracket had cracks! 。 The welds are beautiful, but apparently the Bead is too thin.
The crack was at the fastening point with the OEMBracket, where residual stress was applied and where stress is easily concentrated.
○Torque:The less the drop is, the less the high-rpm extension is.
Setting changes include lowering the Needle clip by one step, increasing the MJ1 rank, and changing the ignition timing accordingly.
There are some bad points, but I think I can see why many of the vehicles participating in Meetings and other events are installed.
CUBOEM's Exhaust System is more than twice as heavy as an external Exhaust System.
This difference in weight affects driving.
Since the exhaust system of the CUB is always attached under the right side during driving, the handlebar is always operated unconsciously in the case of this CUB, taking the weight of the exhaust system into consideration. If the weight of the Exhaust System is lightened, the weight of the body itself will also be lightened, and this will affect the ease of driving.
However, in terms of strength for year-round use, the OEMs have the edge.

I changed from a T Company N20 that had run a little over 2000km at once. I ran it for about 100km, but I think this one is easier for RonTwo without a sub computer. The well-known "whirring sound" is heard with or without Decompression, and even without Decompression, the Cell Motor doesn't seem to be turning heavily. I think you don't need Decompression. The mid to high RPM range has been lightened.
I was looking for a Cam with Decompression and the price was reasonable, so I installed it.
I feel that the difficulty level itself is high there, since tools are required to a certain extent and Tappet adjustment is necessary.
(Considering all the tools, it may not be much different from having it done at a store...)
Better extension above 5000 rpm! But when I compare (on the video), the acceleration itself seems to be the same as OEM.
Nevertheless, it is better than the OEMCam for mid to high RPM extension and less vibration, so it is good for those who run on a turn-by-turn basis.
We have also changed the Exhaust System, but in the summer, the FI fuel thinning DTC started to appear.
If the exhaust system is used in NORMAL, or if it is combined with the exhaust system replacement, it is necessary to take measures such as fuel adjustment or increasing the injector volume. (To the swamp...)

What made you decide to buy?
I wanted to keep the intake noise quiet, so I could use the NORMAL air cleaner and I like the fact that the NORMAL Choke Lever can be used as is
The price is also a decisive factor in comparison to the SP Mukawa PB16, which is about 60% less expensive
How was your experience with it?
The synergy of Bore up and other factors has clearly increased the horsepower
But maybe it's just a characteristic of this Carburetor, or maybe it's just that the Engine can't restart after it's fully warmed up The Engine won't start unless you adjust the Timing and open the Throttle a bit, which is a habit Impression (It didn't take nearly as long for a single KICK to take place.)
