Fit feel on par with OEMs
Thank you very much for the Chain tensioner. The installation is completed by Bolt On, but I adjusted the tensioner by overlapping the attached washers so that the chain would be more centered on the roller. In my case, I used all the washers to get the quantity:I was able to set it. I could not feel the running performance, but I think it is useful to reduce the flapping of the Chain. However, since the tension is not always applied by Spring, it is necessary to adjust the tension of the chain. Just a little... View detail
SR400 essential custom parts!
I am riding an SR400 Final Edition.
From the time of delivery, the Shift change fee-ring was not good, and I was dissatisfied with the clunky Shift operation.
I had given up on it because it was a new car. I had given up on it, but after the break-in period was over and the car had traveled over 5,000km, the Fee Ring was still the same ….
Although there may be individual differences, my machine was hard to enter Neutral and hard to enter 1st gear when starting off, so the stress on the Shift operation was building up.
I had read about Change Accent on blogs and other sites and embedded myself in anticipation of its effectiveness.
It is an easy part of the work, Material that receives Chain:Plastic? We cut the plastic color by 10mm to match the dimensions of the plastic color, and installed it in place.
After installation, I test drove the car for about 40 km and was surprised to find that the Scauper went into first gear, which had been difficult to do so far, when starting off.
What is it that I used to have to step on the Shift Pedal when I was blowing or clattering! And the shift change in acceleration and deceleration is also very smooth, with no resistance and no forced feeling at all…. And when you put the car into Neutral before stopping, it goes into Scauper without even looking at the Indiana cator!
I can't believe that an investment of only a few thousand yen can have such a great effect!
As another person wrote, I think it is an essential custom for those who ride SR400.

It didn't work
I tried to install it, but I have it set to short suspension.
What a surprise, Chain didn't hit Roller ….
I will try to install it again when I change to Normal suspension.
It would have been nice if you could have written something about not being able to use it if it's Lowdown.
A little disappointing.
So we do not know the effect of the installation.

Shift change can be done firmly.
This is an installation on an sr400Final edition. I was not particularly dissatisfied without the assist, but after installation, "Snap" and Shift is entered, and it feels good. Especially, when waiting for a traffic light and putting in Neutral, Stress is also reduced. View detail
Is it a fake? I don't know.
The Instruction Manual is really minimal, but the distance to the Chain is adjusted by Washer, etc., so beginners must be putting it on the wrong way. View detail
It worked.
Shift pedal no longer feels squishy laterally, and although the shift change is not drastic, I can now enter Snap and Smooth when entering from N to 1 at a stoplight.
Partial cutting of the OEMSprocket Cover was done using Leutor. It was not that difficult even for an amateur.

Improved Fee Ring
Kacchan." But Pushingja. FeeRing has improved as it feels like it has become a
I Dramatic Change." I didn't think so, but it might be different depending on the year and condition of the vehicle.
I think that the reduction of Stress in frequently operated parts will improve Motorcycle life.
My SR is a '94 model, so the Crank Case CoverReverse side needed to be modified.
If the model is from 2003 or later, the installation will be completed for only a little more than 6,000 yen, including the Collar Set option.
For MODEL after 02, it will cost around 10,000 yen to do irreversible processing on the Cover or an additional 10,000 yen.
(Sprocket Cover made by BORE ACE or OEMCover+Collar Set from '03 can also be used)
If it is a MODEL from 03 or later, you can put it on anyway.

Custom parts that can be experienced.
I think everyone can feel it when shifting from 1st gear to Neutral or 2nd gear. I recommend it to those who feel a bit of stress in Shift change. View detail
Performs as its name implies
I bought the Habit because it was an overdrive car, or maybe because it had a Neutral between 4th and 5th gear.
The Instruction Manual was difficult to understand, so I installed it with reference to Reviews and other sources.
I was a little concerned about Shift change before, but now I feel comfortable with it. I think I will not remove it for now. I don't think I will remove it for now.
It may not be necessary for those who are accustomed to manipulation and those who find such slight inconveniences to be a taste of SR.

Large Is it strong?
We manufacture and sell Front, Rear and hollow, lightweight shafts, but when we asked about the Torque for installation, we did not receive a reply.
This shaft is also important for riding a motorcycle. (directly related to human life) Since this is a very important component, I wonder if the inspection, testing, etc. is not done at the production stage.
I like BORE ACE products a lot, and I would like to install various things in the future.

one who cannot be undone
It's a completely invisible part, but once it's on, it's on.
Not removable. I mean, it's OEM.
I would like it to stay on. Shift by a lot.

Relief
Chain flapping is considerably reduced, so
It is not conspicuous, but it is a relief to know it is there.
The picture is old Type, but if you buy it now.
The new Type here is good.

Psycho!
I always change to Rear Sets when I change motor cycles, but this Manufacturer is the only Manufacturer that specializes in SR, and it has a very good position, shift feeling, and rebound against footpeg wells. It is very comfortable to use.
If you are wondering which Manufacturer to choose, it is Recommendation.

Installation includes OEMCover and other modifications!
The OEM cover was used, so the cover and boots had to be modified for installation.
I thought the installation Large strange if you are pretty much a beginner.
The feeling of running, indeed, the feeling of Shift is better…
I'm feeling …

Almost satisfied
The installation was sent directly to the store that requested the work and had it installed.
When I KICKed the pedal after installation, it was fine until I folded the foot pedal, but when I started to ride, I realized I had not put the pedal back on and panicked ^^;
The space between the pedals on the shift side is too short for me, and I sometimes get stuck when changing gears if I wear engineer boots that have a plate on the toe.
With a swallow handle, the position is naturally in a knee grip posture.
The texture is good and looks good.
I have no complaints about the effectiveness of the Brake.
The familiarity with NORMAL to Rear Sets was confusing only at first, but I quickly got used to it.

YouTube from the instruction manual
The installation was quick and easy, as I had studied the installation beforehand on YouTube etc.
The way GEAR is entered is also much better than NORMAL.
I wonder if the separate color is $1,000 too expensive.

I can see the difference.
I recently installed it as a DIY project.
2017 RH-03J.
I used to have a lot of difficulty entering GEAR, but after installing this, I can enter ScauperScauper.
This may seem expensive at about 5,000 yen, but I think it is more than the price.

Do not enter Neutral in the middle of an intersection.
When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear while entering an intersection after starting off, the car sometimes goes into neutral and fumbles.
I introduced it to see if I could solve that.
I've only driven about 300 km, but I don't get upset anymore.
Worth introducing.
