Fit feel on par with OEMs
Thank you very much for the Chain tensioner. The installation is completed by Bolt On, but I adjusted the tensioner by overlapping the attached washers so that the chain would be more centered on the roller. In my case, I used all the washers to get the quantity:I was able to set it. I could not feel the running performance, but I think it is useful to reduce the flapping of the Chain. However, since the tension is not always applied by Spring, it is necessary to adjust the tension of the chain. Just a little... View detail
OilRoute partially changed Custom
We have installed Cam Screw together with Camshaft ChainBypassKit at the same time, and by changing a part of OilRoute, we have been able to increase Torque at low to mid speed range as well as improve Throttle I feel that the throttle response has improved as well as the Torque up at low to mid speeds. The hose length can be adjusted to your preference, I used it as it is and added a Colgate Tube to the hose for protection. It is fun to customize the Ideas to your own taste, isn't it? View detail
Fitting quality
We have now installed all the cooling fins from the first to the third level. The installation is very good, and the fitting to the SR is so well made that we thought it was OEM. I bought it this year to prevent heat leakage in summer, but in the past, oil temperature has risen up to 100℃ during summer touring. I am reporting the effect on the cooling fins with high expectations. We also considered using an oil cooler, but considering the concern about over-cooling during the winter, we decided to go with the cooling fin system. I would like to continue to enjoy my motorcycle life in the future. View detail
Effectiveness. Recommendation if appearance is acceptable.
I bought this product to adjust the temperature for summer although it is still winter.
First, a few thoughts on the installation.
NORMAL is cooler..,
I'll take it off if the effect is not that great after running it.
Try running
Oh, I can't miss this one.
The ride quality has improved, with more stickiness at low speeds.
I think that NORMAL is the most beautiful Engine for SR, but once you put it on, you can't take it off because the Bore Ace product improves the ride blatantly.
The appearance of the product was a concern, but while it is quite noticeable when viewed from a crouching position, it is not so noticeable from the normal line of sight.
It is effective. If it also dissipates heat, it is a good cosmetic product. If the appearance is acceptable, this is a product that can be recommended.

It worked.
Shift pedal no longer feels squishy laterally, and although the shift change is not drastic, I can now enter Snap and Smooth when entering from N to 1 at a stoplight.
Partial cutting of the OEMSprocket Cover was done using Leutor. It was not that difficult even for an amateur.

Vibration is reduced and engine braking is weakened
This is an introduction with a bore Ace Valve on the Head side.
I installed it hoping to solve the lack of Torque feeling between 5th gear around 4000 rpm and 5000 rpm.
I think the result was a pleasant improvement.
Up to 4th gear, the Engine feels as if it is revving lighter, an effect similar to Valve, which was worn on the Head cover earlier.
If you are not concerned about vibration, you can wear it.

Those who understand can understand Rapid.
Tank end a little. (about 8mm) The Level goes up and becomes the same as the Level under Seat, and is Refreshing.
Those who understand will understand.
In addition, for those who remove the tank, the tank has been raised slightly, making the removal work easier.
I recommend it because it is easy to install and inexpensive.

There are effects that can be felt.
I installed it on the last model of SR400 and ran about 300km.
Installed to SP Tadao's PowerBoxPipe attached first.
The wobble during gear changing is clearly reduced, and the overall ride is smoother.
Perhaps it is so effective that anyone can feel it.
On the other hand, is there a slight decrease in the sense of "do-do-do"?
I chose the one with a window so I can visually see the flow of Oil.
No complaints about the functionality of the product, and the construction itself is beautiful and can be installed without any discomfort.
Mounting Screw is Material:I guess the drawback is that it is aluminum and weak, so it has to be tightened with care.
It is a good product overall.
*Blue SWAGE LINE and Logo engraving on the body have been eliminated with the Spec. change.

Improved Fee Ring
Kacchan." But Pushingja. FeeRing has improved as it feels like it has become a
I Dramatic Change." I didn't think so, but it might be different depending on the year and condition of the vehicle.
I think that the reduction of Stress in frequently operated parts will improve Motorcycle life.
My SR is a '94 model, so the Crank Case CoverReverse side needed to be modified.
If the model is from 2003 or later, the installation will be completed for only a little more than 6,000 yen, including the Collar Set option.
For MODEL after 02, it will cost around 10,000 yen to do irreversible processing on the Cover or an additional 10,000 yen.
(Sprocket Cover made by BORE ACE or OEMCover+Collar Set from '03 can also be used)
If it is a MODEL from 03 or later, you can put it on anyway.

Used to make disc Offset
This Bore Ace Rotor Spacer is designed to fit the Brembo caliper on the New Model Disc Hub of the SR400 from 2001 onwards.
However, this 6-hole disc rotor with a PCD of 150mm has been the standard size for Yamaha vehicles for some time now, and has been used on various vehicles such as the XJR1300, VIRAGO750, MT-01, and FJR1300 in addition to the SR400.
YZF-R7 (OW02) It seems like something is the same.
Note that the newer YZF-R1 and R6 have the same PCD but seem to have a 5-hole.
In this case, we used this Rotor Spacer for the hub of VIRAGO750.
The XJR1300's Stem was fitted with Honda's Fork, and as a result, the Fork pitch was widened and the Caliper was also moved outward, making the Disc Rotor and Caliper's alignment totally out of alignment.
Actually, this is still not a docenter, but we consider it acceptable.
It would be great to have the discontinued 6mm thick Off-set Spacer…….
I am thankful that this kind of parts exists, because there are not many people who want to install brembo on the new disc SR400, unlike the old disc.
A slight concern is that there is no rib on the inside for center out.
Depending on the tolerance of the bolt holes in the disc and the bolt itself, there may be a slight gap from the center.
I don't know how much I care when the disc is semiFloating, but ……

I can feel the effects
In the OEM state, it inevitably feels squishy and a bit unreliable.
I bought it because it was inexpensive and I was willing to make a mistake.
After installation, the Stem area will feel strengthened to the extent that you can actually feel it.
It may sound strange to say that it runs straight, but it runs tightly. tightly strengthened, the vibration in my hand seems to have increased.

Better to have it than not to have it.
I've been using a Handlebar with a Smartphone Holder.
It looked bad because it was sticking out the top and
The phone gets in the way and hides the NLampetc.
I bought this due to dissatisfaction. Mount position in one of these.
I am very satisfied because I can change it quite a bit.
I'm not worried about anti-vibration because my phone is an SE2.
Even if the cell phone becomes Large in terms of Space.
It looks like it will not interfere with the installation, so it has a good future.
Very good. Depends on how you put it on.
Space may be quite Limit.
Hexagonal Wrench and Spanner are required for installation.

It is a simple part.
It's pretty good; if you frequently take the Seat on and off.
Even with Glasses, the OEM would still get scratches.
Just right. ButterflyScrew and KnobType too.
We sell, but not too explicitly.
You can take it off! I don't think so.
I think, but the Seat theft Risk will also go up.
I think this is about right.
In terms of discreetness, even if the Black color
I wonder if it is a good idea.

After working on Engine.
Until I get my license back on my current SR.
I'm going to keep riding.
It was installed for Engine's labor.
I am glad I put it on because the vibration is also Mild.
Another manufacturer also offers Reinforced Oil Pumps.
It is Classical in appearance, and that is better.
I like it, but that one has Engine.
It has to be opened, strengthened 1 to 2.
This one takes a separate branch and uses 2Line.
The Engine is gentle to the Engine because it can supply Oil.
I thought it would be a boa ace, so I went with this one.

Dress-up。
I'm going to paint the Engine black.
Balance of color and dress-up are the first step.
Silver is installed. As for the anti-heat effect
I thought it would be slight for Single Body.
Oil seeps slightly from the tip.

I feel less depressed between each shot.
I installed it with the intention of lowering the Engine internal pressure a little while also protecting the Valve stem seal. It seems that it took a long time to develop this product.
In the Normal tank, the body is not visible in a good way unless you look into the tank, regardless of whether you choose Silver or Black.
