Newly designed under-bracket for braking stability.
The box cross section, which strongly supports the weight of the Z, is realized by precision deep-pocket machining from the fork clamp side using a 5-axis machining center.
Compared to general under-bracket cutting from the back side, this cutting method requires more machining time and is more difficult, and can only be performed by 5-axis machine tools.

The top bridge optimizes the underbracket and stiffness balance, and the stem shaft pairs the two.
The new stem shaft is made of chromoly steel, a material selected for its high strength and the "flexing" characteristic of chromoly, which not only withstands the strength of a rigid underbracket but also improves vibration absorption.
