Description
Stage α Big Bore Kit includes e-stage Big Bore Kit, FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller) and Spark Plugs.
■e stage big bore kit 143cc
This is a big bore kit which can change the displacement from stock 124cc to 143cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
By installing the FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller) at the same time, you can achieve a torquey output characteristic that is different from stock.
The cylinder is the same as the stock steel cylinder.
■Sports Camshaft (N-15) Decompressor Specs
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is a camshaft developed for entry level models.
This is the best profile to get the best performance out of the stock cylinder head, which improves the output performance.
The sports camshaft (N-15) is decompressed when installed.
Stock decomp parts cannot be installed on the N-15.
■FI Controller TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
The fuel injection time needs to be corrected by the FI controller because the ideal A / F ratio will be deviated by installing the sports camshaft and exhaust parts.
FI-CON TYPE-e is equipped with multiple data set up by SP Takekawa for SP Takekawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change and modify the setting data by PC or smart phone according to your engine specification.
The injection time can be adjusted up to 5000μs (maximum) and down to 7500μs (maximum), so it can be used for a wide range of vehicles from stock displacement to those with increased bore.
The monitoring function of engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening degree, and injector opening / closing ratio by PC or smart phone is equipped, so it is very convenient to use it for setting.
It can be used with all SP Takegawa products (for CT125) from stock displacement to big bore kit.
・Coupler-on installation to stock ECU!!!
Because the coupler that corresponds to the stock ECU is adopted for the wiring of the controller, there is no need to modify the wiring at all, and it can be installed by coupler-on to the stock ECU.

*Not compatible with JA65 (2023) model.*Concerning the installation of the e stage big bore kit.
・By installing SP Takekawa's e-Stage Big Bore Kit, the engine power and torque will be greatly increased and the crankshaft will be subjected to more torsion and deflection.
・We recommend you to install the crankshaft support adapter to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
