    Description

    This injection controller can be installed to the stock ECU by simply connecting the coupler.
    The MAPs are preset for each engine specification, so you only need to select the MAP that matches the specification of your big bore kit or throttle body with your smartphone or PC to complete the basic operation and start riding.
    The new MAP creation is designed for advanced users to enjoy, including setting up a new MAP based on an existing MAP or creating a new MAP according to your preferences.
    The system can be connected to a PC or smartphone while the engine is running, enabling monitoring of engine temperature in addition to the tachometer and throttle position graph screens, which are very useful for setting up the engine.
    Rev limit and pit lane limiter functions are provided.Can be installed at the same time as a stock Honda immobilizer alarm.
    SP Takegawa's unique features make it suitable for a wide range of users, from beginners to professionals.

    ■Coupler-attached to stock ECU
    Because the coupler that corresponds to the stock ECU is adopted for the wiring of the controller, there is no need to modify the wiring at all, and it can be easily installed by coupler-on to the stock ECU.

    ■Preset MAP
    This product can choose from EASY mode and EXPERT mode maps that are already set according to the engine specifications.
    You can easily select, change and modify the settings by using your PC or smartphone.
    *If you are using an engine that does not support preset maps, you will need to create a new map.

    ■Idle area adjustment
    The FI-CON TYPE-X uses the stock ECU starting program for the idling area (engine speed below 2000rpm up to 4000rpm and accelerator opening below 10%).
    In this area, you can increase or decrease the amount of stock injection as required.

    ■Fuel injection time adjustment
    The engine speed can be adjusted in increments of 5% of gas pedal opening and 250 rpm, so it can be used on bikes from stock displacement to those with a larger bore.

    ■Ignition timing adjustment
    In the case of EASY mode, it is possible to input the advance angle and the delay angle to the stock ignition timing.
    In case of EXPERT mode, the entered value (crank angle before top dead center) becomes ignition timing.
    In addition, EXPERT mode can adjust "Engine temperature ignition timing correction function" to compensate for the effect on ignition timing caused by changes in vaporization time and combustion time when the engine temperature becomes too high.

    ■Reversed injection time correction
    There is a slight lag before the injector is energized and injects fuel.
    This is called the reactive injection time.Therefore, if the voltage supplied to the injector changes due to the state of the battery or the decline in the power generation function, the lag between the injection command and the actual injection will change, and the amount of fuel injection will also change.
    In order to prevent this from happening, setting a correction to keep the conditions constant can be done.

    ■Engine temperature compensation
    According to the input value from the PGM-FI oil temperature sensor, when the engine temperature is lower than the optimum temperature, more fuel is injected than the value in the injection MAP to warm up the engine quickly, and when the engine temperature is higher than the optimum temperature, more fuel is injected than when the engine temperature is lower to lower the combustion temperature.

    ■Intake air temperature compensation setting
    Since the density of air changes with temperature, this system compensates for the change in air-fuel ratio caused by the intake temperature.

    ■Vaporization time setting (injection timing setting)
    Set the vaporization time for the fuel injected from the injector to burn efficiently.

    ■Dwell time setting
    In the case of transistor ignition, set the dwell time for the coil before ignition.
    This energization time is called the dwell time.

    ■Digital Acceleration Pumps
    This product takes in the TPS signal and monitors the speed of the accelerator opening.
    When the accelerator pedal is opened quickly, the system judges that the rider wants quick acceleration and performs acceleration injection asynchronously in addition to the incremental injection set at the moment the accelerator pedal is opened.
    It can be set to work in the same way as the "acceleration pump" of a racing carburetor.

    ■Real search function
    You can connect to your computer or smartphone with the engine running.
    The information of the running engine is reflected on the screen of PC or smart phone in real time.
    The RPM/throttle opening reading is reflected in the squares of the fuel injection map graph, which light up to clarify the adjustment points, and is very useful when setting up the engine.

    ■Real-time monitor with engine temperature display function
    The dedicated software on your computer or smartphone has a real-time monitoring function.In addition to the tachometer screen and throttle opening graph screen, which are very useful for setting, engine temperature and injector fuel injection rate are also displayed digitally.

    ■Rev limit function
    The upper limit of the engine speed can be set.This function is independent from the limiter cut, so it can be set at low rpm.
    It can be used as a rev countermeasure for tuned engines and when you don't want to increase the engine speed.

    ■Pit lane limiter function
    In addition to the rev limiter function, when you don't want to increase the engine speed due to pit lane speed regulation on the circuit, you can connect the switch to the white wire in the spiral tube of the main unit and ground the body to activate the limiter only when the switch is on.*A separate switch is required.

    ■Real-time MAP change function
    It is possible to write MAP1 / MAP2 and two sets of MAP in the FI Controller TYPE-X.The system is designed to be used by switching between racing mode, touring mode, and fuel-efficient riding mode.*A separate switch is required.

    ■Tachometer output service line
    A pulse of 5 volts per revolution is output to the purple wire in the spiral tube of the main unit.
    SP Takegawa has a tachometer kit exclusively for the Monkey 125 (JB02).
    When the special kit is installed, the tachometer output service line is not used.
    When installing SP Takegawa's universal tachometer, a mounting bracket is required and the harness must be modified to connect the meter power supply.

    About Windows 7/8/10/11 Communicates with Windows standard drivers (stack) for Windows 10/11.(Can also be used with built-in adapter.)
    Windows 10 (April 2018 Update (1803) or later) can be connected in the same way.
    *Be sure to use the standard Windows driver (stack).Connections to other stacks are not supported.
    The PC must have built-in Bluetooth or an external Bluetooth adapter is required.

    ■For smartphones
    Compatible: Android, Android devices with built-in Bluetooth version 4.2.2 or later. To install the SP Takegawa app (paid), you need to connect to Google Play.
    After installing the free application for Easy mode or the application for Expert mode, you need to purchase the paid model data in the application.Please make sure to check if the connection is available before making a purchase in the model selection.

    To install the SP Takegawa application (paid application) and to purchase model data, you need to connect to AppStore.
