Description
G sense G-Frok41Φ, the world's first aftermarket parts compatible with 41Φ inverted front forks, which have become mainstream on big bikes in recent years.
G sense's corporate philosophy, "Safer, More Comfortable, More Fun!The concept of the 41Φ inverted front forks is to give each model compatible with 41Φ inverted front forks a supreme pleasure in driving.
Here are three features of G-Frok41Φ.
・G-WORKS Inner Tube Coating
G-WORKS Dimple Coat, a new generation surface treatment that achieves low friction beyond titanium coatings and surface hardness beyond DLC (Diamond Like Carbon), is adopted.
The surface hardness is obtained by applying nano level dimples (small round dimples on the surface of a golf ball) in the surface preparation process, which reduces the contact area and at the same time provides surface hardness.
At the same time, it aims to increase the oil pooling property for bush metal and reduce the adsorption property for oil seals and dust seals, which are rubber products.
There is no slippery shiny surface like normal plating treatment, titanium coating or DLC, and the color is an unprecedented matte gray.
・Fully independent left and right cartridges
The damping adjustment mechanism is a cartridge with fully independent compression and extension damping on the left and right sides.
An adjuster on the top of the top cap allows adjustment of stroke speed on the compression side and the extension side, respectively.
Similarly, the pre-load adjuster has a 10mm adjustment range on the left and right side of the top cap to suit each rider's riding style and riding situation.
The main piston uses a 20mm multi-stage laminated shim valve to generate damping force according to stroke speed, with settings tailored to the characteristics of each model.
In addition, low-viscosity oil is used to reduce instability of damping force due to temperature change and cavitation.
・Machined aluminum fork bottom
Machined aluminum fork bottom designed exclusively for each compatible model is used.
We have focused on the machining marks and design, making the most of the beauty of the material, because it is the only part that can fully show off the beauty of the front fork.
In particular, the ABS sensor routing is original, passing through the bottom of the fork.Compatible brake calipers will have the same dimensions as the stock with a pitch of 108mm.
