Fits: HONDA Monkey 125
Idol adjustment position is hopeless while almost pontooning.
Purchased because it is compatible with Normal air cleaner box
I had a bad feeling because the IdolAir Screw was offset 90 degrees from the OEM position, but I didn't think it was a main frame interference zone.
In the OEM position, the Idling adjustment can be worked with a longer Driver, but this one doesn't even have a Driver, let alone a hand.
If I remove the air cleaner box, I can pick it up, but I'm not sure if it's worth removing the air cleaner box and adjusting the idol.
The factory setting seemed to be 2 turns back, and if I believed it correctly, it was at about 2000 rpm, so I tightened it 1/3 from there and settled at 1480 rpm +-50 at the 1 and 2/3 turn back position.
MONKEY125 does not have a tachometer, so it needs to be read by a clip type tachometer, sub computer, or external meter.
It's more about where Screw is.
Aluminum back plate and gasket are included, but if not used, the rubber gasket will protrude.
Intake air volume is increased by about 10% by calculation, so fuel adjustment is required.

To prevent heat leaks.
At first, I thought that a bore up to about 88 would not need an air conditioner, but I was worried about it in the summer because I ride the car with it cranked up quite a bit.

The heat of the Engine is reduced a little.
Oil stains are also a little better.

Installation is quite troublesome.
It is expensive and troublesome, but once installed, it is as effective as the installation itself.
To begin with, since the engine designed for 50cc is forced to be bored up, the heat value is beyond the range, and if the budget allows, it is better to put it on.

It took a while, but I had fun while doing it.
Installed on SUPER CUB 50FI AA01-175****.
It was my first time to work on a Bore up engineCustom, and I had a lot of trouble reassembling and rooting, but I finally finished it.
I gave it 3 stars because I'm going to break it in and I don't know how durable it is yet.
It was a large and strange task for an amateur, but I enjoyed it.
At the same time, we replaced the Takegawa Reinforced Clutch and Oil pump, and installed the FI Controller and Oil cooler.
I'm also planning to replace the Air Filter, BigThrottle and Injector.

I decided to Bore up on the SUPER CUB 90 to make it a little easier for me to go camping with it!
I bought it because with Bore up, the NORMAL carburetor could no longer support the setting.
The air cleaner side can be installed in a NORMAL state, but as it is, there is not much air to breathe.
I also changed the Filter and adjusted the Big Cab because I couldn't make the most of it.
