The new Z900RS and the new Z900RSCAFE are the latest additions to the Kawasaki Z series.
The benefits of the mass reduction are obvious.
The side view shows the Z1 and Z2 in all their glory, while the rear view shows the Z1 and Z2 in all their neoclassical glory. The rear view reveals a neo-classic design and cutting-edge technology.
With respect and admiration for the Z1 and Z2, as well as the desire for Z owners to have a long-lasting relationship with their bikes, Kawasaki started the development of the RS with the new Z900 to create a bike that is fun to ride, fun to look at and fun to play with. Kijima was impressed by the spirit of Kawasaki's development and decided that the engine guard should not interfere with the rider's ability to control the bike and that cornering should not be limited by the engine guard. The Z900RS and Z900RSCAFE engine guards are designed to protect the generator cover, chain cover, pulsar cover and clutch cover.
The diameter of the pipe is 1 inch: 25.4mm, which is the same size as the pipe that makes up the rear side of the stock trellis frame, so it looks natural!
Because the inner diameter of the pipe is thicker, you can use Kijima bar ends (Kijima part #204-1340, #204-1341, #204-1343, #204-1344, #204-1351) to replace the plugs that come with the kit on the front side of the engine hanger!
You can also use it as a scaffold when doing minor decorative customization using 25.4mm pipe compatible fittings such as Kijima part #HD-05400, Kijima part #HD-05403, etc.!
