Effective for suspension improvementLarge
Installed on a 2019 XSR700.
The XSR700 is my very favorite motorcycle.
The front fork, however, had a feeling of a messy feel, which could be said to be the fate of production vehicles, and the feeling of a slight road surface gap being picked up and transmitted to the handlebar without any leakage, and a thumping feeling when the vehicle is fully extended after overcoming the gap, was unpleasant.
I thought I would do ForkOH first since it was a used car, but it didn't make much difference….
I thought that changing the oil viscosity and spring rate alone would not help, and considered changing to a Cartridge type, but the cost was too high for me to consider.
In the midst of all this, I happened to discover this product.
The fact that the installation can be done with only a few kills and that it is cost-effective, as well as the environment in which the fork oil can be changed, encouraged me to buy it right away.
The work itself is basically BURRITO under Fork Spring (Valve) The oil level must be reduced to compensate for the addition of the BURRITO. It is a little bit time-consuming to figure out the oil level, but it is not a problem since a detailed instruction manual is included.
You can Memo the oil surfaces you have examined.
Fork oil number is standard G10 (33.2mm2/s) empty (e.g. intermodal containers in the transport industry) (15.6mm2/s) The Yamaha product was chosen for the following reasons. There are various manufacturers of equivalent products, and although we had no particular preference, we chose Yamaha because of its availability and price.
This is a running review, but you can feel the effect right after you start driving.
I no longer feel the hanghang from the road surface and the shock when fully extended, which I used to feel. When I first started riding, I felt that the damping on the extension side was a little weak and the front load was reduced, but I got used to it.
I think it will be a good fit for Users who want to improve the texture of the suspension, especially the Front rather than the Rear.
If you can afford it, it would be better to replace the entire fork, but if you want to get the maximum effect at the lowest cost, this is a good choice.

Used for XSR700'22
[How is it used?
Touring only, not Circuit or running Rider.
Standard springSpec. (I don't know the spring rate of the '22 but I didn't have any problem) and own equipment weight is about 58kg, Rider weight around 50kg. You can adjust it even if you are fat.
After assembly, the various settings are still in use as received without sagging, etc.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I bought the MT-07 and XSR700 from ManufacturerSite because they had the same model number.
The top cap, collar, and valve each arrive individually packaged and assembled. Setting status was pasted on each bag, which was easy to understand. The special Initial Adjuster was included in a separate bag.
It comes with NAG and Ne Coreshi's Sticker.
Was the installation difficult?
I floated the body with the front stand and installed it as shown in the SRX example in the product image. I spent about 2 hours on the way to the shop to refill water and to buy 27mm deep sockets. If you are a handy person, you can do it in 10 to 20 minutes.
? I removed the rubber cap from the bottom bridge hole and the bracket on the underside of the headlight in order to install the front stand.
? Top bridge loosened and top cap removed, O-ring reused since there is no abnormality.
Because the ?fork was not rose, the spring was sunk deep into the inner tube and was pulled out by hooking with a hard needle gold.
?Since it is a complete kit, it was very easy to just replace the colors without processing, etc.
? I think it may be an individual difference, but the BURRITO did not fit into the lower side of the Spring, and the BURRITO was damaged a little. In that case, I turned the outer edge of BURRITO, but it does not affect the setting. (I think) I confirmed that there was no BALI standing and reversed the Spring upside down and it hooked up perfectly.
? Injector & Tube, Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Remove 20 ml of Fork oil from each.
Before inserting?Spring&BURRITO, make sure that the Exclusive Collar is tightly fitted to Spring and then insert it into the Inner Tube.
I forgot to bleed the air from the air valve, but I went for a test drive.
How was your experience with it?
I drove about 50km on an open national road while checking the condition of the car. The ride quality is much better than that of the Normal, not to say that the Normal was bad, but the return of the spring sometimes made the car feel stiff, and when the speed increased, the car felt fluffy. The top cap also looks good.
If you want more fine-tuning, Cartridge Type is probably the way to go.
I am satisfied with the settings as they are at the time of shipment, but I intend to do the proper sagging, etc. in the future.
Rear suspension is equipped with NITRON R1, and since the thrust symptom appeared, we are planning to adjust this as well.

I have not been disappointed since I purchased the product after researching the product characteristics and Spec.

I could not get used to the NORMAL front fork, which has no damping, so I tried other manufacturers' products, but finally ended up with this product. Other companies' products are universal products, but this one is an exclusive design, while their products are made to match the color or shared with other models.
I actually had a small problem with the contents, but with one phone call they were able to fix it immediately, which is very nice since I have limited time to run my Motorcycle.
I agree with the idea of using Spring without overthrowing it.
The crucial damping is now working well and we can prepare for Corner with peace of mind.

For use with NAG Internal Pressure Control Valve. Can be installed on GSX-S1000.
We have been using NAG's Internal Pressure Control Valve and have found it to be very effective.
This time, I installed their Blowoff Valve for Street.
The product is very light weight with Aluminum Body.
NAG seems to recommend that Internal Pressure Control Valve and Blow Off should be used together for RAM air cars.
The vehicle installed is a semiRAM air? It was installed on a naturally aspirated GSX-S1000. It is installed in GSX-S1000.
The construction of the S1000 Air Cleaner Box is the same as that of the GSX-R1000, but
As for S1000, Air Scoop became inside Cowl, and although the effect might be thin, it installed it by the interest.
In the first place, I did not know whether it was possible to install it because it was explained that it was only for R1000, but the result was OK.
Remove the Air Cleaner Box's Air Release Cap, screw it in with the Box wrench, and you're done.
The Blow-off Valve is installed with the Dice, so after threading, remove it again to remove the shavings.
By the way, installation was possible only by raising Tank, even if Air Cleaner Box was not removed.
It takes less than 3 minutes to install as you simply lift the Tank.
The Cap for the drainage is removed, and it is Screw cut in the part made of the plastic, but it is possible to install it quite firmly so that there is no worry of the fall.
Now, how does it work? A test run.
Street Rider
The Axel blew better and the engine response was better.
I could tell the difference when I agitated the Axel.
Engine response to Axel is good, but not jerky.
★Winding ★
Engine braking is loosened, and the jerkiness of the vehicle is drastically reduced.
Axel partial - Corner is easy without donning even when Axel is ON [Color] You can Clear.
The expression is a little bad, but it is possible to agitate Axel even in Corner.

It's a good price, but I think it's a good Parts.
I was able to feel it enough with naturally aspirated semiRAM air? I was able to feel it enough with S1000 of semiRAM air, but it might be more effective with R1000 of proper RAM air.
I think this Parts will be appreciated by those who want to enjoy Winding and Circuit.
It is not a consumable Parts, so I recommend it.

I always buy one made by NAG in honor of the hermit.

Although Teramoto Motors may be better at business, I will always buy NAG products out of respect for NAG, which made a multi-large effort to make Crankcase decompression known at first.
KTM OEM diversions allow you to build your own at a very low cost! What a lot of talk on the Net, but that's not what I'm talking about.
You have to reward people for their hard work.
This is why I bought this product, the Mushroom type resin inside moves according to the pressure change inside the Crankcase, and it works like a one-way valve or check valve. (Collectively called PCV)
The effect is immensely large.
It's such a simple device, but it's great that you can decompress so well that you can feel the effect.
It is difficult to feel the effect of the general parallel four-cylinder because the pressure fluctuation in the case due to the up and down movement of the Piston is small, but it should be easy to feel the effect of the single-cylinder, VTWIN, V4 and CROSSPlain four-cylinder.
I haven't tried it, but probably the one that works best is BMW's BoxerTWIN.
What everyone is likely to experience is a weakening of the emblems.
this "For Race" Because it's a type that decompresses as hard as it can, the 90-degrees VTWIN is supposed to produce strong embarrassment, but it won't embarrass to the level of a 2-stoke 250cc.

Because the reputation was good
I bought it to eliminate the weight of SRX Clutch.
I think that the weight of SRX's Clutch has the following three causes.
1 : Wire's Access to Clutch release forced to bypass with Type 4 retrofitted Engine Starter Motor.
2 : Small Small Front Slightly hard fitting around the circumference of Wire.
3 : Clutch lever & Holder crooked in the middle of design priority and straight without going into force on Holder.
In response to the above problems, this product solves the first problem.
As a structure, use this principle (Extension of Wire holder of Clutch release side) It will surely be lighter.
However, due to its structure, there seems to be a problem that Clutch's meeting position changes on the Clutch lever side, or the depth of the semi-Clutch changes, but I am a Pro taper made Clutch holder & Lever (PROFILE Clutch Perch) To make it possible to operate without any inferiority to OEM.
As for assembly, I was able to assemble using several kinds of Hex without removing Engine Starter Motor.
How many minutes it was difficult to install the Engine Starter Motor as it was installed in the way. I think that it can be mounted very easily once the Engine Starter Motor is removed.

If you remove the CellMotor it will be easier to install. Engine Starter Motor can be removed without removing carburetor.
Remove Screw, hit it from the other side, turn it to Left and remove it.
There seems to be individual differences depending on the body, so it may be necessary to adjust.
I was not that much, but it seems that Cover and Limit of Air cleaner box will interfere - - - But it is about OK..
Clutch will certainly be lighter, but the necessary Stroke will increase. As moving parts also increases, I feel like reducing the feeling of rigidity?.
