The rear shock was terribly dirty, so I decided to buy this rear fender. The mounting hole position needed some modification. You'd better to put it temporally and confirm the position. There is some clearance to the swing arm as it supposed

You'd better to put it temporally and confirm the position.
There is some clearance to the swing arm as it supposed to be. So I put the anti-vibration sheet between them.
I used the butyl rubber sheet for bigger clearance.
As a result of filling up the clearance, the dirt doesn't reach to the rear shock anymore. Good job.
However, maybe because using the lowdown link, this newly installed rear fender is touching to the body rear fender. And it made some crack on weaken portion. I am thinking to adjust the rear shock or cut the rear fender.

. Since having shown the ways to install it on a rear suspension and a tire in a magazine, I thought that I could manage to do it myself. Although the appearance is better for a carbon one, since it is too expensive, I chose one made from FRP.
Although the original product was black with a premise that need a paint, it looked nice so that I installed it as it was. However, since it was glossy, I painted it with lusterless paint later. Even if it is not carbon, this is good enough. It was difficult to set the center rightly. Using a washer to the chain, and also using a nut, I somehow managed to make a balance.

I bought this item because I liked the shape and it can adjust the angle. Bad Points - There was only one bullet terminal for the plate light attached so I could only connect one side. ( I bought DAYTONA blinking coupler specialized for SUZ

Bad Points
- There was only one bullet terminal for the plate light attached so I could only connect one side.
( I bought DAYTONA blinking coupler specialized for SUZUKI and connected without cutting the original wiring.)
- The plate light wiring holes on fender eliminator side and the tail side don't match. Actually the original parts had a same situation. The thing is that the original had some gap to let the wire go though, but with this new fender eliminator kit, there is no gap. So the wire is pushed between two components. I think this should be took seriously as a mechanical issue.
- The LED plate light is big and bothering. And the lighting area range is not good. I'll get something else to exchange.
- I have no idea what the description saying about the plate light.
(The note says '* Please be informed that we can not make any response about the wiring method. This is to be done under customer's responsibility.' so we need to be noted that.)

Installed on my 2014 NINJA250. I bought the black Gel Coat, so it probably means I should paint it on, but I installed it by just spraying deglosser on it. Time to observe how long it takes for the surface to start degrading. About the install

About the installing, like other reviews, the screw holes had to be changed a bit.
The work itself wasn't hard.
The manual wasn't the best, it'd help if they wrote a little more details on it.
I recommend it mostly because of the appearance; it transforms the simple swing arm of the NINJA250 into an SS-type sturdy look.

Therefore, I have expected the part will have some minor warp, and it was warped.
Just installed according to the instruction, then the left side, if you look from rear side, is tilt and interfered to the wheel.
So I added rubber sheet of 1.5mm thickness ×3 between the swing arm and the fender then screwed them together to keep the clearance to the wheel. (The picture showing the status with rubber sheets)
Indeed the instruction states the part may have some unavoidable minor warps caused by the production process. I think the warp should be still controllable by user's installation, and this much production level should be provided.
I saw other reviews commented the similar condition about such parts which are sensitive to the clearance. I want the parts will be improved its accuracy.

I choose the twill weave carbon type. The inner fender doesn't really noticeable on my HAYABUSA. I need to zoom up as much as possible to let people know my choice. so I put the sticker on the chain guard to attract attentions.

After installed the rear fender, it became easy to clean the inner side.
The clearance is severe, so if you have kind of rough suspension system, it may interfere at the joint of steps or so.

Thus, I wanted to somehow attach an inner fender. The design of other manufacturer's were ncie, but were smaller than the ideal size, so putting quality over design, I chose A-tech who provided the largest fender.
The FRP came in two colors, and the carbon material also had a variety, so lots to choose from.
Personally I wanted carbon material and carbon design, so I chose a simple black and fiber carbon (which stood out the most), and I really love it, no regrets.
It can merge as one with the chain cover, and fully satisfied with the design as well.
Especially because there's no need to remove the tires or readjust the arms, and although space is a bit tight, I was able to use a hexagonal wrench with a round tip to install it.

Other than that, I have no problem.

I purchased it to cover the scratches on the suspension swing arm caused by pebbles. Several manufactures offer rear fenders for 12R, but the reason why I chose A-TECH is because I was sure it wouldn't interfere with the tire. My rear tire is 190/50

Several manufactures offer rear fenders for 12R, but the reason why I chose A-TECH is because I was sure it wouldn't interfere with the tire. My rear tire is 190/50 and has plenty of space between the fender. So I concern there'll be no problem to mount it to tires any size that'll fit the 12R.
It is slightly short to cover the whole chain but the shattering of the chain lube seems to be the same as before.
When mounting, be careful not to damage other parts because I scratched my fender.

Not like the shape is super different from the official fender, but it's a carbon design that catches people's attention. I think that's a reason in itself to install it! If you remove the passenger peg, the carbon fender gets even more emphas

About installation, looks like it's different from product to product,
like the position of the screw holes different, might be a bit troublesome.
For me, not only was the location wrong, the holes didn't even reach the Fender itself, lol.
I forcefully installed it, hearing the cracking of the plastic while doing so.
Maybe because of that, the fender is a bit crooked compared to the tires, but I'm fine with it, so all good, lol.

The inner rear fender is installed originally for recent super sport type motorcycles, but the old ones are not. I think this item should be there for prevent dirt under the seat.
In my case, I installed to improve the air flow around the step portion.
As a result, I did not feel much heat during summer, so I think the air flow became much more efficient.
As for the installation, I can use the screw originally used for a OEM chain cover on the chain side. On the exhaust side, I used the cable tie to mount it.
The product has barely distortions by a molding, and no interference to the wheel.
At the high speed, it still doesn't interfere to the wheel, so it has enough rigidity which I was concerning.
One thing I would make the negative comment is the chain guard portion. I wanted it to be a bit more extended toward a sprocket although the current condition still pass the Japanese vehicle inspection. So I should understand that.
Because my motorcycle has bigger seat cowl, not like the latest super sport models, it doesn't look changed anything. However, I personally be satisfied by making this change, and the air flow is improved, so it worth to have one.
