Introducing the inner suspension from KEPSPEED! Drum type inner suspension kit for stock type front forks.
Three types of lengths are available for monkey drum: 420mm effective length, 440mm effective length, and 480mm effective length (stock length). The spring length is the same and the only difference is the length of the inner pipe. The spring color of the 420mm and 440mm effective length is red, and the spring color of the 480mm effective length is yellow. The color is just to show the difference between the stock and custom lengths, and there is no difference in spring rate.
But!The hydraulic damper makes it incomparable to the stock suspension! The hydraulic damper mechanism has also been modified by KEPSPEED, so there are no characteristics of chinese product at all.
Replacement is very easy! Loosen the dust seal at the lower end of the outer case and the top bolt of the suspension, and the inner mechanism will come loose. Apply grease liberally, and insert and tighten in the reverse order of removal.
Get some stability up front!
Effective length 420mm: 180mm from top of fastener to center of axle. Effective length 440mm: 200mm from the top of the fastener to the center of the axle. Effective length 480mm: 240mm from top of fastener to center of axle.

*[Installation] ・The fork type is compatible with GM-MOTO products and the earlier screw-in seal type. ・Loosen the dust seal at the lower end of the outer case and the top bolt of the suspension, and remove the existing inner mechanism. ・Apply enough grease to the spring part of this kit and install it in the reverse order of removal. ・At this time, firmly fit the anti-rotation protrusion of the inner part into the recess of the outer part. ・After replacing the inner mechanism, check that there are no malfunctions or interference with the operation of the related parts, and fully fasten each part. ・Please have the assembly done in a specialized store regarding motorcycle maintenance. ・After the start of riding, pay attention to the occurrence of so-called "initial loosening" and perform frequent inspections to prevent unexpected problems.
